I will mention, this is a 100+ year old lamp and it did not sit on a shelf for all 100, it has nicks and bruises and flaws. But none that are not reflected in either the pictures or the asking $. The Bradley Hubbard lamp is in excellent working order as shown in pictures. This was professionally and properly converted. It is both beautiful and practical. The Handel shade is 12" diameter at the base and is a beautiful mixture of blues. Greens and reds. There is no damage. Cracks or loose pieces. It is signed and marked as follows#2565 HANDEL CO. This lamp belongs to a friend who has quite a collection. Everything he owns is beautiful. He has quite an eye for all things from lamp to Carousel horse and all things antique. Authentic Victorian Bradley & Hubbard Oil Lamp Nickel Plated 1890s Converted
Bradley& Hubbard Oil Lamp_ Wonderful Victorian table lamp made by the famous lampmaking firm of Bradley& Hubbard. At some point the lamp was converted for electricity but still has its original resevoir cap. The lamp is marked with the original patent applied for and received dates of August 30. 1892 and December 31,1895. This particular nickel plated model was quite popular in its day. A wonderful piece of functional Victoriana. Cap is marked B&H. Size: Approximately 12" tall Date: 1890s Condition: Overall very good condition. Spotting to the nickel throughout and a few small dings and dents commensurate with age. I have not tested the electrical mechanism and highly suggest that the lamp be rewired. It's 22" long and 7" square at the base. It has a Ruby Chimney. It has wonderful color. Quality and details. It's in Working Condition. But the cord is frayed and it should be rewired. ANTIQUE FRENCH BRONZE PINK MARBLE IRIS FLOWER STAINED GLASS OIL LAMP CONVERTED
We are pleased to offer this GORGEOUS. Old, antique French converted oil lamp. The lamp is exceptional. Designed in the same manner as other French oil lamps of this period(late 1800s) this beauty is set apart by the fantastic color pattern. The lamp has a long center column of pink marble with lots of intricate and colorful veins. The marble ranges from a true pink with peach, deep plum and white veins. The glass oil reservoir is satin frost with raised, embossed leaves that rise from the bottom section of the bowl. There are three, large Iris flowers which circle the vessel. Each flower is a different color. There is a peach flower, a purple flower and a deep rose colored flower. The flower colors are not a reverse paint, but rather an opaque, stained effect color. This is a beautiful feature. The marble and glass are coupled with ornate ... morebronze hardware. The base features four, clawed, acanthus leaf feet that are formed into a fleur de lis as they move up the base. There is an intricate pattern of draped swags which join to form hearts or spades. Inside the hearts/spades are acanthus features. There are also Gothic/Celtic crosses which separate the patterns on the upper base section. Just above the base, at the lower column section, is a bronze torch"flame" The marble rests inside. A column cap finishes the marble column at the top. This is an exceptional, RARE lamp. It is in extremely nice condition for its age. There are no chips, cracks, etc. to either the glass or the marble. The gilt finish is still present and the bronze is gorgeous. This is an incredible lamp! The pictured shade is not included but the lamp does come with the harp(it is fixed) and a very nice, ornate finial. The lamp has been converted at some point to electric. The wiring is older vintage. But in good working condition. Most of the original hardware has been retained. The lamp could be converted back to oil if you so choose. 1898 Edward Miller Brass Ornate Banquet Converted Oil Lamp with Fenton Shade
This is an Awesome RARE Find! A 1898 E. M. Co. Apollo Dual Burner" Very Ornate Serpent Footed Oil Lamp that has been Converted to Electric and Matched with a Fenton Milk Glass and Blue Ruffle Edged Hobnail Shade. I researched this and only found the burner itself on Treasurenet. com- its authentic but the crown for the wicks has been burrowed out to include the lighting mechanism and the wick turner as shown in picture#11 is only cosmetic right now. The Apollo Dual Burner Brass Body is beyond Spectacular. The craftsmanship is like none other I have seen. It has 3 serpent feet on Crowned Pillars that attached to a heavily patterned Body that can be turned. Etched deep into the pewter colored Burner Body's Bottom Half are leaves and raised swirls( picture 4) Rims of circular star bursts and in its center, on ALL 3 Sides is a LIONS ... moreHEAD( see picture 5) The Top Half has beautiful circles of raised Leaves and then Spades, set off with ornate rims on the top and bottom of this half of the burner. The actual burner of this 1898 Oil Lamp has been converted to electric- I have taken a detailed picture- 8. That shows the former rims for the oil burner and chimney holder. In the conversion process, an owner added a chain pull to switch the light on and off. This does impede the placement of a chimney as it will cover the pull chain. I have placed a 7 1/2 inch clear chimney inside the GORGEOUS FENTON HOBNAIL Shade. It is a Milk Glass Beauty with widely spaced Hobnails and an Ornate sky blue Turned Down Ruffle Edge with a 4 7/8 inch rimmed bottom that fits nicely into the 5 1/8 inch metal burner rim. This lamp stands approximately 15 1/2 inches tall including the shade and it is 9 inches tall from the serpent feet to the top of the lighting mechanism. It is in wonderful condition. Antique Parlor Oil Kerosene Lamp Converted Electric Light Aladdin HobNail Green
The following auction is for a vintage oil/kerosene lamp that was converted to an electrical light with a switch. It is used.And original. I dont know if this is called a Fenton/Aladdin or not. I dont see any markings on the lamp anywhere,so dont think I am trying to trick you. I dont know if thats a style or a name,sorry this is the first one we have sold The light has some issues.But it does power on. The switch is for a 3 stage bright/brighter/brightest/Off Light. THE LIGHTBULB IS NOT INCLUDED. So you may have to turn the switch a few cranks,before it comes on,unless you have that kind of bulb. The glass is in decent shape with no cracks or repairs in it. There is a small chip on the edge of the lampshade. I forgot to take a pic. Its not real big,and I didnt really notice until just now when I was listing it. I felt it being a little rougher ... morethere. Its a darker green color. I think you call it hobnail or hobknob. The glass does have texture to it. The cord is in alright shape. Not all that great. I wasnt scared to plug it in or anything.But its old and wouldnt really be hard to replace,at least for the piece of mind. The light does work,the switch is a little hard to turn,but it does work. I didnt get shocked or anything like that when I was testing it. There is alot of rust/pitting on the ring that holds the shade.As well as the whole switch assembly. The spot where the oil lamp went is really pitty and rusty. The switch does work for the light,but it feels a little hard to turn. The light sits crooked. I think it has to do with the electrical outlet. When you look down on it,you can see the light is crooked. The whole ring and the entire switch mechanism is dirty and pitted/rusted up. The base appears to have been cleaned up. Its a lot shinier than the rest.It still has some pitting and tarnish spots on it.The underneath side looks terribly discolored and spotty. There is a small chipped off piece on the base. I took a pic. Not really noticeable.But its there The light stands(with shade on) about 16 inches

