Antique Vintage Hanging Oil Lamp Connverted Top and Bottom Light Up Brass Glass
Nice old oil lamp that was converted to electric. The top and/or bottom light up. There is a small chip to the top rim of the glass shade and very minor spots of wear to the brass. There are 18 glass prisms. It measures 10 inches wide and 20 inches high. It is set up to be wired directly to the ceiling and it hangs down 12 inches from the ceiling however you could add two chains if you wanted it to hang lower. I just hung it from a bungee cord to take pictures.

Six candle style lights and a brass trim around the large amber shade. It is about 15" from the top of shade to bottom of light, then about 14" across the globe and also has a 13" chain. This lamp is just stunning and then when you turn it on it is really beautiful. The edge of the globe/ shade is trimmed with a brass scalloped edge. This is complete with the ceiling cover plate and as you can see in pictures it works great. I do NOT ship with light bulbs. This is a very ornate hanging light. Up for auction is an antique hanging 4 panel slag glass cast lamp with filigree. The lamp has 4 curved and tapered panels. All in excellent condition, no cracks or repairs. Each varies in color. The lamp measures 13" long X 6" across at the top. The lamp will need a simple rewiring, it is not currently working. There is some tarnish/pitting on one side of the fixture as this was probably hung outdoors on a porch. The chain that is currently attached is about 10" long. This is a lovely frosted antique light shade that fits over a ceiling light. It is supposed to be hung"inverted" thus. Most of the photos are what you would see if you were looking up at it. There are three holes in the top of the shade where chains would be inserted for hanging. I have seen them in front entrance doorways, bedrooms, etc in late early 1900s homes and they are usually hung close to the ceiling.again, with the wide(interior) part facing up. Very pretty and unique. I bought it at an estate sale for my ceiling light but because my light had been modified, it would not work. And they are"the farmers home" the old homestead in winter" and"a home in the wilderness" Each panel is marked with the name of the scene and with the words"Currier& Ives" The colors in the scenes are subtle and are in shades of brown, grey blue and pale aqua green.when the light is on I'm sure the colors come alive and must be so lovely. The scenes themselves are in excellent condition without paint missing or a lot of scratches. The fixture measures about 15" across the bottom, and 14" high. Vintage Antique Glass & Brass Hurricane Hanging Lamp Light Gone W/The Wind Style
This is an absolutely beautiful hurricane style hanging lamp. It has glass shades that are painted a beautiful pastel colored arrangement highlighting blue. Red, tan and green with its background being an off white. The glass is held by three brass rods and is surrounded by a very ornate styled brass ring and has another ring of the same style that sits on top of the upper shade. Overall it measures approximately 16" tall x 14" wide. It will hang down approximately 36" from the base plate when attached to a ceiling. It is dusty and does have some specs of a light colored paint where the lamp was not removed before the ceiling above was painted. The cleaning and paint removal should be fairly easily done. It is not as new condition as it is 100 years old but it is in very respectable shape the glass is all good as well. The Hall Lamp would have originally had a glass Oil Lamp font inside. That is missing but the Estate had it wired for electricity many years ago. I was told they had it hanging and working in a past home but it is has been stored away for many years. The Lamp is very much more beautiful than my photos show, the Glass Shade goes from a deep Pink color at the top to a light blush Pink color at the bottom and features a unique Polk a dot pattern that I have not seen before. The Lamp is overall in very good condition, there is some minor rim chips that are covered by the fixture but no large chips, cracks or repairs of any kind. The bottom cap also shows a loss as seen in the photo but overall it displays beautifully. I have not tried it to see if it works but I am sure you would want to rewire it when you hang it in your home anyway. MASSIVE Vintage MURANO Cased Glass Hanging Lamp/Light Fixture, Billiard. Prisms
Amazing vintage Murano glass hanging light/lamp. I believe the frame is wrought iron. 3 cased glass Murano shades. 3 glass chimneys. The larger middle chimney has a Murano label on it. The frame measures 26 1/4" high and 38" wide and is quite heavy. The smaller shades measure 6 1/4" high and the bottom opening is almost 7 3/4" across. The larger middle shade is 8 1/2" high and the bottom opening is 12 1/2" across. The shades have only minor nicks along the top and bottom rims. There are also many. Many prisms that appear to be glass. Not all of them are shown hanging on the lamp. From moving the lamp around a lot of them have come off and I have them separate. If I had to guess I would say there are probably over 100 of them. There is a chain and wiring for hanging the lamp and it needs to be hard wired(no plug) ... moreThis is a very large and heavy light so the shipping is quite high especially with the frame being so large.

No Reserve, Free Shipping This is an exceptional antique hanging kerosene oil lamp dating to the Victorian era of the 19th century. The handsome design features a rare and important aqua opalescent art glass shade with a striking thumbprint design. The elegant brass floral decorated frame holds a lovely hand painted glass kerosene burner holder featuring a butterfly and flowers. 36 cut glass prisms delicately hang from the lovely filigree ring upon which the aqua shade rests. The fact that the prisms are cut glass and not pressed glass adds to the special nature of this beautiful fixture. The cast iron ceiling anchor hook disc is marked with a patent date of 1872. The lamp hangs from chains on three ... morepulleys attached at the canopy. Which allows for the lamp to be pulled down from where it hangs for easy lighting and maintenance. Also included is the original anchor hook, back plate, and a kerosene burner with a glass chimney. In overall very good condition with very light wear and oxidization to the metal components. The decorative panel on one of the brass arms holding the glass kerosene globe is a bit loose but remains stable. There are no cracks or chips to the shade. Or glass lantern base. The prisms exhibit some internal cracks but none are broken. The chains move smoothly over the pulleys. This condition is consistent with age and use. The total normal hanging length of the lamp not including the anchor hook is 33 1/4" The glass shade is 6 1/4" tall with a top and bottom diameter of 6" and 13 7/8" respectively. The length of each prism is approximately 4 1/4" in length. The burner diameter is 4 1/2" and the chimney height is 8 3/4" The total length of the ceiling hook is 7 1/2" This is a striking lamp and would make fine Victorian period addition to your home. this is a gorgeous vintage leaded white and green stained glass hanging light fixture. it was bought at an estate sale. And the color of glass is beautiful. there are small surfaces scratches on the gold plate that hangs the light, and there is one minor(very unnoticeable small crack in one white smaller piece of glass, I took pic(last one) to show this. you will love this lamp. scalloped edges and great lead between glass(not like manufactured lead) happy bidding
