My 10th photo shows a magnified, internal crack in the font that does not hurt its integrity and is barely noticeable with the naked eye but must be mentioned. Antique Victorian GWTW Parlor Oil Lamp ~ Daisies ~ Electrified Top& Bottom" Gone With The Wind Hand Painted Parlor Oil Lamp" Lamp is 22 inches tall at top of chimney. Top globe is 10 inches high& 10 inches across. Bottom globe is 6 1/2 inches high& 10 inches across. Lamp has the number 202 on the bottom. Does not have any other markings. The lamp is typical of lamps made circa 1880's- 1915. It does say Made in US America on the wick knob. It has a couple of small chips on the bottom of the top globe, they cannot be seen when top is attached to lamp. Beautiful hand painted daisies. The lamp has been electrified and lights up top& bottom. Cord is going bad, should be replaced. I would consider any fair offer. We are very pleased to offer this Edward Miller& Co. Meriden, Conn. Oil or Kerosene Banquet Lamp. Font. This Font has never been electrified and has the original Burner and Shade Holder. It is Brass and. Again, has never been electrified. The Burner is marked on the top of the Flame Spreader with the Miller Logo. The oil filler cap is not marked. The Wick lifter does work and moves easily up and down. Please see the photos that show it in the up position and in the down position. The Font top is highly embossed and in one section is marked: THE MILLER LAMP. On the inside column that holds the flame spreader there are the following Patent Dates; PATD. NOV. 18'90; MAY 29'92; APR. 24'96; JUNE 4'92; APR. 4'93 AND MAY 2'93. Antique glass oil lamp electrified/muslin shade. Gorgeous looking.
This was tagged a antique whale lamp that was electrified. It has a nice muslin shade with a great design in the fabric. The shade is a little soiled in 3 parts of the shade. I would turn that side to the back. Of course you have to look to notice due to the color of the fabric. I would not hesitate from using it just the way it is. It measures 10 1/2" from the bottom of the lamp to the bottom of the brass socket. Like I said the tag said whale lamp but you look it over to make sure that is the style. Gives off wonderful light because its a tall one and the shade is beige. Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.

Beautiful antique GWTW Parlor/Banquet/Piano Lamp. The knob on the tank states: MADE IN THE US OF AMERICA Hand painted floral scene with vibrant colors. This was electrified at one time. Measures 25.5" tall to top of chimney. Shade is 10" in diameter, chimney is 12" base is 7.25" sq. Very good condition for age. Does have a couple lighter spots and the very TINY chiggers normally associated with taking the shade and placing it in ring each time bulb is changed. This will look stunning in any decor.

Beautiful Victorian Antique Parlor/Banquet Oil Lamp- Electrified Measures 23" tall with 8.25" base diameter Absolutely gorgeous antique oil lamp that has been electrified at one time. Elegant floral sprigs adorn both sides of the lamp and the base is a nice unique style that I am sure you will love. No chips. Cracks, fractures that I can see. May need a little more cleaning. The cap does come open but the canister that you'd put the oil in does not come out. Just for those who would want to turn it back into an oil lamp. Not sure if that is due to the electrical wiring holding it in or not. Just thought I'd let you know as someone asked that question before. This will make an elegant touch to any decor.

1870's Oil Student Lamp for Parts or Repair-Has been Electrified-Original Shade
We present to you for your bidding consideration this 1870's Oil Student Lamp for Parts or Repair- Has Been Electrified- Original Green and White Cased Glass Shade. The Lamp Shaft stands 19 3/4" tall on a weighted base that is 6 1/8" diameter and is 2" tall. The Oil Reservoir stands 8" tall x 2 3/4" in diameter. The burner is un-marked and incomplete and stands 5 3/4" tall x 1 1/4" in diameter. The shade holder is 7" in diameter at the base and the shade stands 5 3/16" tall. The only mark found is what I believe to be the Shade Holder Patent(see photograph No. 3) The condition is"good" as the lamp has been modified to electric at some point. This beautiful antique"Gone With the Wind" style Victorian oil lamp has been converted to electric. The shade of green shows a little light in the pictures; it's a pastel lime green. No shade. Works great. But needs a quick repair, as the bulb socket is depressed(sinking into the body of the oil well) and needs to be pulled into position. I don't want to take it apart since I know nothing about repairing these. Handpainted multicolor floral design on both sides, bottom metal stand is impressed FC CO on one side and 617 on the other. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Electrified Oil Parlor Hurricane Lamp Green & Floral
This listing is for a beautiful. Antique Bradley& Hubbard, electrified oil lamp. It measures 16.5" to the top of the socket area and about 6.5" square across the bottom of the base. The bottom of the base is marked with the number 311. The tank knob is marked B&H, and the wick knob is marked: Pat Applied For. The lamp has a pull chain switch. We have tested it, and it does work. When the converted the lamp, they didn't damage the tank, so it can be converted back to oil. If you look at the last photo, you can see that there is a split in the ring that fits over the base of the lamp. The plug end should probably be replaced, it's old, and the cardboard piece that covers the opening is missing. Shipping is based on 14lbs, packed weight.

