Antique Bronze Champleve 3 Light Table Lamp c. 1900's. Japanese Beautiful. Large, antique Japanese bronze/champleve with three lights. Entire lamp from base to top of hardware pole is 28" to the top of the base is 15" and the base is 9" in diameter. Light sockets are not original and the cord is not new but is in good condition. This lamp has some flaking of the enamels and is missing enamel in four circles that are in the second band of decoration from the top. The gilding is worn off that once covered all the metal areas but I believe that is the case with most of these pieces. Champlevé is an enamelling technique in the decorative arts. Or an object made by that process, in which troughs or cells are carved or cast into the surface of a metal object. And filled with vitreous enamel. The piece is then fired until ... morethe enamel melts. And when cooled the surface of the object is polished. Vintage Bronze and Porcelain Floral Design Table Lamp Up for auction an amazing vintage Bronze and porcelain lamp. This lamp is in near perfect overall condition. No chips, cracks or other flaws in the porcelain or bronze, and in good working condition, the only flaw is it does not have a shade or finial. It stands 33" tall to the mount for the shade, the base is 5" square. The floral design on a white back round of raised bumps is probably from the late 40's to early 50's, Italian or French would be my best guess. I can find no makers marks or other identifying features anywhere on the lamp. Please look over the pics and forward any questions at least a day before the auction ends to allow me time to respond. No manufacturing marks found. Two tone bronze patinas. Base is yellow bronze casting the upper classical urn body is a dark liver patina. I took the base apart looking for identifying larks and showed interior in photos. Light sockets work with original wiring and toggles. this is a slag lamp base from the 1920's sturdy enough to hold a very large slag glass canapy. Only one defect is minor dent in the shadows of side that I backlighted to exaggerate for you to see better. It is not noticable. Found in North Crown Heights. Brooklyn Historic district.

This wonderful antique solid brass/ bronze small table lamp had been in my grandparents home for my whole life(over 65 years) It at one time had a mica shade on it. But, that has long ago gone missing. I am pretty darn sure that it has never been polished, as it has the original dark patina. It has the weight of a bronze lamp, and could be bronze. Sort of reminds you of an Aladdins lamp at the top. It stands 10 1/2" tall not including the Arrow socket. It is 7 1/2" wide at the bottom. I think the lamp is from the early 1900's and has a pull chain for turning on/off. I was hoping this lamp would have a signature from a company like Bradley& Hubbard since the larger lamp in the room was from that company. But. Here for auction is a large bronze spelter Art Nouveau period figural table lamp.The beautifully sculpted figure appears to represent a 2nd Boer war soldier with bold. Determined facial features,and uniform with pith helmet indicative of this time period, 1900- 1920) Total ht. 26 in. The figure alone is 19 in. tall and sits on a 61/2" diameter wood base marked Germany The soldier is holding a flag in each hand although one arm has broken off cleanly as shown in the pictures.I have the intact arm and both flags. Other condition issues are bent vines that hold the wiring.Reeds are bent,and some minor wearing of the faux bronze paint.This has great patina and is a highly restorable piece. You are looking at a vintage brass or bronze fairly heavy tall table lamp adorned with a seated winged lion on all four sides. This item needs restoration as it's missing a light socket cap and pull chain. For that reason. I have not attempted to test the other socket. I found it in an old garage at an estate sale recently. It stands about 27" tall with a 4 5/8" square base. The top part comes apart in at least two pieces(see photos) and will be shipped disconnected so it will fit in a smaller box. Antique Victorian Adjustable Bridge Arm Bronze Brass Table Lamp Marble Base
This is a heavy antique Victorian adjustable bridge arm bronze or brass marble base table lamp. I would date it early 1900s. It's a very cool. Classy looking lamp. It measures 30 3/4 inches tall including the marble base(78 cm) The marble base is 1 1/8 inches thick and 6 inches wide in both directions(2.86 cm x 15.24cm) The arm measures 10 inches from the main rod to the shade holder(25.4 cm) It's adjustable on the main rod to bring the light higher and lower. And adjustable next to the socket to move the socket up or down. It may have been a banker's lamp with a green shade originally. That would look great. As you can see from the photos. It MUST be rewired. There is a chip on the corner of the marble which measures approximately 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch high(2.54 cm by.64 cm) And a couple of other tiny flecks. VERY RARE Tiffany Studios EARLY Leaded Favrile Glass Bronze Table Lamp Late 19c
