Antique Bronze Champleve 3 Light Table Lamp c. 1900's. Japanese Beautiful. Large, antique Japanese bronze/champleve with three lights. Entire lamp from base to top of hardware pole is 28" to the top of the base is 15" and the base is 9" in diameter. Light sockets are not original and the cord is not new but is in good condition. This lamp has some flaking of the enamels and is missing enamel in four circles that are in the second band of decoration from the top. The gilding is worn off that once covered all the metal areas but I believe that is the case with most of these pieces. Champlevé is an enamelling technique in the decorative arts. Or an object made by that process, in which troughs or cells are carved or cast into the surface of a metal object. And filled with vitreous enamel. NO RESERVE! Very fine and very well made hanging light fixture circa 1930s and possibly French in origin. Unmarked that we could find. We have also been told that the lamp could be Italian or even Spanish. What is certain is that the lamp is one beautiful piece of functional art! It is comprised of bronze, painted white cast metal, brass and a woven basket of wire forming the inner portion. Attached to the wire frame are numerous mold-blown multi-colored glass flowers and all are accounted for. They each glow nicely once illuminated and you can add a dimmer switch for a softer mood lighting effect. The overall condition is very good and the lamp is ready for use. This lamp has been sitting in my grandmother's home ever since purchased in the 1930's and has sat in a niche in her stairwell for as long as I can remember. Now I inherited it. Had it rewired. The original cloth wiring was in bad shape. It has its original, very delicate glass shade which is held on by two screws(as seen in pictures) Lamp is fragile and glass is only held on by the two screws. It is in wonderful condition for its age. It was purchased in France and it is French in origin. I have yet to see another one like it. Lamp is 15" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep. No manufacturing marks found. Two tone bronze patinas. Base is yellow bronze casting the upper classical urn body is a dark liver patina. I took the base apart looking for identifying larks and showed interior in photos. Light sockets work with original wiring and toggles. this is a slag lamp base from the 1920's sturdy enough to hold a very large slag glass canapy. Only one defect is minor dent in the shadows of side that I backlighted to exaggerate for you to see better. It is not noticable. Found in North Crown Heights. Brooklyn Historic district.

The shade and other glass pieces have hand painted florals and are in excellent condition- no cracks or chips. I did not polish the leave and left"as is" This wonderful lamps has a round base made of Walnut or Mohagony wood that measures about 7" acoss and a little over 2" tall(made of two pieces of wood) There is an array of enamel geometric designs/patterns in blues. Greens, whites, burnt-red, etc. all outlined in black. The chimney is made of metal and has a turn on-off switch and holds the shade. We are pleased to offer this GORGEOUS. Old, antique French converted oil lamp. The lamp is exceptional. Designed in the same manner as other French oil lamps of this period(late 1800s) this beauty is set apart by the fantastic color pattern. The lamp has a long center column of pink marble with lots of intricate and colorful veins. The marble ranges from a true pink with peach, deep plum and white veins. The glass oil reservoir is satin frost with raised, embossed leaves that rise from the bottom section of the bowl. There are three, large Iris flowers which circle the vessel. Each flower is a different color. There is a peach flower, a purple flower and a deep rose colored flower. The flower colors are not a reverse paint, but rather an opaque, stained effect color. This is a beautiful feature. The marble and glass are coupled with ornate ... morebronze hardware. The base features four, clawed, acanthus leaf feet that are formed into a fleur de lis as they move up the base. There is an intricate pattern of draped swags which join to form hearts or spades. Inside the hearts/spades are acanthus features. There are also Gothic/Celtic crosses which separate the patterns on the upper base section. Just above the base, at the lower column section, is a bronze torch"flame" The marble rests inside. A column cap finishes the marble column at the top. This is an exceptional, RARE lamp. It is in extremely nice condition for its age. There are no chips, cracks, etc. to either the glass or the marble. The gilt finish is still present and the bronze is gorgeous. This is an incredible lamp! The pictured shade is not included but the lamp does come with the harp(it is fixed) and a very nice, ornate finial. The lamp has been converted at some point to electric. Antique Old Vintage Belgium Marble Urn Bronze Mounted Bacchus Lamp Light Fixture A wonderful old antique Marble lamp with Bronze mounts and figural Bacchus Heads. The lamp is heavy and very well made. There is an impressed mark on the underside of the base that looks like it reads: MADE IN BELGIUM. It measures in total 1 foot 10 inches high. The marble portion is about 1 foot 3.5 inches high and the lamp is 6 inches wide at the figural heads. I would date the lamp to be 100 +/ years old. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bronze Lamp and Smoker's Stand Art Nouveau Era
This Bronze stand has two Bradley& Hubbard Makers' Marks on the bottom of the base and on the bottom of the removable threaded ashtray. The piece has an overall height of 28 inches and is 12 inches wide at its widest part. It is made from what appears to be very heavy solid bronze with the original chocolate patina intact. Truly a collector's piece! Please note that the threading which the ashtray screws into is slightly bent and may need to be replaced which is a simple fix. I included photos of this so that you can see what I am reffering too.