This is an antique hanging oil lamp. The lamp is being sold as is for parts or repair. I looks like the previous owner made a poor attempt to electricfy the lamp. There is an electric cord that can be pulled out. And you can take the top of the glass oil lamp and put another font/burner on. The glass green lamp shade has several cracks and has been glued back together. If you don't want the shade with the cracks let me know. The current shade has a 13-3/4" shade fitter opening. Antique Electrified Kerosene TRIPLE ANGLE LAMP NY Ceiling Hanging Railroad Oil
PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. This is a very old ceiling fixture and there is a lot to describe. This is a very old Kerosene Triple Angle Ceiling Lamp that was reportedly from an old Railroad Depot Station. I purchased it at an estate auction with the intention of using it in an old Victorian House that I was working on at the time. But life changed my direction as it sometimes does. So I no longer have the house and no need for the fixture. When I purchased this at an Estate Auction. I was told of its origin but have nothing in writing. It was electrified when I bought it. Measurements: If I measure from the center of the fixture to the outside edge of a globe.it is approximately 12"so the fixture is an approximate 24" circle. The height from the bottom of the lower finial to the upper hoop is approximately 19" ... moreAlso included is a modern ceiling ring with a plug installed(see image) and a hook so you can hang and plug in the lamp. If you want it lower you will have to add a chain and more than likely lengthen the cord depending on how low you want it. As an added note.I was going to reroute the cord through the center of the fixture and change the color of that cord to black so it would be less noticeable. As explained earlier the lamp was electrified before I bought it. I hung it temporarily from a cord and plugged it in and as you can see in the pictures it lights up. After closer examination of the sockets and wiring I would advise you go through the wiring carefully before installation as a couple of the sockets are loose and it never hurts to be safe. Electrifying these old gas fixtures can be challenging. But at least you have that part done and if needed lamp parts are plentiful at your local hardware store. Also, Light Bulbs are not included. I used clear bulbs for imaging but you may have a different idea. Imperfections. This is a very old fixture. It is not perfect. Antique GWTW Hurricane Oil Lamp Hand Painted Electrified Pink and White
This antique Gone with the Wind hurricane lamp has been electrified and has a turn key off/on switch. It stands about 18.5" tall to the top of the globe type shade. The electric cord hangs from the socket. Not out the bottom of the lamp. It has a ornate cast metal 5" square footed base. The white milk glass body was hand painted with an orchid like bloom and has a smaller flower on the back side. The 9" globe type shade is white with a blush of pink color at top and bottom. It could use a chimney which is not provided with the lamp. The shade is unpolished and has rough edges at the top and bottom. The top hole has a small chip on the inner edge. Bulb is not included. This is an oil lamp that has been converted to electricity with the on/off switch on the cord. The center cranberry or ruby glass portion has 1" x 2" panels all around it and sits on top a brass shaft atop a really solid ceramic base. The original knobs on the brass burner both have a sailing ship etched in them. The shade is a frosted globe with a brass looking rim and measures 10" high and 9" in diameter. The shade is the widest part and it stands 29" tall to the top of the chimney. It is extremely heavy. This is an antique Victorian Hanging Parlour/ Parlor Lamp that hung in our formal dining room in New York State. The home was built in the late 1880s. And had all beautiful antique lighting. This was originally oil/ kerosene, but it was professionally changed over to electric, and could easily be put back to oil, as no damage was done to the lamp itself. I of course, do not have the burner portion. The glass oil reservoir is beautiful and embossed. On 4 places on the reservoir, are 4 embossed diamond designs amidst the vertical designs. May be a makers mark. I don't know who made this, but it's beautiful. This hangs from the ceiling, and originally one would pull it down towards the table when in use, and raise it up towards the ceiling when not in use. This has been modified but I was told that too, can be changed back to original. ... moreNow the wiring goes up through that mechanism, which somewhat hides it from view. This is a beautiful piece, and is in excellent condition, for its age. Some of the brass finials are bent, as you can see in the third photo close-up. Vintage Rayo Brass Oil Lamp Early 1900s Electrified
This is a brass kerosene Rayo lamp that has been converted to electric and works just fine. The Rayo lamp was first patented in 1894. Made by Bradley and Hubbard for Standard Oil who owned the trademark name"Rayo" At one time, these lamps were given away free to boost the sale of kerosene. Bradley and Hubbard's lamps were also sold to other retailers with royalties paid to Standard Oil(now Exxon) for the use of the Rayo name. Measuring 13 inches tall and 6 inches wide across the base. This vintage Rayo lamp has a few small dents, a larger one on the back(see photos) and does come with the metal collar with prongs to hold a glass shade in place.

