Awesome Art Deco style swing arm floor lamp. This is a very ornate piece and will restore beautifully. Someone put some tan color paint on the base. I think this will come off very easily. A lot came off when I was brushing it off with a straw whis k broom. The base is a cast metal material with 4 small feet and is marked on the bottom(HF-5) The bottom ornate stem piece. And the spacer piece just under the arm is cast brass. The middle stem is a fluted lighter metal, I'm not sure if that is the original color or someone painted that too. The swing arm moves freely and I think It has a 3-way switch. It has been re-wired and works good. The wire has#s on it(18/2 SPT-1 Pot-64 105 C AIW-R) the cord measures 7' 4" long. UNUSUAL METAL BRASS ISLAMIC EUROPEAN LAMP BASE JARDINIERE STAND ?
THIS beautiful piece mystifies me and at the same time it is so nicely decorated that it mesmerizes me! I'm not exactly sure what it does- looks like it can be a lamp base or a jardiniere stand( you be the judge. The decoration reminds me of some european influence- very similar to decorations on inlaid sorrento boxes that typically depicts stylized birds amongst foliage. It is also bears similarities to islamic or persian style decorations. It is made of mixed materials of brass and porcelain. The blue kind of looks like cloisonne but again I'm not an expert so please judge the pictures for yourself. IT IS a really unique piece. This is a beautiful old authentic Aladdin oil lamp. It has a 10" milk glass shade colored in a pastel yellow and in a swirl pattern. The lamp itself is all brass and is in it's original condition and has NOT been converted to electricity. The wick adjustment knob is marked" The mantle lamp company of America Inc. Chicago model no.11 ALADDIN made in USA. The burner is marked"flame spreader no. 11. Total size of lamp is 21" tall to top of chimney. The shade is 10" in diameter and 6 1/4" tall This was purchased at a farm estate sale in Wisconsin. The brass tank has a few very small dings. and the milk glass shade has a chip on the upper rim(see pic. There are no other defects that I can see. I think it's beautiful. Another Dan West Auction Rare! ORIGINAL marked FARIES Brass adjustable Banker's Table Lamp. Metal Shade True Steampunk lamp. Here offered is an original and well marked Faries lamp. Robert Faries started making lamps and other accessories in Decatur. Illinois back in 1894 and continued until 1940's. This lamp has 2 adjustable arms with original brass wing nuts and screws. This lamp stands appx 15" tall to the 1st arm adjustment and another 10" to the tip of the clam shell shade. The 2 arms are brass tubes with wooden rollers in between the clamps for the wiring to roll over on. The base is very heavy and has a cast iron inner piece and covered with the brass you see where the FARIES name is stamped. The shade is not likely original to the base lamp but is vintage. And has been primed for the inside and painted gold on the ... moreoutside. The shade measures appx 6.5" in diameter. Base diameter is appx 5.5" and the long upright swivels around. The red cloth on the base appears to be original to the lamp. Sporting a hole near the middle. The lamp bulb is not offered with this lamp. Vintage French Brass Metal Shade Triple Candle Bouillotte Lamp
These French Empire Bouillotte Lamps make excellent student. Study, library or den table lighting. The Hollywood Regency designers are using them now also in their spaces. This one is a nice. Clean triple candlestick brass base with brass shade and metal mesh diffuser two light lamp. Push button switch at base turns On/Off. Very clean, very few concerns. I'd date this one to the late 50s/early 60s with original wiring(old straight prong plug) A detailed dusting in the cracks and corners and the metal diffuser at the top of the shade has a slight bump in it that causes the finial to look askew. It just needs to be flattened between some heavy books for a few hours and it will take any tilt you see in the finial out. Absolutely no dents, scratches, dings or imperfections of any kind to the brass shade. 18.5" tall from table to top ... morerim of shade. And 22.5" to top of large finial. Antique Vintage Metal Table Lamp, Urn Shape Neoclassical Style, Brass Finial
For sale is a wonderful Antique Vintage Metal Table Lamp. Urn Shape Neoclassical Style and a Brass Finial going into the Art Nouveau style. My guess is this piece dates to the very early 1900's. This piece still has the original wiring which needs to be replaced. I did not even bother to try and see if it worked. The lamp body measures 11-1/2 inches high to the base of the socket and has a maximum body width of 5-1/2 inches. The brass finial measures 3 inches high and 1-1/2 inches wide. The body of the urn does have some dents in it but no cracks or holes. There is no marking as to manufacturer. Over all this lamp has a beautiful classic shape and style though it does need a redo.

