This fabulous item is an antique student lamp/ desk lamp. This is an original not a reproduction. Vintage condition. this lamp has patina. Color changes in the metal appropriate with its age, no dents. Glass globe and clear shade in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. This lamp is electric and works terrific. Long brown electric cord 85 in. long. no makers marks. The brass compartment can unscrew. It can also be a"secret compartment" to store small things. Gorgeous ribbed green glass globe. White inside. A clear glass shade fits into the lamp. Estate sale find. I haven't cleaned this lamp. I will partially disassemble it for safe shipping. Antique Victorian Duplex Brass Double Student Oil Lamp Electric Original Globes
Hi. You are bidding on the most beautiful lamp. It is a Duplex student oil lamp that was converted to electric. You can see by the cord and plug that it is one of the oldest electric lamps you will ever see. It has been tested and did work when I bought it but the cord is super old. I would get a second opinion before you use the cord. The globes are LOVELY and even more beautiful in person. They are in good condition with no nicks or cracks. The globes measure approximately ten inches across at the bottom and 4.5 inches or so on the top. The entire lamp is 27 inches when measured from base to top of chimneys. I believe the chimneys are also original in that they look like old glass and they are the exact measurements of the original chimneys. One of the chimneys has some roughness around the base where it goes into the metal but it is not ... morechipped. If you collect these antique lamps. I think you are going to love this one. There are problems, but minimal. I see that there is one lamp socket that is sort of tipped to one side. There is some difficulty getting the round base for the chimney into the larger frame for the glass globe. But I think that all of these issues are probably just a part of owning a lamp like this. With very intense detailing. it has highly embossed copper designs that run around the base of the lamp. it has beautiful trim. Base and feet. the upper oil container is a large insert. Very bohemian and unique! Authentic Moroccan Lamp and Made in Morocco. This will need wiring. Hand hammered with lots of great detail. The lamp base is a dark emerald green with brass etched designs. After a lot of research. And thanks to other EBay sellers, I found out that this is an electric 3 way hurricane lamp, with a frosted off white lower globe. It has a footed base with crow on the lower globe. The lamp has a lower night light, upper light or option to light both. From the bottom of the base to where the bulb screws in is 14 1/4" The round piece at the top is 10" in diameter, the bottom is 8" wide. The bulb in the bottom is one of those old fashioned Christmas tree bulbs. If you get a top piece to fit this lamp you are definitely going to have a great center/conversation piece. Antique Miller's Vestal Brass Kerosene lamp that has been converted to electric. It is in antique condition with some tarnish and a few minor small dents. 12" TALL ANTIQUE CHIMNEY LAMP.very good condition This early 1900's vintage gold painted brass electric table lamp has been cleaned and is still in very good condition. Second photo shows light on with 15 watt bulb. Included. No dents or cracks or chips anywhere on the lamp base or the glass. The base is all original with a 10 ft cord, plug should be replaced. Base is painted gold and shows a crackle aged finish. The chimney appears more modern, but any 3" diameter glass shade should fit. PAIR OF ANTIQUE ELECTRIC AMBER FLASH CUT GLASS MARBLE BRASS LAMPS
This is pair of antique amber flash cut glass lamps. The lamps are identical and stand straight up(unlike my picutre which was taken on an angle) The glass part of the lamp looks like the old oil lamps and was probably the same pattern and one of the first electric lights. Both are in excellent condition with no nicks. Crack, or crazing on the glass. The bottom of the lamps is marble and measures approximately 4 3/4 inches square. The lamps are about 15 inches high and the glass portion is 5 1/2 inches high and 5 1/4 inches across at the widest spot. These are a rare find in such excellent condition. Vintage brass double student electric lamp fluted swirl shades
This is the very classic double student lamp- an electric reproduction of the original oil type- which I purchased from the original owner. The chimney and shade holders are brass plated steel. Everything else is solid brass and features 3 way sockets. The shades use a 7 inch fitter and are milk glass with fluted swirl design. I estimate this lamp to have been purchased in the late 40's early 50's. One chimney is shorter than the other. Comes without bulbs as I will leave those to your discretion. CONDITION: Functionally excellent and cosmetically shows considerable age patina to the laquered brass finish- this could be an asset. Depending on your taste. Vintage Antique Milk White Hobnail Glass Brass Electric Table Lamp
Vintage 1930's antique brass table lamp with hobnail milk glass. This is a project piece. Although it works, it has definitely seen better days in its 70+ years. The base is cracked in 9 places and the bakelite strain relief screw is broken. The original milk glass shade is long gone as is the glass chimney. But the glass bowl is in perfect condition. As is the brass chimney holder and the Leviton bakelite twisty knob, so I couldn't throw it away. It was simply too cool to pitch. Victorian blown-glass electric hurricane lamp base brass feet, 7" ring for shade
