BEAUTIFUL FLORAL ANTIQUE GLASS LAMPSHADE =============================================================== This is a beautiful thick floral milk glass lampshade to fit your existing lamp. It has pink and peachy color flowers on an ivory color glass with a fluted rippled style edge. There are six almost identical flowers surrounding the shade. They appear to be hand painted on the glass. This is an antique- I don't know the manufacture date. However. Antique glass like this is very expensive to replace as I found out some years ago when a lamp got knocked over and when it landed on the carpeted floor. The glass broke.it was $9 0 t o replace it. This piece measures 5-3/4" H. The widest part of the shade is 8-1/2. The inside rim is jus t a bit o ver 6-1/4. The outside rim is 7" The width of the rim is 1/4. Vintage BRISTOL Glass Oil Lamp LEIPZIG H.S. Hand Painted Flowers This is an older tall oil lamp that was bought in an antique shop in the early 1970's. It is mostly glass with a brass burner. It is a very light jade green opaque white with hand painted flowers in orange and blues with green leaves. The maker's name is imprinted on the flame adjustment knob. The lamp was made in two parts and fused together. The top part is the fuel cell and the base is hollow. The bottom has a hole from the manufacturing process. The lamp appears to work and the adjustment knob is difficult to turn. But works fine when the wick is removed, so may not be the right sized wick. The chimney is missing, other wise is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks. A very nice older piece that would look great on any mantle or in any collection. This is an antique Table/Desk Lamp. It stands about 15 inches tall when assembled. The shade is about 6 inches in diameter and about 6 inches in height. The base is painted metal with a lined design. The shade is made of frosted glass with a floral pattern. The base color is white with a mild blue accent There is no electrical component installed but one can easily be added. The lamp is in very good condition for its age. The base has some chipped and scratched paint which can be touched up. The shade is in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. It is dirty and dusty. I did not try to clean it. Due to its delicate nature. I estimate this lamp to be circa late 1800's to early 1900's. Up for sale is an antique amber glass oil lamp that was converted long ago to a electric lamp. the glass is etched with flowers and vertical etched lines on the 6 paneled lamp. the glass section measures 9 1/4" tall at the tom metal rim that the socket is screwed into. It stands 12 1/2" tall at the edge of the top of the socket. this lamp has a screw in vintage HUBBELL Socket that is not working. It will need to be replaced or rewired. but if your buying it for a oil lamp then it is fine and all you need to do is unscrew the socket and replace it with a lamp head with wick. this lamp itself is in great condition no chips or cracks to the glass the shade is very unusual and is vintage. it has 2 tiny dings that can be scene inside the shade but do not show when displayed. the shade measures 8" tall by 10 1/2" across the ... morebottom opening. The cut-to-clear shapes includes circles, ovals, cross-hatches and even stylized pineapple-like shapes. The white portion of the lamp is further decorated with beautiful hand-painted floral designs. Gold rings and dots finish off the overall design. Each lamp measures 31" total from the base to the top of the harp. 24" from the base to the top of the light socket, and 8" wide. The socket features a simple push on/off switch. The lamps are in excellent vintage condition. The metal work of the lamp has some definite age to it; you could refinish it if you wanted. And the shade measures 18 inches in diameter with a 3 ¼ inch fitter. Both the shade and base are unmarked. But date to sometime in the 1920’s or 30’s.