2 Vintage Metal Brass Tin Lamp Shades with Hammered Finish Steampunk parts 5"
For your consideration is a pair of unique lamp bulb shades made of unknown metal. Perhaps brass, tin, or steel. They both have a wonderful hammered type finish. Making them uneven and individually unique. They are 5" at the widest point. I have included a photo of one of the shades installed on a bulb socket and with a low-watt bulb installed to show an idea of what they could look like. Vintage Wildwood Brass Trumpet Lamp with Black Metal Shade
Vintage Wildwood Brass Trumpet Lamp with Black Metal Shade. Everything is original. I was going to touch up certain areas(example, see picture for chips on black base) but I thought I'd leave it to an expert who can retouch everything the right way and I didn't want to risk lowering the value on it. It's approx. 25" tall and 16" wide. The shade is some sort of black metal and the trumpet shaped base is some sort of brass. It has two pull chains and it works perfectly. The insides of the trumpet looks like at some point candles were in them which left a thin ring on the side of the trumpets, I didn't clean it because I thought it added character to the lamp. Antique Carriage Lamp foyer table desk lamp Wood Brass Cast Iron metal ~ This is a beautiful antique table lamp with a heavy cast iron base with a carved wooden post and a Carriage like bevel glass(encased) shade. This shade is a metal tin painted a matte black color. There is a couple of scuffs and nicks on paint but not bad and easy to fix. The lamp is sturdy, stands up straight, and measures about 16 1/2" tall and 6" wide at base. This lamp weighs more than 4 lbs. There are scuffs and scratches on the wood post of this lamp- only from previous use and wear from age. There are straight hairline cracks in the wood post but it looks like this is how the wood is placed together, like a wainscoting design. Not sure of type of wood- could be walnut? The carriage like looking shade has beveled clear glass panes framed in metal with ... morebrass top. None of the clear glass panes are chipped or cracked. Not sure of maker- There are numbers marked on the bottom of bare cast iron base but no maker name. This lamp seems to have an original outlet cord and plug- prongs on plug are marked Academy Automatic Made in USA~ Albeit. This lamp is probably about 50 years old or older. It would look great in a foyer hall or side table in an office. The bulb shown has an amber tint- this bulb will be included. I may have to disassemble this lamp a little for shipping and will wrap securely with bubble wrap and include insurance. Milcast Vintage Swing Arm Brass Floor Lamp Description This is a very ornate vintage art deco/ nouveau era bridge arm brass lamp that needs some TLC and NEEDS TO BE REWIRED. I will have to ship the post& the parts separately. I Have no box that will fit all the parts and it should be considerably less expensive to ship them this way. The heavy part will all fit in a Large Priority Flat Rate Box and the post I can fit into a poster type box. I am leaving the parts on the cord so that you will have no problems putting it back together. If you do not want the post I can ship the parts only and you could possibly find a post in a hardware store. I am including pictures of the lamp assembled so that you can see how nice it looks. The post just screws into the base on the bottom and into the arm at the top and everything just slides over the ... morepost. This is very easy to assemble and does not require any tools. The Lamp Details The square base has a foot on each corner that keeps it raised off the floor which also gives it room for the cord to pass through. I think the brand is called“MILCAST” and on the opposite side it has M G– 70 stamped on the bottom. The square base has flower in a square box above each foot. It has some very pretty designs on the top of the base and going up from the base about 7” it has a kind of cylindrical cone shape design. About halfway up 31” it has another decorative piece in a kind of footed floral design. Towards the top it has a spiked piece where the arm attaches to the lamp post. The two pieces that make up the major portions of the lamp post is in a square shape and these two pieces are made of a lighter weight metal, The arm is a very ornate piece with a lion situated in the center top. The cord comes out of the hole in the post and through the center of the arm where you can't really notice it. The socket that the bulb goes in screws onto the part of the arm that goes downwards. Antique double-shade milk glass floor lamp - brass and metal
Rare. Antique double-shade milk glass floor lamp. Lamp has been rewired and works but could probably use a new wiring job for safety. Slight difference between the two milk glass shades but is hard to notice. No chips or cracks to shades otherwise. Lamp is 60" high and approx. 19" wide from shade to shade. Pole is made of metal and is gold tone, base appears to be of brass; bridge arms are of brass too. Rust on base and on pole, spots here and there on bridge arms. Please examine photos carefully for condition. Lamp is perfectly sturdy, gorgeous, rare and elegant as-is and would look fabulous in perfect spot in a living room, study or dining room.