This is a very large solid Bronze Shade. I estimate it to be from the mid eighteen hundreds to very early ninteen hundreds 1800's to 1900's. It has a lovely Acorn finial. It is carved and reticulated. It is missing a section of mounting wire underneath and parts of the rest of the wire are loose. It needs a little bit of work. The fringe insert fits in underneath and is still very lovely although not perfect. It has holes all around the bottom edge for beeds or crystals so I am not certain if the fringe went with it originally but it is yours included so you have options. Wow! That's the description in a nutshell. Two very ornate circa 1903 lamps 2 brass lamp bases and one painted to look like brass but its not. Don't Blame me I found that one. I just think it has potential. None of these lamps are perfect. Here for auction is a large bronze spelter Art Nouveau period figural table lamp.The beautifully sculpted figure appears to represent a 2nd Boer war soldier with bold. Determined facial features,and uniform with pith helmet indicative of this time period, 1900- 1920) Total ht. 26 in. The figure alone is 19 in. tall and sits on a 61/2" diameter wood base marked Germany The soldier is holding a flag in each hand although one arm has broken off cleanly as shown in the pictures.I have the intact arm and both flags. Other condition issues are bent vines that hold the wiring.Reeds are bent,and some minor wearing of the faux bronze paint.This has great patina and is a highly restorable piece. This is a heavy antique Victorian adjustable bridge arm bronze or brass marble base table lamp. I would date it early 1900s. It's a very cool. Classy looking lamp. It measures 30 3/4 inches tall including the marble base(78 cm) The marble base is 1 1/8 inches thick and 6 inches wide in both directions(2.86 cm x 15.24cm) The arm measures 10 inches from the main rod to the shade holder(25.4 cm) It's adjustable on the main rod to bring the light higher and lower. And adjustable next to the socket to move the socket up or down. It may have been a banker's lamp with a green shade originally. That would look great. As you can see from the photos. Antique Champleve on Bronze Lamp No Reserve
This lamp has been in my personal collection for about 40 years. Exactly as pictured. After completing the restoration of an 1890's vintage home, this has become surplus to our needs and being offered for consideration. Photos show all 4 sides, including the back where it was drilled for a cord. It has been rewired and it works. I encourage all who purchase lamps and lights from anyone to have someone competent check them before putting it into use. There is a threaded pipe that goes through the center from under the carved wood ebony base and to the socket. The 11 inch harp(shade holder) is of the interchangeable variety. Harps are usually available in big box stores and on eBay. The lamp is about 26 1/2 inches tall to the top of the finial. From the table top to the vase cap of the lamp is about 13 1/4 inches. Interesting cartouches ... morein each side and dog or lion medallions in the front and back. There is some kiln firing related enamel loss in the panels, but no dings, bumps, or repairs. Colors of the enamel are great and fit well with most decors. A grand and stately lamp, but we have determined that at our age, if we are not using it now, we probably don't need it. As presented it measures 17-1/2 tall by 5-1/2" bottom diameter. The original ormolu finish to bronze is worn off.

52410 ANTIQUE 20s HANDEL BRONZE BOUDOIR LAMP BASE W LEADED SLAG GLASS SHADE
A very nice antique. Circa 1920's, bronze base boudoir lamp with antique leaded slag glass shade. The lamp base is probably made by Handel, although the shape of the base, and the shade cap, are not pictured in either of the two major reference books on Handel. The shade is probably not by Handel. As presented the lamp measures 15" tall by 5" bottom diameter. The shade measures 4" tall by 5" diameter, the top opening 2-1/4" diameter. It is in working order with original socket, new cord, old plug. Excellent condition: bronze base without dents, original even patina without verdigris. The shade is without damage, secure leadings.

French Antique Gilt Bronze Torchiere Candelabra Chandelier Lamp c. 1890-1920
French Gilt Bronze Antique Hanging Candelabrum[Antique Chandelier] Late 19th to Early 20th Century Item# 130108SYG12 This is a stunning work in the French Empire style from the late 19th to early 20th Century. Probably c. 1890-1920. Crisply founded and cast with a brilliant gilded surface, the form is highly attractive in the finely balanced details. The six arms of the candelabra trumpet with acanthus foliage flowing above and below in large exaggerated swirls, each arm swelling into the overflowing apex beneath the well of each candle. The lamp is electrified with plastic faux candles in each arm, respectfully wired with as minimal intrusion to the form as possible. Three arms support the hanging of the candelabra, with linked chain rising from the flowing foliage above each of these three arms- one arm has a slight upward bend as a result ... moreof years supporting this weight and at some point it should be re-soldered for strength, though currently it does not cause any problem with the structure. The bottom of the lamp terminates in a large pineapple form, the top cresting in a magnificent flame finial. We very infrequently come across hanging candelabra of this form that we like- this piece is an absolute treasure. In rare condition and of very fine quality. This is a piece that will set your home apart. It should be examined by your local lamp dealer for rewiring, cleaning and strengthening of the arm, but is a strike-point piece that is well worth the investment for a lifetime of enjoyment. Measurements: 17 1/4" wide x 17 1/4" wide; 24" height from bottom to the first large loop Condition Report: One arm upon which the chain pulls is lifting loose and at some point will need to be re-soldered. Electrified. Though the lamp should be rewired prior to use for safety. Several candles are loose and bent. Very dusty and oxidized, the gilt tarnished.
