Antique Parlor Oil Kerosene Lamp Converted Electric Light Aladdin HobNail Green
The following auction is for a vintage oil/kerosene lamp that was converted to an electrical light with a switch. It is used.And original. I dont know if this is called a Fenton/Aladdin or not. I dont see any markings on the lamp anywhere,so dont think I am trying to trick you. I dont know if thats a style or a name,sorry this is the first one we have sold The light has some issues.But it does power on. The switch is for a 3 stage bright/brighter/brightest/Off Light. THE LIGHTBULB IS NOT INCLUDED. So you may have to turn the switch a few cranks,before it comes on,unless you have that kind of bulb. The glass is in decent shape with no cracks or repairs in it. There is a small chip on the edge of the lampshade. I forgot to take a pic. Its not real big,and I didnt really notice until just now when I was listing it. I felt it being a little rougher ... morethere. Its a darker green color. I think you call it hobnail or hobknob. The glass does have texture to it. The cord is in alright shape. Not all that great. I wasnt scared to plug it in or anything.But its old and wouldnt really be hard to replace,at least for the piece of mind. The light does work,the switch is a little hard to turn,but it does work. I didnt get shocked or anything like that when I was testing it. There is alot of rust/pitting on the ring that holds the shade.As well as the whole switch assembly. The spot where the oil lamp went is really pitty and rusty. The switch does work for the light,but it feels a little hard to turn. The light sits crooked. I think it has to do with the electrical outlet. When you look down on it,you can see the light is crooked. The whole ring and the entire switch mechanism is dirty and pitted/rusted up. The base appears to have been cleaned up. Its a lot shinier than the rest.It still has some pitting and tarnish spots on it.The underneath side looks terribly discolored and spotty. There is a small chipped off piece on the base. I took a pic. Not really noticeable.But its there The light stands(with shade on) about 16 inches

Vintage Antique Milk White Hobnail Glass Brass Electric Table Lamp
Vintage 1930's antique brass table lamp with hobnail milk glass. This is a project piece. Although it works, it has definitely seen better days in its 70+ years. The base is cracked in 9 places and the bakelite strain relief screw is broken. The original milk glass shade is long gone as is the glass chimney. But the glass bowl is in perfect condition. As is the brass chimney holder and the Leviton bakelite twisty knob, so I couldn't throw it away. It was simply too cool to pitch. Antique Victorian Fairy Lamp cira 1902 Hobnail pattern
Up for your consideration is this blue hobnail antique fairy lamp. The shade is dated 1902. Not sure of maker. Maybe this was a commemorative lamp? Don't know? There are no chips cracks or any issues. Looks as if it has never been used. Excellent condition. Lamp measures 4 1/2 inches tall and base is almost 6 inches across. Base has heat vents across the bottom. Check out my other auctions. I will be listing many more antique fairy lamps, clarke, and victorian. This auction is for a rare antique Fenton cranberry opalescent floor lamp. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks to any of the glass pieces. This is a nice antique white milk glass table lamp and matching globe that are hobnail patterne with a brass center and key. That is several years old, and in good condition with no damage that we can see. Its a beautiful lamp and globe with great detailing and designs with a brass center and a antique brass key type on/ off switch. The lamp and globe are a beautiful milk white color and the globe is flared with a scalloped design on the top. This large milk glass hobnail lamp shade fits a large standing or hanging lamp. It is in very good condition- no cracks. Crazing or stains. There is one small 2 mm chip to one ruffle(scalloped edge) and 3 tiny dots on the white glass- please see the photos as they form part of the description. The base rim is rough and has nibbles and a small chip but these are not seen when it is installed. Antique Aqua Blue Hobnail Glass Lamp w/Bristol Glass Base & Upper 12-3/4" Tall
