These are one of the finest and most ornate pair I have sold in a very long time with gorgeous large ornate Rococo style Candlesticks marked Wm A. Rogers. S.P. Lead. They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. This auction is for a superb quality. Hand blown, heavy cut glass/crystal oil lamp font that comes with a brass oil lamp burner 1.5"3.8cm screw collar. This has not been fitted. Victorian in date. The font weighs 600g unpacked. It measures 5.5"14cm diameter across the top and stands just under 4.5"11cm tall. It can either be free standing or sit in a 5.25"13.3cm drop in ring. Condition is excellent. It appears not to have been used much if at all. The foot shows very light signs of wear(see pic) and there are no chips or cracks. I have pictured two marks in the glass from when the font was originally blown. These are not chips or cracks. Lamp/Ceiling Fixture-Brass-Heavy-Vintage/Antique
This came from a very old estate in Sheffield. Massachusetts. The owners were lighting fixture fanatics. This is 7" Tall with a 6" base. This could have been a lamp base. I say so because of it's weight and a hole on the side for a cord. it looks like someone tried to retro fit it for the wall or ceiling as two small holes in the narrow end are not evenly spaced. It looks as though they were using screws in the holes to hold a glass fixture in place so it could be hung. Up for auction is this solid brass bracket mounting centre draught argand paraffin/ kerosene oil lamp. Complete with button type flamespreader, wick, reflector and straight cylinder type glass chimney. It is incredibly heavy. Weighing 4& 1/4 pounds without the glass chimney, solid brass. It stands 12 inches high without the chimney, 19 inches high with the glass chimney. CGlass chimney is just under 2 inches diameter and 11 inches long. I have no idea what the lamp was made for. It is heavy and well made. Must be made for a marine, military or railway use, and it has been suggested it fits into a railroad headlight. the brass strap bracket has 2 hole and slot mounts. The lamp is secured to the bracket by a stout brass nut on the heavy centre tube protruding from the bottom of the fount. As it is now the fount can swivel in the bracket. ... moreMay be as intended or may need the nut tightening. Wick winder knob. Which is on top of the fount to one side of the burner, works and raises the wick very smoothly. The chimney mount gallery incorporates an inner tube spaced out from the wick tube, to bring an inner current of air around the flame and assist cooling the wick tube. The height of the wick tube above the fount suggests that it is for kerosene or refined burning mixture, turpentine. There are no dents or damage. There is no makers mark I can find. The lamp is incredibly neatly made. Chimney has swirls in the glass but no cracks or chips. if you wanted to use it a borosilicate(pyrex) tube might be a good investment. Crevices show residue from polishing. Lamp has a clean, but aged patina. Due to the weight and need for a good box overseas postage is expensive. Check out my other lots. Save on postage! Up for auction is this attractive heavy silver plated metal drop-in fount for a Duplex burnered oil lamp. The fount is made of heavy metal. Probably'white metal' also referred to as'hard plate' and is plated with silver. It has no dents, some wear and rubs to silver, and a definite ring of wear to the underside. Apart from that ring the silver plating is intact and nicely polished, though there is still some grime in the nooks and crannies arond the pattern. Approx 16 cms max diameter. And would fit a ring or pot about 150mm diameter, the shoulder is curved. 100mm overall height, and the collar has a thread for a typical screw in duplex burner, 39mm or 1&1/2 inches diameter. Antique Vintage Tall Brass Table Lamp Dual Pull Chain 28" Footed Base Heavy
This brass lamp came from an auction in Vermont. A magnet does not stick to the lamp. I am unsure of it's age. I cannot find a maker's mark. It measures 28 3/4" tall(to the very top) and 5 5/8" across the base. I am not sure if the top piece is the original or not. The top piece screws in but can be pulled after being screwed in. The top piece has wear marks. The round flat piece that covers the electric wires on the top does not lay completely flat. I have tried to show this in the 9th picture. It is heavy. Weighs just under eight pounds. The lamp has some wear marks and dark spots, see the 4th through 8th pictures. The spots may or may not come off, I have not cleaned it.

