This is a beautiful lampshade that can be easily converted to a hanging swag lamp. It is ornate. Nicely patinaed brass with alternating slag glass panels of brilliant red and swirled white. From what I understand, minerals were added during the process of making the glass to get those rich colors and swirl marks. I am no expert though. I will throw in the base for free if you purchase. The base is not original to the lamp. It is a heavy brassy base. Ornate and compliments the shade nicely. We have searched the internet for one like this one and we cannot find another one like it. This lamp is absolutely beautiful and in very nice condition. This is a large lamp consisting of three separate pieces. It includes a large base. The four figures that comprises as the main section of the lamp and third the decorative lamp shade. This is the ultimate lamp for a Victorian, Colonel, or even an Art Deco room in your home. Do you or a member of you family play or listen to classical ... moremusical instruments, if so, it would be a great lamp for the one of a kind music room. The base section measures approximately 17" wide by 5" high and 11" deep. The center or 4 figure main section of the lamp measures approximately 15" wide by 18" high and 10" deep. And finally the lamp shade that measures approximately 22" round an 17" high. It total the lamp measures approximately 43" high including the finial that holds the lamp shade. Please look at the photos provided and judge the condition for yourself. Also. Please look carefully at the maker's mark on the bottom of the base and the lamp. We can not make out what it says except for Made in Italy. It does not appear to say capodimonte. But it is our understanding the they used a few porcelin lamp manufacturers to produce their lamps due to the high demand. This is a very ornate lamp with much detail and lots of gold paint. The 3 figures are composed of one figure holding a large bass or cello type instrument. Up for bid is an Antique Victorian Porcelain Lady 13" Tall Dresden Style Lace Lamp. She is in very nice condition for her age with only a few minor chips to her apron and hem which can be seen in pictures. There are no breaks and she is all there. Her face is hand painted and her dress is a Dresden style floral design with gold accents. The lamp still works and the cord is in good condition. I believe this to be a reproduction Victorian style brass stable lamp. It is glazed on three sides and has a flat back for mounting on a wall. It takes a bayonet style bulb and the'candle' is plastic. It is wired but I must stress that this has not been tested by an electrician. This is a very attractive light and in nice condition. It is silk with silk brocade fringe. It looks cream colored in the photos but there is actually a pink hue to it. Midway up the stand is a 15" around glass piece wrapped around the pole, which is referred to as a smoking stand. The cord at the bottom is original and has been protected by a metal cord. Estate Sale Find! This Lamp is Interesting& I'll Describe as Best I Can 32" Tall. It's a Big Heavy Lamp. Shade is 18" Wide and 15" High including Fringe. Base is 8" Square. Shade is Champagne Tan Damask with Fringe. Pulled Nice and Tight. The Thick Glass is a Mixture of Etched and Pressed. The Metal Base& Post is Antiqued Gold Finish. It's Heavy and Solid. I Believe the Lamp has been Rewired. If you look closely at the Underside of the base a hole has been drilled(not sure if this is original or an addition) for a Night Light Bulb to Illuminate the Glass Portion of the Base. I put a new night light in and it blew right away, but the major light bulb works great and is unaffected by the night light performance. I don't know if the night light needs rewiring, or if it ever worked or how it might look ... morelit, could be pretty if you can get it working. The finial and knob switch are missing but easily replaced with your choice of style. So- I'm not sure how old the lamp or shade are. This is a really pretty porcelain lamp with a victorian or colonial scene of a gentleman and lady sitting on a bench in the garden.All trimmed in gold trim with a really pretty red color This lamp still has the frame to hold the lamp shade and has it's original red glass finneil. very unusuall. I will be putting up another lamp the same color red but different design and base but i do combine s/h. I think this is in the Capodimonte style but it has no mark good luck this is 16 1/4 to the light and 27" to the finniel.

This beautiful victorian lamp came from my grandmother's home and she was born in 1900. It is in perfect working condition. The lamp stands 21" tall. The glass shade is 11" at the widest point. The brass trim around the base of shade has pits and small scratches. The other brass fixture is in very good condition. Heavy milk glass base is in perfect condition. The purple glass is more of an amethyst color than the pictures show.

Vintage Victorian Style Cranberry Marbled Porcelain Urn Hand Painted Table Lamp This is a very nice example of 1950s. 60s French Renaissance style furnishings. An urn style cranberry marbled porcelain lamp featuring a vignette of a beautiful flower scene. The lamp itself is in good condition; no cracks chips or crazing. One scrap on paint see pic. The gold dotted trim around the vignette is a nice accent as well and has some ware. The base has an area that looks to be oxidized or worn. The lamp on/off switch is a little buggy but does turn off and on sometimes you have to rotate dial an extra turn to activate on or off. Welcome to this auction for a beautiful used Victorian style table lamp. This lamp comes with a hand blown American made Victorian style embossed floral rose shade that is satin etched rose color glass. The rose shade fitter is 9& 3/4 across and it is 36& 1/2 in diameter. The ring that the shade sits in is 9& 3/4 across. The glass chimney is a lox on that is 12& 3/8 tall. This pink incased glass base has a mold seam down one side. This lamp could be changed to a oil or kerosene lamp because the burner is a screw in burner and the cord is attached to the burner. The base is 10 inches tall and the bottom is 5& 5/8 across. There are three places on the base underneath that raise the base up a little from the table. There are no cracks or chips that I see. The top of the ruffled shade does have some tiny brown spots here and ... morethere and one of the scalloped edge has a point on it. Antique Victorian Style Hurricane Electric Lamp Hand Painted Flowers In used condition. Stands about 14" tall. Has some masking tape residue on the top glass shade. I'm selling it as is. The way I found it at an estate sale in upstate NY. I did not clean it because I don't want to damage it.

Vintage Victorian style Carved Shell Lamp of Napoli Italy - Mt. Vesuvius Cameo
Carved conch shell lamp. Scene of Mount Vesuvius. Trees and lake with sailboats. Appears to have no chips or cracks, please see photos. Lamp is old, not sure of exact age. Appears to be original old wiring. Does work. Reminiscent of the days of the Grand Tours of Europe. I am always happy to combine shipping. Up for bid is a Beautiful Victorian Style Turn Key Swag Hurricane Lamp. Its in excellent condition and has NO chips or cracks in the globes. The outer globe has a Autumn Style Floral design. The brass looks to be decorated with a type of flame pattern. The entire light fixture itself measures approximately 23" from the top of the brass on the light to bottom brass of light. The swag chain measuring 40" from the top of brass on fixture to where it mounts on the ceiling. Mounting bracket and end cap is included. Antique Victorian Hand Painted Hurricane Style Oil Lamp Converted to Electric It might have been a hanging oil lamp in a past life. I think the reason it was converted was because the threads are broken off where the cap went. It has a cork there now. 6 1/2" tall. 6 1/2" wide. Comes with what is pictured. No hurricane. Shade, etc.