I am so excited to offer this very rare exceptional Tiffany Studios Bronze and Leaded Favrile Glass lamp Very early piece. Possibly(and probably) one of the first 16" tall. Shade is 12" in diameter Let's start with the signatures. They are everywhere they are supposed to be. Base- Signed Tiffany Studios New York with the pre-1902 5 digit serial number of 10752 Shade- Bronze applied tag signed Tiffany Studios New York Favrile lower shade- Signed L.C.T. I have photographed all of these for your inspection Signatures aren't everything when it comes to Tiffany Studios so let's move on to the other details. Wear and tear- At the top of the shade. There is a panel that has loosened over the years. There is also a crack in one of the lower triangular panels. On the lower favrile shade, someone had very long ago wrapped this ... morein tape to protect it while being secured into place, it is dirty black and crumbles now and it is very hard to read the L.C.T. but it is there. One of the pull switches is stuck in the on position and will not move. The wiring is old on this lamp and the sockets are original. I was attempting to inspect the socket of the side that is stuck on. I stuck my finger in there( and it lit me up. The cord is a cloth covered Leviton and I'm unsure if this is original but it does have significant age. The pull chains are bronze and have the correct early bronze ball pull. Acetone nail polish remover did not affect the color of the glass. The patina is even on all parts of the lamp and the quality of the bronze is wonderful. As it should be. EXCEPTIONAL! We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique lamp. This lamp is features the finest in materials and craftsmanship. The lamp body is a large, fluted, white opaline glass vase with a narrow neck and wide lower section. It has been superbly hand painted in a delicate pattern of trailing vines, leaves and English roses. The leaves and vines are green and the roses are pink and peach in color. The glass is further enhanced with two different hand painted portraits/scenes. The first scene is of two 18th Century lovers in an intimate embrace. They are in a European court yard or garden setting. The second portrait scene is of an 18th Century woman who is peering from behind a tree.probably at the couple. All the characters are in noble dress and the scenes are exceptionally detailed. They are painted in a cameo style with each having ... morea border of raised, blue paint beads. The lamp is not visibly marked(I did not take it apart to look for marks) It does, however, have the look and character of Sevres. The lamp hardware is also exquisite. It is French Dore(gilded bronze) with exceptional and ornate design. The base features a raised square section where the glass body rests. It is adorned with a very stunning overlay of thick gilded bronze in a curved Acanthus leaf and Neoclassic pattern. This section creates the footed design of the base. There is a circular dore Acanthus leaf spacer at the top of the glass section as well. The lamp is completed with a beautiful silk shade. The shade is ecru to cream in color. The silk is patterned in a tone on tone fashion with rose bouquets. It is also fluted with an 8 sided design. Each section is borded with bric a brac as is the top and bottom. The bottom of the shade features strands of hanging glass beads. The beads are tiny at the top of the strands with a large bead to finish the strands. The lamp is a double socket with pull chains. This is an all original working early 1900's Signed(see picture. I cannot make out the signature? hand painted with a Lotus flower& Floral designed it has gold gilt, it is Porcelain or Ceramic. It can be used as a table or parlor/living room lamp, with a bronze or brass base it has been pierced with a art deco or Art Noveau design. It is in excellent condition, however it has no shade but does have the shade bracket and finial. There looks like a small line in one of the feather leaf handles but it does not go all the way thru, I am not sure if it is a hairline crack or just a line in the porcelain, you cannot feel it. I used this until recently and have no problems with it. It is truely an amazing piece. It measures 25" to top of socket and 34 3/4" to top of finial. The light bases appear restored at least in part. We tested this with 5 small-base bulbs and they all work fine, in variable numbers as the switch on the base is clicked. Antique Bradley Hubbard Brass Bronze Ornate Converted Oil Table Lamp Electric
