The base is interesting and i will send it along. It is very rare to find a shade this size done in this design that is not a reproduction. As far as the flower pedal base is marked on the bottom B 72 no clue to who the maker is. I am not sure what the base is made of but it is heavy and again not sure if it is made to look rough and textured or if this severely pitted. The rewired cord and light seems not to be working but the wire just runs right up underneath. The top looks a little crooked to the base but you prob could bed the shade holder to adjust for the bend in the make of the mold. This stands 8 tall from top to the tip of the shade holder and 3 1/2 wide. If you have absolutely no interest in the base, I will not ship it and try to save some shipping.

An original ruby red sleigh and scroll pattern glass oil lamp. With an Eagle burner and the original beaded red tip chimney. The ruby paint was applied to the glass. So there some scratches on the underside. As you can see in the pictures. It is in great condition. It has been used for decorative purposes and has not had oil in it for many years. It does not have a wick. Makes a bold statement on display. The base to the top of the burner is 11" The bottom and the oil font are each 6 1/2" in diameter. The chimney is 8 1/2" tall. The lamp body is a large, fluted, white opaline glass vase with a narrow neck and wide lower section. It has been superbly hand painted in a delicate pattern of trailing vines, leaves and English roses. The leaves and vines are green and the roses are pink and peach in color. The glass is further enhanced with two different hand painted portraits/scenes. The first scene is of two 18th Century lovers in an intimate embrace. They are in a European court yard or garden setting. The second portrait scene is of an 18th Century woman who is peering from behind a tree.probably at the couple. All the characters are in noble dress and the scenes are exceptionally detailed. They are painted in a cameo style with each having ... morea border of raised, blue paint beads. The lamp is not visibly marked(I did not take it apart to look for marks) It does, however, have the look and character of Sevres. The lamp hardware is also exquisite. It is French Dore(gilded bronze) with exceptional and ornate design. The base features a raised square section where the glass body rests. It is adorned with a very stunning overlay of thick gilded bronze in a curved Acanthus leaf and Neoclassic pattern. This section creates the footed design of the base. There is a circular dore Acanthus leaf spacer at the top of the glass section as well. The lamp is completed with a beautiful silk shade. The shade is ecru to cream in color. The silk is patterned in a tone on tone fashion with rose bouquets. It is also fluted with an 8 sided design. Each section is borded with bric a brac as is the top and bottom. This is a smaller shade made of clear glass beads with matching glass fringe. The condition is good. But it needs some replacement to the fringe and reinforcement to the little loops on the very top. There are three beaded loops with breaks in the wires. I see no problems with the beaded crown or cap. This shade is stable and displayable as is, but not perfect. The fringe is not perfectly spaced, but I would say there are three strands missing. The fringe has also dropped a bit showing the string. The shade works well with candelabra bulbs or round bulbs. I have never seen another lamp like this, and I have seen thousands and thousands of vintage and antique lamps! The top layer is 10" long and inner is 6" long. It is made with amythest and clear English Old cut beads and amethyst tubes. It is in two layers with the lower inner circle hanging fron clear seed bead chain as shown. It has hematite sown seed beads around the scalloped top, with three sections at the top with bead hangers. I put it on the chain for the picture. The whole shade is only missing, one long strand with large clear bead at end and one of the regular long strands and two partial strands on the small inner circle. Super cool antique brass art deco table lamp 1920s* This is a really nice antique brass art deco table lamp which stands 17 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a pretty aqua blue glass bead pull on the end of the chain. The pretty embossed shade has blueberry color bakelite beaded fringe trim done in a chevron style. The column is thick twisted brass with embossed ivy decoration. The lamp has a gold finish on some areas. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the beads end. Antique Pair of Glass Beaded Flower Lamp Shades with Extra Beads
This is a pair of antique glass beaded flower small lamp shades. The lamp shades have a solid metal frame. I think that is brass. But I'm not sure. The frame is hexagonal. The lamp shades have beads and flowers on wire. The beads color are clear, black and yellow. The flowers color range from light to darker pink. Inside the frame have small green glass beads and few clear ones. The one of the lamp shades has a flower with piece broken off. please see picture number 5) Some of the flower beads are little bit loose. Some of the wires have some repair. Golden, goldenrod) It is decorated with tiny glass seed bead fringe in bronze, silver, and gray metallic tones hang 2" long[5.08 cm] around the full perimeter. The material is believed to be a heavy linen( of some sort. With a feel of being heavily starched on the small, tight pleats. The fancy yellow'balloon' trim at both top and bottom perimeter appears to be silk. please don't quote me on the materials. Except for the beads) The shade area(not counting the fringe) measures 3-1/4" 8.255 cm] high(5.25" 13.335 cm] total height) The top opening is approx. 4" inches[10.16 cm] diameter. Antique Brass Arts & Crafts Table Lamp w/ Caramel Slag Shade & Beaded Fringe