BEAUTIFUL 26" HIGH ANTIQUE BRASS BANQUET OIL LAMP w/ FROSTED GLOBE - ELECTRIFIED
Up for auction is this beautiful all brass banquet 26" high oil lamp that has been converted to electric. The 7" diameter brass bowl has a raised all-around floral casting on top of a rope-turned stem and 7 1/2" four legged scroll base. The removable font has been drilled to allow the electrical wiring to pass thru it and out the side of the bowl where there is also a hole drill. The electrical receptacle takes a 1" bulb insert. The wiring inside the font has been cut so additional wiring is needed to fully electrify the lamp and plug it into a wall outlet. The frosted 7 1/2" diameter glass globe is beautifully etched with crosses and stars completing the lamp. Weighs 4 lbs. before packaging. ANTIQUE RAYO Nickel 1890's OIL LAMP ELECTRIFIED ETCHED GLASS GLOBE
This was an authentic antique 1890's pedestaled RAYO lamp which originally burned oil. Many of these old lanterns have had their nickel plating polished off revealing solid brass underneath; however this one still has the nickel plating on it therefore it has the silver color. This lamp was converted from oil by replacing the wick/burner with a socket and wiring it for electricity. The electric burner holds the glass chimney. The glass shade has flowers and leaves etched on it and has a ruffled rim. I took several pictures of the shade using differing backgrounds and angles in order to capture the etched design which was difficult for the camera to pick up. Be sure to look at all the pictures. The lamp with chimney measures 21" tall. The bottom base diameter is 6" The etched glass shade is 11 1/2" in diameter at the widest ... morepoint. Antique Consolidated Lions Head Oil Lamp Safari Gone With The Wind Electrified
This auction is for a nice example of the popular Safari Series lamp by Consolidated Glass. This is a Gone With The Wind style banquet lamp with matching shade and base. As you can see. This one is unusual because the scenes on the top are hand-painted instead of stenciled. The scenes on the base are stenciled, so it is possible that the top shade was originally a blank of the same color and mold that was painted to match. The lamp is altogether in very good condition though it has been electrified. It has good color, the stencil on the base are still crisp and clean, and the underside of the base is stamped 307. The only damage is a few small chips to the rim of the shade where it fits into the brass collar of the base, and these are not visible when the lamp is assembled. Two(2) vintage Oil Lamp Bases which have been electrified. We are pleased to present this lot of two(2) vintage Oil Lamp Bases for your consideration. Both have been electrified. Designed to operate from standard 110/120 volts service as found in North America. One lamp( The New Juno) is in working condition(see 2nd picture which shows it lit up) The other( Meteor) has a line cord which appears quite old. And has numerous cracks and splits in its insulation. Its cord should be replaced, and we did not attempt to plug it in. Both Lamps are constructed of brass and are ornately decorated. Neither has a globe. Shade, or chimney. The New Juno measures 14-3/4 inches high and has a base about 9 inches in diameter. It weighs 3 pounds 14 ounces. It has an in-line power switch. Located about 15 inches from the base. Metal surface have a moderate patina, ... moreand there is a bend in the loose ring at the top, but the Lamp is otherwise in very good condition. The Meteor stands about 20 inches high and also has a base about 9 inches in diameter. Much heavier. It weighs 7 pounds 4 ounces. Its power switch is towards the top, mounted on the side of the lamp. Although the switch turns and clicks properly, we did not test this lamp due to the poor condition of the cord. Metal surfaces have a darker patina than the first lamp, but are free of any damage. The individual sections are not tightly attached, but have been left as-is since the cord requires work. We rate the condition of the Meteor as very good. Antique Student dual Oil Lamp, brass, electrified
Antique dual lamp single reservoir electrified student oil lamp. Brass. There is a switch on the cord and each lamp has a switch. One of the switches is stuck on. The other one works fine. The globes are made of two layers of glass. A clear amber glass on the outside and a white milk glass layer on the inside. One chimney is frosted, the other is clear. The height of the lamps is adjustable with a knob on the central support. The lamp came to my family through my great uncle who collected antiques. The wire is getting stiff. It was probably electrified no later than 1965.