The winged cherub/putti stands on a metal pillar and marble base holding a torch OF GOLDEN LEAVES FLARING OUT INTO A 3 LIGHT FIXTURE with 3 glass shades. Inside the lamps have cardboard fittings which also dates it. Art Deco. Authentic Period Lighting, interior decorators, bed and breakfast decorators and anyone wanting an authentic period lighting, this lamp could be yours! I have researched for several months now and cannot find another like this with 3 lights. It is a heavy painted metal with marble foot. It measures 24 inches in height. Top width is 16 inches. Base is 8 inches. Wt is heavy at 14 pounds. My best guess is circa 20s maybe earlier! I can see the original wiring at the bottom of the lamp where it has been spliced in a later decade. The original wiring is cloth wrapped ... moreor possibly silk and it has a sheen to it. Works as is. Have to plug it in to turn on. I can send more pictures which show the original wiring if needed. It works like this but you can see the splicing on the bottom so I would definitely have it rewired by your local expert. The last picture shows an area where the 3 cords come through and that area turns. I did not turn all the way and I don't know anymore than that. I have left it alone! The lamp has no serious issues. No breakage or repairs. Quite original with it's beautifully aged patina to the metal but has few areas of the paint scratched. This is a very old. Heavy piece in nice antique condition. Marble looks to be 1 1/4 inch thick, measures 9 inches in diameter and weighs 10 lbs. Feet looks to be brass and decorative piece seems to be brass as well. There is a name on bottom that I am unable to read, only can see the last part that says co. but looks to be hand carved or stamped. This does have old chipping around edges, a few spots, hard to notice, tried to show in pictures. Estate sale find, email any questions.

Antique HUGE Heavy Metal Medieval KNIGHT Statue LAMP
PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING.KNIGHT HAS SOME ISSUES,READ ON.An exciting find from an older home estate sale in my area! Here we have a HUGE and HEAVY metal KNIGHT statue LAMP! He looks kinda like a French knight to me,could even be from France for all I know,which I don't know,but could just be! Base is wood.Knight(himself) measures about 33 1/2 inches high/ 13 inches across measured from elbow to elbow across at farthest points.WOOD base measures 10 inches round x 1 1/2 thick.Knight measured from bottom to tip of light bulb on staff/ lance measures 42 1/2 inches tall.CORD is very long and has a on/ off stitch on the cord for ON/ off function.I put a small bulb in,plugged it in,and light DOES WORK. By the looks of it he probably was holding a sword in his other hand(the one not holding the pole/ lance)I don't have ... morea sword for him,this is the way I found him. But you can probably find a sword for him on this site or at a local flea market.You know,those guys that sell the sword replicas? Or maybe you have one for him.You'd need about a 15 or 16 inch sword replica for that hand. Now.I do not know what went on top of the lance/ pole,a globe of some sort I am guessing,I do not know what was there,but a small lamp shade can probably be used to improvise. A couple of issues I noticed; his arm that needs a sword seems to have been repaired as I see evidence of where he was probably had a weld job there(see pics#s 6& 7) In pics#s 8& 9.Seems to have had a weld repair done around the neck area,on front going around to the back. Also I notice two small round spots on each side of his helmet where a visor would probably have been hinged on at one time.But visor is obviously missing as no knight would go into battle with his face exposed,perhaps you can fashion a visor for him if you are good with metal working or know someone who does such work.It's still an awesome piece in my opinion. This is an extremely high quality solid bronze antique handmade Chinese bronze electric table lamp. It depicts a very large and dimensional dragon wrapping the whole body of the base. he is completely hand crafted from solid bronze and is a very heavy piece. has a stunning patina from age and done with an abundance of intricate detailing throughout. the detailing is so superb and looks so much better in person. the pictures do the piece absolutely no justice. it was hard to take pictures of the very small detailing and to get the dimension in the face and legs. The scales of the dragon are very intense and nearly perfectly engraved. it has a lovely footed base which also has great detailing. there is a large very heavy finishing piece on the top of the dragon wrapped body and is equally as detailed. it depicts several birds. Heavy crystal lamp(base only, no shade) Measures 15 inches in height(measurement taken from bottom of base to top of socket) The socket is marked"P& S, 250W, 250V" and has a pull chain switch. The bottom opening of the crystal base measures 9" diameter. Included is a 4 arm attachment for holding shade and is brass toned. This attachment has a 12" span and it slides over socket.