This is an antique arts and crafts style lamp with matching brass base and brass shade. Both with die cut floral patterns. There are four caramel slag glass panels inside the shade frame, all in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The brass shade frame has some slight bends at the corners, and there are two breaks in the thin filigree of the decorative top edge along with some partial separation in the corners of the top edge. The damage is not very noticeable and does not affect the integrity of the lamp shade. The beading around the bottom of the shade looks original, the beads are glass with some damage(a few are broken, or chipped and some are missing) There are a few strands of beads missing, but I saved a few(pictured) that I will include in a separate bag for repair. The base is contoured die cut brass over a plaster ... morecenter entirely finished in black with tiny green flecks. Some of the black finish is worn from the edges and around the flower designs exposing the gold brass underneath. The lamp is unmarked as far as I can tell. The cord is cloth covered but in excellent like-new condition. The lamp measures 19" H including the shade. And the shade is 13" wide. Early 1900s COALPORT Royal Worcester SNAKE HANDLE Table LAMP Beaded/Reticulated
Presented for your consideration is this phenomenal English porcelain table lamp. It is unmarked but my thought is that the maker is either Coalport China or Royal Worcester-any help appreciated. The urn shaped lamp is decorated with elaborate gold. Orange and Persian turquoise beading and a band of reticulated acanthus leaves. The show stoppers are the fabulous figural serpent or snake handles. A matching porcelain finial completes the design. The lamp measures 21 1/4" high overall, 6 1/2" across at the handles and 4" at the brass pedestal base. It is in exceptional estate condition with no damage, significant wear or restoration found. The only very minor flaw is one missing bead at the neck and a tiny flake on the finial. The wiring appears to be original although the cord may be newer. It works as intended. MID CENTURY VINTAGE TABLE STUDENT LAMP FLUTED GLASS SHADE BEADED GESSO 1 of 2
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Mid Century(1960s) lamp shade. The shade(we have 2 available if you would want a matched pair) is glass and is fluted. The interior of the shade is finished with a pearlescent coating which give the shade an off white"frosted" appearance. The front and side profile of the shade has a scrolled design in gesso with large, amber, acrylic beads attached. The shade has a large bottom fitter measurement, similar to a student lamp. The top has a small opening(recessed below the shade surface) in which a finial could attach. The shade is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks except for the small top opening. There are some chips in this area which occurred with a metal finial being tightened. This is not visible since the area is well recessed. The inside coating is loose in a couple ... moreof areas and the glass is clear where this has occurred. This does add to the aged character of the shade. Up for auction is a Vintage Slag Table Lamp with Fringe around the shade and it has a metal base that is heavy. I purchased this several years ago at an estate sale to use in my guest bedroom and now I am moving and can not use it in the new home Only thing wrong with lamp is some of the fringe is missing in spots. This is just as I purchased it. I have not lost any fringe since I have owned it. It is a very beautiful lamp. It measures 27" tall and the base is about 7 1/2" across the bottom. Made in period of 1920's-1930's, o utstanding art Deco design of peacock tail made of glass beads and flowers in a brass metal frame. Soft pastel colors of glass are in perfect contrast with brass color of frame. Wall sconce is in working condition. Have 3 small bulbs,as a source of light, there is no switch. Dimensions are 39 cm by 34 cm and about 10 cm deep, 15 1/4"x 13 1/4" by 4 1/4" Weighs 2.480 kg. The original beaded finials are present even though some are just barely hanging on. Most of these lamps found are gaudy large in size. But this one stands only 2 feet tall& the shade doesn't have a huge diameter either. Its more of a petite style which I think would be more functional. The cord appears to be a newer replacement. A rare and beautiful circa 1920 French or Czechoslovakian glass nude fairy lamp with exceptional crystal glass beaded wing decoration. The lamp retains the original early 20th century fixtures and silk cord. The base is black glass. There is a small tight crack in the bottom of the base(see pics. The base of the frosted glass figure has a 1cm edge chip on the back behind the left foot(see pics. This chip is only seen from the back and is not distracting or unsightly. There appear to be five tiny red beads missing from her belt buckle. I have plugged in the lamp and it does function properly. This is a used upcycled lamp base found at a thrift store. I created the shade using paper. Wire, beads, charms(some vintage, some not) It has a shabby distressed look. This is one of a kind, no one else will have one. It is truly unique and goes well with almost any decor as it is definitely a conversation piece. If you are looking for something artfully crafted, fabulous and unique, this is it. This pretty Victorian-era parlor lamp was manufactured by Fostoria c. 1900. The bottom of the brass-plated base is stamped"F.G. Co. for Fostoria Glass Company. It measures 20" to the top of the shade. The"tam-o-shanter" style shade alone measures 6 1/2" tall with a 10" diameter fitter. The glass is in wonderful condition with no cracks or repairs.the shade rings clear like a bell when tapped. Both top and bottom edges of the shade have the usual roughness and painted-over flakes which are common to Fostoria glass. The decoration is lovely.large decal-decorated pansies with hand-painted enhancement on a green and"egg-yolk yellow" shaded background! Beautiful antique Czech glass shade with purple. Turquoise, green. amber, red, royal blue, gold beads in assorted shapes. There are some smaller groups of beads.
