ANTIQUE GLASS/CRYSTAL HURRICANE LAMP WITH PRISMS - WORKS
For Sale: A beautiful hurricane lamp that is still in working condition. I'm not sure if the material is glass or lead crystal. It's very heavy like crystal and looks like it. But I can't be sure. It measures 11-1/2" tall by 5-1/2" wide. It's not a real thin lamp like some lamps of this type. The glass/crystal on the stem is a little wider and it's very well made. It still works. It just needs a globe. The prisms are all there. The wires have rivets on the ends which is how they stay hooked on the lamp. Two of them are missing the rivet. They still hook to the shade just fine. You just have to bend the wire a little. There is also one rivet missing on one of the wires on the top of one of the long prisms. I did the same thing, I just put the wire through the prism and bent it upwards a bit and it's fine. ... moreOne of the prisms is just a tiny bit rounded on the end versus the sharp V. I'm not sure if it was chipped and then sanded and polished at one time or not. It isn't noticeable. It blends fine because it's the very tip and you really have to look to notice it. All of the prisms are there. I removed some of them for a couple of photos. They are not missing. I also removed all of them so interested buyers could see exactly what the lamp looks like. DESCRIPTION: Nice medium sized vintage crystal prism and chrome chandelier. Has Art Deco styling but also could be from the 1960's or 1970's. There are four lower"rings" with 2 or 3 prisms hanging from each space. Then graduates to"hooked" spires with 2 or 3 prisms. Center top section has draped prism strings and top has curved spires with prisms. I counted approx 410 total prisms with 5-8 missing. There is some damage(see condition below)rewired and repaired this would look spectacular.and it's size is suitable for a dining room or hallway. Made of mostly blown crystal glass(maybe Murano) from the base all the way to the top of lamp. Beautiful glass prisms. Stands about 72" tall. Lamp works perfect takes a large mogul style 3 way bulb. Looks beautiful when lit up it spreads a beautiful array of light across the ceiling. Lamp is in good condition. There are a few of the top curved pieces that are loose they are held in place by plaster sockets which is how they did it back then. I have a beautiful victorian electric lamp with a lot of crystal prisms. 3 lights with little cloth shades size 3 3/4' by 2 1/2' White marble base with a felt table protector on the bottom. the lamp stands 14" tall middle lamp and the outside lamps stand 12" tall. 12 1/2" ACROSS. HAS THE ON AND OFF STWTCH ON THE CORD. and will come with the light blubs. and is in perfect condition. RARE LARGE Antique Vintage Italian Tole Gold Gilt Hollywood Regency Table Lamp or Light w Crystal/ Glass Prisms and Solid Marble or Alabaster Base! This is a beautiful and stately Original Italian Toleware piece standing approx 30.5" tall to top of socket. And 43" Tall to top of harp. Loaded with 30 light-dazzling crystal or glass prisms, 15 sets of smaller octagon holding a larger tear-shape Italian faceted prism. The prisms are vintage original and NOT modern additions. The base is VERY HEAVY and SOLID Marble or Alabaster(measuring approx 3" Wide/Deep x 4.5" Tall and is even beveled on the top! What a sign of quality detail! very beautiful and also functional to appropriately weight the lamp down as it is rather tall. There are a couple of small nicks or scratches in one side of the marble which should show in pic 6- ... morenot a chip but small scratches on side w dark smudges. Not significant to us but perhaps to you. The very bottom decorative brass portion of base is approx 5" square. It's in working order(as shown in pics) But sometime the cord is a little persnickety. If you don't move it around it is fine, but sometimes during movement it gets picky. This hasn't been an issue for us as we always left it in one place, but wanted to mention for full disclosure. Likewise, although I had NEVER noticed prior to taking pics and inspecting fully for listing purposes) I think it is actuallly missing one leaf. We've had it for ages and I never noticed this before, even when I originally purchased it, as due to the type of lamp style it could be easily overlooked as I had done. Again, only mentioning for full disclosure. The beautiful prisms will be removed and wrapped separately from lamp for safety in shipping. Up for consideration. Are a set of 2 matching Vintage Waterfall table Lamps. Age is unknown. The base of the lamps are either glass or crystal. No cracks or breaks in either bases. Body appears to be made of brass. Elongated Prisms seem to be made of aged, hard plastic? They have yellowed from aging. The plug wires are very old, still have the old style material around them.which is frayed in some spots, but, I will assume the actual wiring underneath is in tact. There is a piece of black electrical tape going around 1. I have not removed it. Both lamps turn on and shine brilliantly! The tall lamps are hand blown, cut to clear, royal blue glass. These are quality made lamps with attention to detail around each cut- photos do not do them justice. The scalloped edge top is hand cut with