Antique Paris Porcelain Converted Oil Lamp 1800's/ Green
I found this at a thrift store. It is 10" tall and 4" across base. It is heavy. It weighs almost 2 1/2 lbs. It is hand painted with 2 shades of green and black. The is a spot of brown discoloration on the back see 9th photo. No chips or cracks. The base is tarnished and I haven't tried to polish it. I don't know when it was converted. It has a newer style plug and the cord is 6' long. Works. Would be a super cute bedroom lamp with a white ruffled shade. I don't know what year this was made but I would guess mid to late 1800's.

Up for auction is a very pretty ornate Bradley Hubbard Brass/ Bronze Oil Lamp base that has been converted to electric. I am able to light it up but there is a short in the light and the electrical wiring looks like it needs to be rewired. The lamp is hallmarked B&H on the oil cap and on the bottom. American Brass KLEEMAN 1870 Student Desk Oil Lamp/Milk Glass Shade-Converted
Up for consideration is this antique C.A. Kleeman& C.F.A. Hinrichs New York kerosene brass student desk lamp. This lamp has been electrified over the years and appears to have been done in a way that could easily be converted back to original without issue. However, I am not certain. It is in overall very good/strong antique condition and I believe will restore nicely. I believe that the milk glass shade is original however I cannot verify if correct or original. The shade does have some small rim nicks here and there from use where it sits on the shade ring. I do not have the chimney that would have also been with this lamp. I see no dents in the brass. The fuel tank appears original and without issue and has the pin on the bottom. This piece does move if you push the pin up and down, not sure if this is correct or if you pull the pin ... moredown to secure? Height adjustment knob turns( a little hard) but does work and lamp slides up an down. Shade ring or arm(not sure which) appears slightly tilted so I put a level on the ring to show you. I do not want to try to adjust or bend at all, I will leave that decision to the new owner. As you can see the brass needs to be cleaned, bottom of lamp is covered in green felt. ANTIQUE BRASS MADE IN US OF AMERICA OIL LAMP CONVERTED TO ELECTRIC
Very old Made in US of America oil lamp converted to electric. This lamp is really quite rare. The main part of the lamp is brass but I'm not sure what metal the base is. The ring that holds the shade is crooked but still works. There are a few dents which I have pictured. The shade seems quite old and has some roughness on the top& bottom. No chips or cracks. This lamp is pretty nice for it's age. Please look closely at the pictures. The lamp to the top of the chimney is 21"tall and the base is 6" wide. The shade is 7" high, 11 1/2" wide and fits a 10" ring.

Stands 27 inches high(including chimney) It has a beautifully hand painted porcelain/ceramic(vase) body signed by the artist(artist unknown) The base and stem are brass and has a smoked/etched glass globe top. Antique Victorian Brass Rayo oil lamp converted.
Offered for auction is this circa mid to late 1800's brass Rayo oil lamp converted to electricity. Has a nice shade ring that fits over the hidden electrical socket that holds the mild glass shade. Since the electric cord comes out the bottom of the lamp. This means the font or oil chamber has been drilled out. Needs cleaning a bit but in great shape. A few dents visible in the new pictures, finish looks spotted and mottled. Might have a lacquer coating and this coudl be removed to polish and shine.

ANTIQUE FRENCH STYLE CONVERTED OIL LAMP AND POWDER JAR
I purchased this LAMP at auction in the vacated home of Al Hirt. It is unknown whether the LAMP actually belonged to Al Hirt. The powder JAR was purchased separately sometime later. Both are the very same style and color. With the 3-D pastel flowers. These flowers are VERY FRAGILE, and several have broken off through the years. It is hard to tell how many because there are so many flowers and they are very small. It is also hard to notice the damage unless you look closely or know ahead of time. The LAMP has been electrified from an oil LAMP. It is about 9" to the top of the bowl, plus an inch and a half for the metal cap/globe attachment, and the globe is about 8-1/2" tall. The powder JAR is about 5" +. The JAR also has some missing flowers.it's just too hard to tell how many. I tried to show the worst area of damage on ... morethe LAMP in the close-up pic of the bowl.