Victorian-style. Frosted blown glass, hurricane-style electric lamp base with four ornate brass feet. The base has hand-painted small roses on both sides and a powdery tint of pink at the top and bottom of the base part. It takes a standard watt light bulb. 40-100 watts, although 40 watts gives a soft ambience to the room. The light turns on and off with a switch at the base of the top shade in the form of a decorative"key" The base(from the ring to the feet) is 10-3/4 inches high. The glass bottom part of the lamp is 5-5/8 inches across. The brass base(with feet) is 5-1/2 inches across. The ring on the base that the shade sets into is 7 inches in diameter. Beautiful Vintage Solid (30 lb) Marble and Brass Standing Floor Electric Lamp
You are bidding on a beautiful marble and brass floor lamp. Very very heavy piece weighing almost 30 pounds. Lamp itself measures from top of harp to bottom of base 62" height base measures 11" square. The very top part is a hard plastic but the rest is solid marble and brass. Due to the age of the lamp the finish on the marble is flaking off but an easy fix. The base itself has no cracks that you can feel from the outside there are some streaking that looks like it it could be a crack but its inner and this would have to be a manufacturer flaw but again it could just be the streaks in the marble itself. The marble on the top of the base does have a crack. But its not a thru and thru, the piece cracked but is still stable on the base itself) The sides of the marble on the base looks like it has some discoloration from probably the ... moreglue they used to hold the pieces together but shows no cracking. As I previously said the discoloration is mainly the top coat over the marble on the base flaking off. I probably went overboard with the description but I want buyer to be aware of any and all flaws. None of these flaws hurts the integrity of this lamp it is absolutely beautiful. The shade will not come with the lamp it does have a rip in it. For the utmost protection I will have the lamp professionally packed and a special box made for it. Up for auction is a very pretty ornate Bradley Hubbard Brass/ Bronze Oil Lamp base that has been converted to electric. I am able to light it up but there is a short in the light and the electrical wiring looks like it needs to be rewired. The lamp is hallmarked B&H on the oil cap and on the bottom. ANTQ banquet embossed brass oil lamp electric marked Rd No 296966 patina 21"
Great old oil lamp shape. 21" tall from base to bottom of harp + 12" harp and original finial. The base measures about 7 1/2" in diameter, the oil vessel is about 6 1/2" D. The top is decorated with embossed flowers and bows, the column is twisted and has stylized leaves embossed into the flat surfaces. The base has a swirling design which flows very nicely from the turning column shape. The lamp has been rewired. It's not entirely clear that it was not designed for electricity. In the time when electricity was new, some lamps were designed to look like the old classics, so they were made to imitate oil and gas lamps. Since there is a hole at the base for a wire and the harp and finial look like they totally belong it could be argued that it was designed that way. The cap where the oil would have been poured in to ... morethe vessel is stationary. However it may have been soldered shut. CONDITION: A few spatters have dotted the patina. The lamp has not been polished or cleaned thus the spatters remain. I believe this lamp is a very early electric lamp in the style of the oil lamps of the time. There are some places that appear to have been modified. But no matter. With a shade that will emphasize its elegance, it will be a lovely addition in the right corner. Very old Made in US of America oil lamp converted to electric. This lamp is really quite rare. The main part of the lamp is brass but I'm not sure what metal the base is. The ring that holds the shade is crooked but still works. There are a few dents which I have pictured. The shade seems quite old and has some roughness on the top& bottom. No chips or cracks. This lamp is pretty nice for it's age. Please look closely at the pictures. The lamp to the top of the chimney is 21"tall and the base is 6" wide. The shade is 7" high, 11 1/2" wide and fits a 10" ring.

Beautiful vintage hanging electric light fixture made of pierced brass. This was probably purchased in the Izmir area of Turkey or in Dehli India in the early 1970's. It works perfectly via plug in. Aged patina which gives it an old charm. I took multiple pictures in different lights which resulted in lots of colors! Measures 17 inches from very top of the hanger to the tip of the base. The top and bottom pointy parts measure 5 inches each. Hanging chain and hook measure 9 inches long. The electric cord measures 14 feet- yes feet- long. This beautiful vintage candelabra is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. There are no cracks or breaks in the brass or the crystals. There are 5 arms and 6 lights which all work. The base is black and gray marble and there are 40 shiny cut crystal prisms. It is 25" tall(measurement includes bulb) and 20" across the widest part. It has an on/off switch on the cord. Antique Victorian Glass Shade Brass Electric Oil-Style Lamp
This beautiful victorian lamp came from my grandmother's home and she was born in 1900. It is in perfect working condition. The lamp stands 21" tall. The glass shade is 11" at the widest point. The brass trim around the base of shade has pits and small scratches. The other brass fixture is in very good condition. Heavy milk glass base is in perfect condition. The purple glass is more of an amethyst color than the pictures show.

This is a very large antique early 1900's gold gilded brass. Iron, and marble electric table lamp. it is very ornate with a wonderful Victorian style. the base is very heavy and made from a double tiered black marble. It has nice color and veining. right above the gold gilded base is made from iron and has a brass shaft. it holds three dripping candle shaped sockets and an adjustable lamp shade shaft. it is also topped with a nice gold gilded finial. there is an on/off switch located right in-between the arms. it has a nice patina from age measuring 29 3/4 inches tall by 7 inches wide. in nice working shape.