notches as shown, the neck or stem of the lamp is cut to clear with clover style shapes which are repeated around the cut base. The 10 cut crystal prisms on each lamp are 2 parts, octagon diamond at the top and long, elaborately cut, 3 sided Prince Albert style drops with spear ends, believe they are original to the lamp however they vary in length some. And the top measures a tad short of 5" in diameter. Condition is as follows. There is a tiny chip at the top. See photo's below. Also in the last picture below and where it's circled. it looks like at one time there must have been a gold design on it. Not sure but there is 2 tiny gold marks. Inside the glass and at the bottom has some dirt. I was able to clean it up a bit but it still needs more cleaning to get the rest of the dirt out. The crown shaped bowl is beautifully decorated with hand-applied enamel floral swags with gilt highlights. It is hung with a single tier of cut crystal arrow drop lusters and was beautifully made with a victorian style. This piece is stunning. What a find. This dazzling English piece is in good condition with some minor discoloration to the gilding. Two small chips are found on the top of the crown shaped bowl and two of the crystal prisms have been carefully repaired. There is some illegible writing found under the base. Pair Vintage Antique ? Crystal Cut Glass Table Lamp With Prisms Etched Hurricane
I looked over the glass base and did not see any major issues with the glass base. Actually did not see any issues and I looked pretty closely. The one etched hurricane has a crack in the base that can be seen in the picture. Both lamps need to be rewired. Two crystals are missing. I was able to easily take apart one lamp by hand while the other has rust. I want to cut the cords off and part the lamps for safe shipping. Please advise me of any special requirements you might have before buying. Doing an excellent grade A+ job packing is not a special requirement and is included in the price of this item. UPDATE: Only one crystal short as I found another in a different box. 2/20/14 UPDATE: The lamp with the hurricane stands 12" tall. Measuring just the glass ... moreheight on the base. 6 1/4" tall. The bottom square part of the base is 4 1/8" and the top round glass part of the base measures 4 3/4" diameter. 2/21/2014 UPDATE: Based on all the interest and questions I am having in the lamps I decided to cut the electric cords off and really examine both lamps. Two things I have noticed that are note worthy. One semi-pear glass midsection has 4 hairline cracks. The glass is very thick and these cracks do not carry into the inside of the glass. I never noticed these cracks until I really examined the individual pieces looking for issues. The rest of the glass pieces on both lamps look good. One piece of wire that hangs through the glass base is missing. This thin piece of wire allows the crystal to hang from the lamp. The cords are off and ready to have new wiring. The existing lamp fixtures on the lamps look to be in good condition and will work just fine. New wire and inline switch will be needed. 2/21/14 UPDATE: New wire and plugs added. Kept the switches as new ones would not match the quality of the existing ones. Little over 7 foot long cords. All the effort of wiring and costs means I am not likely to accept a best offer

We are pleased to offer this exquisite pair of Mid Century(1960s) Hollywood Regency table lamps. The lamps are extremely elegant with tall, sleek bodies adorned with an abundance of crystal prisms. The lamps retain their original, Feldman Company, manufacturer's stickers and are of the utmost quality. The pair are extremely beautiful. They are tall and measure 32" to the sockets. The lamps feature open, lattice cage bodies. There are approximately 120 crystal bead and teardrop prisms which hang from the lattice frame. The crystals are original to the lamps and are cut and faceted. The frames have VERY ornate bases with deep relief patterns of acanthus leaves and scrolled shells. The bases are footed. The lamps are heavy. The lamps do not have shades but are fitted with vintage harps by Chilo. Rare White Antique Hanging Parlor Lamp with Crystal Prisms 1900-1940
This lamp has a floral print in pink and peach colors with accents of blue and green on both original milk glass globes. Rare rectangular shaped Colonial Prisms. Each 4" long, dangle from the large milk glass shade. A full 29" long(from top of fixture to tip of base) and 14" wide(at its widest point) makes this light fixture a sizable showpiece. A brass linked chain offers a way to customize the hanging length. Although the appearance is of an oil light, this light fixture is entirely electric. It has the original cloth covered wiring and it works(although with lighting of this age, rewiring would be recommended) The globes look amazing when lit. The original brass medallion is included to cover the mounting hole in the ceiling(both a small decorative medallion and a flat brass medallion extension) The milk globes, brass decorations, ... moreand glass hurricane shade are in excellent vintage condition. Most of the thirty-one prisms are in good vintage condition with some chips on the corners