My mother added amber glass chandelier pieces to match the dome and these are NOT antique but are vintage. Some pieces are missing but 17 still intact and can be replaced with new, matching ones. Very nice original antique GWTW parlor oil lamp that has an older electric conversion. Beautiful roses painted on the glass base and globe on a green and brown base background. Measures about 22 inches tall to the top of the hand-painted globe. And about 23 1/2 inches tall to the top of the glass chimney. There are no chips or cracks to the base or top globe, with possibly very few very minor chips on the bottom of the top globe. There does not appear to be any paint loss. The chimney is etched with a two-headed bird and the words'CALCIUM FLINT' near the top, as shown in photo# 6. The burner knob is marked'MADE IN U. S. OF AMERICA' as shown in photo# 9. No other exterior markings were found. There is a new power cord attached to the bulb housing inside the bottom glass section of the lamp, and wiring appears to go the main ... morebulb at the top of the lamp, but bulbs did not light up when connected. I do not know what the problem is, but it surely must be easy to fix. All in all, a beautiful original damage-free example with an older electric conversion. Victorian parlor oil or kerosene floral motif. Hand painted and embossed milk glass lamp with brass base, now electrified. Marked FG 817 on bottom with a P& A manufacturing burner. Burner now activates light bulb. One tiny chip located on font collar(please see last photo) normal patina on metal and some fading of paint. This lamps stands approximately 11 1/2' tall. Tall Antique Ornate Bradley Hubbard B&H Brass Oil Lamp, Electrified
This auction is for a tall ornate antique Bradley Hubbard brass with nickel oil lamp that has been electrified. I am told that it could be converted back. It is 19" tall to top of burner and 33" tall to top of harp. The base is 6 1/2" in diameter. The lamp is in good working condition. Embossed B& H on the filler cap and The B& H on font. There is a streak of oxidation on font and a spot on base as pictures show but no dents. Lamp has not been cleaned at all and it needs a thorough cleaning. Verified 19thC Antique Carl Thieme Pottschapper Dresden Electrified Oil Lamp
I've been asked to sell some inherited antiques. Offered here is a verified porcelain Dresden lamp. It carries the hallmark of Carl Thieme Pottschapper. Germany dating it to 1880-1890. It was an oil lamp that was converted to electricity. It is white porcelain with piercing in the base and mid stem. It has sweet applied roses and forget me not flowers in pink and blue. It also has hand painted flowers, butterflies and romantic scenes. Just the base is 18 inches tall. The brass on top adds 5 more inches to the height. A shade would attach via the attached harp. Finial is a modern addition and easily removable. It was appraised and valued in 1989 by a property consultant. It was rated as excellent and valued, then, at $750.00. It is still in excellent condition. I found one missing petal on one raised flower. I have other antiques for sale ... moreand I combine shipping.

An Antique Oil Lamp. GWTW Style.Converted to Electric. one bulb. Satin Ruby Red Raised Glass with hand painted decoration on the bottom stands 24 1/2 inches tall to the top of the clear glass chimnley.the container that holds the kerosene is brass and the wick is present and still working. It goes up and down. The top and bottom are different shades of red and have different designs. the top may not be original to the lamp but it is of the same age. please look at the pictures closely and ask questions. We would keep this one but there is no place in the house to properly display and use this super lamp.
