THIS HAS TO PULL CHAINS ONE IS NEWER THAN THE OTHER. THE ONLY THING I COULD FIND WRONG IS A FLEA BITE ON THE UNDERSIDE RIM OF SHADE BUT YOU CANT SEE FROM FRONT. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO WEAR TO PAINT. STANDS AT 21 1/2" TALL SHADE HAS A 3 1/4" TOP OPENING AND A 16 1/2" BOTTOM WIDTH. WHEN THIS IS LITE IT IS REALLY NICE! POSTAL SERVICE HAS REMOVED ECONOMY MAIL AND NOW HAS ONLY PRIORITY MAIL. Offering an unusual antique reverse painted blue bird with flowers amid gold flecks old vintage 20" tall lamp. Glass part alone measures 10 1/4" high& 6 3/4" across widest part. Great condition considering its age. Flower is not a bright red as one picture depicts. Last picture is closest to accurate. There is a flower bud below the big flower& bird is sitting on a leafy branch. Will ship insured.

ANTIQUE SLAG GLASS OR REVERSE PAINTED BRONZE TABLE LAMP BASE WITH DOUBLE SOCKET
No manufacturing marks found. Two tone bronze patinas. Base is yellow bronze casting the upper classical urn body is a dark liver patina. I took the base apart looking for identifying larks and showed interior in photos. Light sockets work with original wiring and toggles. this is a slag lamp base from the 1920's sturdy enough to hold a very large slag glass canapy. Only one defect is minor dent in the shadows of side that I backlighted to exaggerate for you to see better. It is not noticable. Found in North Crown Heights. Brooklyn Historic district.

Antique Pittsburgh Reverse Painted Endless Wave Lamp
This is a Pittsburgh endless wave reverse painted shade. The lamp and shade are in great condition. There is one small imperfection in the paint on the inside that you can hardly see when lit. The wave scene goes around the whole shade. I see 4 birds painted in the shade as well. The base is a nice design with vines. Leaves and flowers throughout. 1925 is cast on the bottom. One socket looks different in color only. Acorns on the ends of the pull chains. Period cord and plug. It's around 23" tall and 16" at the widest point. There is a brass wave design piece attached to the inside and outside of the top of the shade. May be there for repair. I can't see any crack or chips. Works fine, nice lamp.

Pretty, antique, reverse, painted, glass, oil/kerosene lamp that stands 20 1/2" tall to the top of the chimney; to the top of the brass burner measures about 13 1/8" and the pattern, glass, frosted font is approximately 6 1/2" in diameter. As seen, it has a black, painted, square, metal base that is 4 3/4" The condition of this lamp is excellent with no cracks or chips in the glass and no splits in the metal base or brass fittings. This is a very nice Antique Boudoir Lamp with a Reverse Painted Landscape Scene on the Glass Shade and Painted Glass Base with Czechoslovakia Stickers. This lamp includes a beautifully hand painted glass shade. Featuring a continuous landscape of trees, farmhouses, lakes and mountains in the distance. It is painted in beautiful tones of a brownish orange, blue, green, brown and white. Appears intended as a winter scene with snow on the roof, ground and trees. The pattern on the shade repeats once but seamlessly. The base is also very fine glass with the same brownish orange background color, and is hand painted on the outside surface with landscape scenes similar to the shade except without houses. The lamp is 12 inches high overall including the shade, the shade is 6-3/4 inch diameter. The lamp is operational with a 15 watt bulb and would ... moremake a beautiful night light. There is one"Czechoslovakia" sticker taped to the bottom of the shade, and another"Czechoslovakia" sticker glued to the base. No company names or signatures are found. Clearly this lamp is from the electric light vintage as there would be no escape for fuel heat or combustion products, or entrance for oxygen. Looks similar to a Ruckl or a Bellova, but an internet search did not turn up any exact matches. Condition: The shade and base are in very good vintage condition having no cracks. Repairs, or repainting. There is one small chip about 1/8 by 1/8 by 1/16 inch deep in the base at the surface hole where the cord exits. Electrically, the socket and cord look original. The cord has been taped at the exit from the base and the fabric is worn from the cord near the tape and near the plug. Consideration should be given to rewiring the lamp from the socket to the plug. Overall. This beautiful lamp is in very good original condition, is in good working order, and displays beautiful natural landscape scenes when lit. This is a rare and beautiful antique American table lamp from the famous firm of Bradley& Hubbard(Meriden. Connecticut 1852-1940) The glass shade has the shape of a modified pine cone and an unusual reverse painted design depicting a blue lattice basket surrounded by gold and green leaves. The body and pedestal are made of hollow bronze. The hand painted design done on each of the 4 panels matches the colors of the lamp. Each of the four panels of the shade is identified by the engraved company name. Bradley& Hubbard Manufacturing Co. The shade measures approximately 17” in diameter and about 9” tall. The shade glass has a vertically ribbed texture on the outside and has an overall frosted look to the inside of the shade. The lamp base is a bronze-bronze color with a crackled texture and is shaped like a slender urn. It measures approximately ... more22 ½” high and the bottom base has a diameter of 7 ½” This lamp has three light sockets and is in perfect working condition. I have tried to show the etching the best that I can but I don't have the best camera. I have listed a picture. 11, of this base from Pittsburgh's#11 catalog that is the same base with green glass. This base is white glass and has the original Pittsburg ID label on the inside of the body, 1244 1/2. It has beautiful detail in the etchings of long leaves and scroll work and I could find no damage. The base is 18 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" in diameter at the bottom and the brass is in excellent condition. It has 2 pull chain sockets and has been rewired with a brown cloth period cord. We are pleased to offer this exquisite. Antique lamp. This grand lamp(37" with shade attached) features an ornate, bronzed spelter frame with intricate details. The base of the frame has ornamental urns with bellflower swags. There are geometric circles for contrast. The lamp base houses 4, bent, ribbed glass panels which are reverse painted in a rose or chrysanthemum motif. The base is lighted separately(functions independently) from the top of the lamp and operates with one standard bulb and a pull chain on/off switch. The center section of the lamp features 3 large figural putti. This trio act as the weight bearers for the large glass lamp shade. The opaline glass shade is a light tan color on the exterior and white on the interior. The glass is fairly thick and features a deeply swirled pattern. It sits into the ornate lamp fitter ... morewhich features a pattern of acanthus and shells. The top section also utilizes a single, regular bulb and also operates with its own pull chain on/off switch. This is a beautiful lamp. Neither the frame nor the glass is marked or signed. A very beautiful-all original. Signed- reverse painted"Jefferson" lamp, c. 1920s. The globe on the lamp measures 16" across with a circumference of 49. The height of the lamp is 22. It still has the original cording so it will need to be rewired. The lamp is in very good condition, no cracks or nicks. The lamp is signed"Jefferson 2800" and also what appears to be the initial of"D. The Jefferson Lamp Company was formed in 1900 and was located in Steubenville, Ohio. The company moved to Follansbee, VA in it's seventh year. The J.L.Co. closed after thirty-three years of business.