or edges. One prism is broken. It appears that there are only four prisms missing. Being offered is a nice set of vintage pewter lamps. These are very heavy. The bottom kind of looks like cast iron but even the candlestick stem is heavy. The shades are frosted with a design that is idented where the cut out is. The prisms are in nice shape. I see 1 small chip on a top corner on the 1. There may be other very small flaws that I did not pick up but overall very nice prisms. There is a ring that sets down on the stick that holds the prisms. Both lamps have a turning knob on the base to turn the lamps off and on. Both seem to work just fine. I don't see a name but both look like they are numbered and it kind of looks like 304? Dramatic Hollywood Regency Brass Lattice table lamp w/ over 160 crystal prisms
THIS AUCTION is for a gorgeous and dramatic Mid Century Hollywood Regency table lamp. I have not been able to find this exact lamp anywhere for comparison purposes. I did find a very similar pair listed as Feldman lamps out of Los Angeles in the 1960's on Ebay. This lamp is very tall and made out of brass in an open diamond lattice designed cylinder with a crystal prism hanging from each diamond opening. There are 159 multi-faceted crystals(3 missing) Total Height: 31" Cylinder Cage: 16"H Cylinder: 8" in diameter 18 crystals per ring/circle x 9 total rings = 162 crystal prisms(3 missing) There are three candlesticks of varying heights inside that take a 40W candelabra type bulb. Base and finial are elaborate brass design in a nice aged patina. Electric works great and cord is original I believe. This is truly a beautiful ... morelamp that would add a touch of Hollywood glamour to any room. I will package this lamp with the crystals attached and the cylinder will be cellophane wrapped to keep them in place but they just clip back on the frame if the come off. I considered stripping this lamp of the crystals for their value alone(retail $2-3 per crystal) but it is just so striking and unique that I couldn't do it. Vintage Pair Lamps Crystal Prisms ~Frosted Grapes Shade~Boudoir, Bedroom, Mantle
This pair of vintage lamps come with frosted shades with a raised grape design are in good working condition. The electrical plugs do no match. One is white the other brown, but in good working condition. They stand 14-1/2" tall with a square base, 4-1/2" wide. Each has 12 drop style prisms which have been attached to the lamps with a small gold colored ring which are not original to the lamps. I collected the prisms and attached them myself and not all of the wires within the prisms are matching. A nice addition to any bedroom, mantle or buffet.

ANTIQUE DURAND STEUBEN BLUE THREADED ART GLASS LAMP CRYSTAL PRISMS SILVERPLATED
Offered at Auction from a Prominent Florida Estate. Is a Very Nice DURAND or STEUBEN BLUE THREADED ART GLASS TABLE LAMP with SILVER PLATED FRAME. Featured here, is a Beautiful Lamp with a Harder-to-Find SILVER Plated Frame. The Threaded Art Glass Body is Especially Nice with Outstanding Iridescence. It also is a Larger Size Art Glass Section than often found, measuring 8" x 3" at widest point. The Exquisitely Patterned SILVER PLATED Frame is SIGNED in TWO PLACES. Under the Center Skirt. An IMPRESSED LION Mark is in the Metal. Under the Base, the Mark: M. S. Co. PATENTED" is impressed in the metal. This Mark is the Signature of the" MOSAIC SHADE COMPANY" This Company provided Lamp Bases for many of the Art Glass Lamps made during this Period. There is an Old Estate Inventory Paper Tag Tied to the Cord of the Lamp which ... moreindicates: Art Glass Attributed to Durand 1924-1931" Through my research. I believe the Art Glass in this Lamp was more likely made by the VICTOR DURAND Co. rather than Steuben. Six Beautiful Vintage Crystal 5" SPEAR-CUT PRISMS surround the Center Skirt of the Lamp. I believe these were likely Replacement Prisms added to this Lamp at the time it was Rewired/Re Plated( Maybe 25- 30 Years ago) but they add a Stunning Quality to the Lamp. I believe this Lamp was Made sometime in the mid 1920's. CONDITION: NEAR MINT PERFECT! Beautiful Vintage Condition Lamp. A Few Very Small Scrapes to the Art Glass Threading consistent with Lamps 85-90 years of age. Apparent RE-PLATING to the Silver Metal Frame likely 15-20 Years ago. Re-plating in Near Mint Perfect Condition. A Few Wear Marks to the Silver Painted Stem which extends from Sockets to Top of the Lamp Base. This could be Easily Touched up or Repainted) REWIRING and Replaced Electrical Silk Wrapped Cord similar to what Original Cord would have been. Crystal Spear-Cut Prisms Likely Not Original. VINTAGE VERY HIGH QUALITY BRASS DOUBLE SOCKET LAMP WITH 8 CRYSTAL PRISMS
Offered here is an elegant and stately Federal style brass and crystal prism double pull chain socket lamp. This is a very high quality lamp. Having 8 clear 5" long cut crystal prisms which chime when they come into contact with each other. The prisms are all in very good antique condition. The brass fittings are in very good condition and show the patina of age. The lamp stands 23 1/2" tall. The base is 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" The black base shows some tiny nicks. Please observe photos.