DESCRIPTION: I’m offering today an Antique Aqua Blue Hobnail Glass Lamp with Bristol Glass Base and Upper. This belonged to my elderly in-laws which we found when cleaning out their home. The aqua blue hobnail glass looks like the color of the ocean. When the light penetrates the glass it has such a lovely color. The hobnail comes to a point and is not rounded. The top of the lamp is white bristol glass which is scalloped and holds the holder for the light bulb. I do believe the bulb holder has been replaced and it works fine. The bottom has the same white bristol glass scalloped pattern which the hobnail base sits on. Then you come to the square white bristol base which compliments the combination of above. The original cord remains attached and as mentioned above. The lamp works fine. There is a cut-out in the square bristol glass base ... morewhich allows for the cord to run through so the lamp sits squarely on the table. A very fine antique. Circa 1890's, brass hanging oil lamp with cranberry hobnail font surrond and half moon shade. It retains its chain pulley system, and the usually missing brass smoke bell. Has been electrified, with the new cord entering the font area through the fill cap. The lamp fixture is complete with brass ceiling canopy and cast iron loop. The wiring extends for ceiling connection. From canopy down to drop pull finial measures 37" tall. The shade measures 13-1/2" diameter by 9" tall. The hobnail glass surround for the brass font is 4-1/4" tall by 6-1/2" diameter. Excellent condition: glass shade and font surround without chips or cracks. All brass parts complere and in original patina. The shade frame originally had cut glass prisms and beads hung from it(none available.

Vintage White Milk Glass TABLE LAMP With Hobnail Pattern
VINTAGE WHITE MILK GLASS HOBNAIL GLASS TABLE LAMP This is a vintage white milk glass hobnail glass Table Lamp. It stands 10 3/4" tall and the base is approximately 6" in diameter. The gold plated brass burner base shows some wear especially the turnkey and a portion around it(see my pictures) There is a small area on the globe that has some sort of surface scuff which produced a few tiny black spots. Plus a 3/4” scratch around one seam. However, either are not that noticeable and can be positioned towards the wall if needed. Otherwise there are no cracks, chips or repairs. Clear glass chimney is not original to lamp, it fits over the fitter instead of inside it but you can't tell under the globe. c1890 PHOENIX Hobbs? Hobnail Oil LAMP SHADE Apricot Opalescent
Presented for you consideration is this superb Victorian art glass oil lamp shade. I believe this hobnail pattern is"Knob Optic" made by the Phoenix Glass Company. Hobbs. Brockunier& Company made a very similar shade in their"Dew Drop" line but I think the color is more indicative of Phoenix(any help appreciated) The color is spectacular-apricot dieaway to crystal opalescent(not as pink as the photo) It has a Burmese appearance but does not glow under a black light. The shade measures 5 1/2" high, 8 1/2" across at the ruffled edge and 4" at the fitter end. The inside fitter measures 3 1/2" The shade is in excellent estate condition with no damage or restoration noted. You should be very pleased to include it in your collection-could be the perfect"finishing touch" for a special banquet ... morelamp! Antique Student Oil Lamp Electric Working Condition Hobnail Milk Glass Farmfresh
Up for sale is a beautiful antique oil lamp that was converted to electricity. It has a very ornamental. Very decorative look to it, and also is a nice piece of functional art. It will make a wonderful show piece for any room. It is in working farm fresh condition, has some wear and tear, but is in over all fair condition. Could use a thorough cleaning, but all in all is in good shape. There are minor stress fractures, but the piece is very solid, and they appear to be cosmetic only, I believe due to age and also material and method of manufacture, these are very common on old pieces like this. The chimney and hobnail milk glass shade are not original, but pieces I had that fit it and looked nice together. Wonderful Pair Vintage Glass Table Lamp Mid Century Hobnail Works Crystal Prisms
Up for your consideration is an awesome set of electric glass lamps. Both have crystal prisms hanging from rim. There are 12 holes for hanging the prisms. Each lamp has 6 prisms. 1 has a wired repaired. Not a huge deal. The sockets are spring action and most likely original to the lamps. The lamps have silver rings that wrap the neck of the lamp along with glass. The top of the lamps are hobnail design. Both lamps are in great condition and both work! They stand 11 1/2" tall.