Up for auction is a very pretty ornate Bradley Hubbard Brass/ Bronze Oil Lamp base that has been converted to electric. I am able to light it up but there is a short in the light and the electrical wiring looks like it needs to be rewired. The lamp is hallmarked B&H on the oil cap and on the bottom. It has two dates one from 1892 and one from 1895 on the top where the wick would normally be(see photographs) The lamp itself is in very good condition with only one small ding on the wall of the lamp(see photograph) Hardly noticeable unless you hold it in a certain light. RARE ANTIQUE BRONZE DISPLAY TABLE LAMP FOR TIFFANY JEWELRY STORES
Fabulous large art nouveau table lamp reportedly used at the Tiffany Store on Broadway in New York City on the jewelry counter to highlight their displays. Heavy brass covered with bronze this lamp weighs approximately 18 lbs. Large hood is suspended over semi circular spaced feet. The open feet are 12" across. The lamp stands 29" to the top of the finial and is 14" deep. It takes 2 light bulbs and has been rewired. The hood type shade has a metal ceiling above the bulbs. There are a couple shallow dents which do not detract at all from the lamp and the general patina is beautiful. There are 2 holes at the back of the base where it could have been attached to the wall. The top hood is 12.5" round and 15" tall. It has a faceted white glass jewel on one side. We feel that at one time the upper part of the hood may have ... morebeen lit as well. Have not been able to find a maker's mark. It is constructed with flat head screws. this is a rare very large antique Art Deco bronze and cast iron electric table lamp. very early. Patent applied for# E 334. it has exquisite ornate detailing. And extremely heavy. the base and shaft are made from solid cast iron with stunning detailing in high relief. it has a very long solid shaft with intricate finishing pieces. it has two wonderfully swirled bronze arms. Each holding a single generic size bulb, with dripping candle socket covers. the shade is handmade from real shell and has a nice gold gilt skeleton, it is a very nice shape for this style shade. VTG Hollywood Regency Mid Century 36" Tall Table Lamp Light Bronze Chandelier
Vintage Hollywood Regency Table Lamp I have owned this lamp for the last 20 years and its time to for us to part ways. There are 6 working lights. Years ago I had the thumb screw On/Off switch replaced. It stands about 36" tall including glass globes. At widest point it is about 23" wide the base is abut 11" wide The base is marked GIM which was a company in business in the 1960's. Which I assume is also the age. I had a similar lamp which was bronze and I am assuming this one is also. It is very heavy, weighing over 22 pounds. I have always used very low wattage bulbs. I believe the ones in photo are 5 watt flicker bulbs.

The style and era is art nouveau. Early 1900s. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a fancy crystal bead pull on the end of the chain. The lamp features a twisted bronze column and a beautiful embossed brass shade ring with graduating shades of magenta bakelite beads in a chevron design decorating it. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the beads end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. We have here a rare and hard to find authentic, WILKINSON LEADED STAINED GLASS LAMP on a Wilkinson base, which is signed with a number on the bottom. The number is a little hard to make out and might be 308, 309. Wilkinson uses 5 normally so it might be 508 or 509. This BEAUTIFUL Lamp is a stunner, BOTH ON and OFF as with leaded glass lamps, it's all about the color and this has GREAT COLORS& TEXTURE! I have seen this shade with this same floral pattern but not with these colors; and if you like BLUES& GREENS, PINKS& GOLDEN YELLOW ORANGE, this is for you. The choice of glass is OUTSTANDING. There is great coloration and excellent use of glass selected for TEXTURE, such as RIPPLE, slag, striated, swirling, marble& mottled glass, all expertly selected in the making ... moreof this shade. The shade is about 18.5 inches across x 8 3/8' tall. This is the known factory size, and it goes to show that this was never repaired. The height of the HEAVY library base is about 27' to the top of the ball finial. The shade is unsigned, which is normal and to be expected; but this is a known, fully DOCUMENTED LAMP made by Wilkinson Company in Brooklyn, New York, between 1907 and 1915.