This is a lovely antique table lamp. It has a domed solid glass shade with reverse painted floral rose design. The base is very heavy like cast iron. The gold surface is worn off and it is rusting underneath. The shade has a chip and also some light chips or surface roughness on the rim. See my last photograph. This is a nice antique early 20th century I believe Chicago area reverse painted chipped ice lamp with ships at sea and a windmill by houses and has a mark shown in the final pic that is the Anderson Foundry mark which was a company based in Chicago that mostly made brass items and were active from 1906-1917. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with no nicks or chips to the main part of the shade but it does have some minor nicks like that seen to the underside of the shade throughout and comes exactly as shown. There are no chips or flakes on the edges and no fractures or cracks in the shade itself. The glass is decorated with an ice chip texture similar to the techniques used by Handel. Based on the design of the woodland scene this lanp has been identified as being part the Prince Charles group as pictured in the Millender books of lamp catalog and is referred to as number L1 888 Woodland Rd. it is also pictured on page 118 in Antique Lamp Buyers Guide by Nadja Maril; Schiffer Publishing. 54301 ANTIQUE 20s JEFFERSON 18" REVERSE PAINTED SCENIC BRONZED CAST IRON LAMP
An antique. Circa 1920's, unmarked: Jefferson, table lamp with reverse painted scenic glass shade. The lamp base is cast iron with a nice bronze finish. It retains the original dual socket cluster in working order. One pull chain has been shortened. New cord and plug, switch also on the cord. The shade is probably original to the lamp. The shade holder has been modified and is not original, the brass finial may not be original. Lamp measures 23-1/4" tall by 7-1/2" bottom diameter, the shade measures 7-3/4" tall by 18" diameter. Very good condition: lamp base without breaks or losses, original bronze finish unworn. The shade has number: 848, on the top rim, minor chips to the top edge, the bottom edge with miniscule factory grinding marks.

The bronze lamp base has the original gilt finish, slightly worn gilt on the stem. The base is not pictured in either the book by De Falco& Hibel, or Hibel& Fontaine. The Handel reverse painted glass shade has the style number painted: 7019. Lamp measures 13" tall by 5" diameter, the shade 4-1/4" tall by 7" diameter. Antique Victorian hanging parlor lamp with Burmese reverse painted satin glass shade. Frame is detailed brass. Font/burner marked Aladdin. Is Electrified. But can be reversed. The lamp is prettier than what shows in the picture- collar for the upper opening on the shade is displayed in the wrong place when"hanging. See photo with appropriate placement. Has two glass jewels/balls in the brass frame. Measures: 13 1/2" across large opening on the shade. 5 3/4" across upper opening. Shade is 7 1/2" deep. Lamp is approximately 28" from top to bottom.
