Antique Victorian kerosene oil lamp chandelier light fixture cranberry red shade
Spectacular late 19th century pulley kerosene/oil chandelier. Stunning red glass with slight swirl. This light has been electrified and in that process an additional Victorian era lamp canopy was added so this is READY TO INSTALL TO A JUNCTION BOX! The light was also repainted in a period appropriate rich gilt. The pulley action was not altered and it still works(though the wiring will bunch up if you pull on it) No damage to the shade. The cranberry red glass ball shade is 9" wide.

We are pleased to offer this very special lamp. Dating to the 1880s. This beautiful lamp is truly an art piece. It features a large or ornate cast iron base with either pewter or silver plate hardware just above. Seated in the mid section of the lamp is a wonderful spelter Greyhound or Whippet dog sculpture. This beautiful piece is nicely detailed and the collared dog is gorgeous. He is seated upon a pewter or silver plate piece which is incised and resembles a cobblestone or bricked surface. A lall and slender brass column is positioned behind the dog and attached the lamp base to the brass oil reservoir. The brass reservoir is large. It has a few minor dings but is in good condition. There is a area on the upper section which is opened and does not have a cover(see picture 9) I am not sure what this is. The original font has been replaced, ... moreprobably when the lamp was converted. However, it would be very easy to return the lamp to oil burning if you so desired. The lamp has a beautiful, golden yellow shade with Eagle and Star pattern. It is very nice with some minor wear. This lamp is quite rare and exceptional. It is in overall wonderful condition but it does have some minor signs of age and use. It is a gorgeous piece of 19th century art! The lamp is quite large. It measures 24" to the top of the burner. The dog sculpture is 7" tall. The lamp is 32" tall with the shade attached. The shade is 8" tall with a 10" fitter measurement. The lamp base is 9" in diameter. For your consideration is this Antique Piano Parlor B&H Ornate Table Oil Kerosene Lamp With Fenton Coindot Shade. This Beautiful. Antique Oil Lamp measures approximately 32 3/4" tall and 9 1/4" wide. The Pink Fenton Coindot shade measures approximately 5 1/8" tall and 8 5/8" in diameter. The base of the shade measures approximately a little under 4" in diameter. The shade is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. The only thing I can see is 1 thin flake on the bottom rim of the shade(shown in pic) and the normal minor roughness around the inside rim from being cut away from the mold. The lead glass chimney to the lamp measures approximately 10" tall and about 3 1/4" at it's widest point. The chimney is signed at the top. HIGH GRADE ATLAS LEAD GLASS. It is in very nice condition, EXCEPT for ... morea very small flake around the bottom rim and a couple very small spots of roughness around the bottom rim as well. The ornate. Black cast/wrought iron base of the lamp is in very nice condition as well. There is one small spot(shown in pic) where some of the black paint has worn a bit. Antique Victorian Oil lamp shade 3" fitter white PINK cased glass
Up for bid is this vintage cased glass lamp shade. It is in good condition. It has a ground rim and the fitter side is ground also. It has a few tiny fleabites. But not bad. It is cased glass with white glass in the middle and pink on the outside and inside. This is thick glass. Antique glass oil lamp electrified/muslin shade. Gorgeous looking.
This was tagged a antique whale lamp that was electrified. It has a nice muslin shade with a great design in the fabric. The shade is a little soiled in 3 parts of the shade. I would turn that side to the back. Of course you have to look to notice due to the color of the fabric. I would not hesitate from using it just the way it is. It measures 10 1/2" from the bottom of the lamp to the bottom of the brass socket. Like I said the tag said whale lamp but you look it over to make sure that is the style. Gives off wonderful light because its a tall one and the shade is beige. Any questions please ask and thanks for looking.

Antique Duplex banquet Parlor Piano Brass Lamp oil Cast Iron Floor satin shade
I have lots of vintage lighting items listed and more added all the time. This is a great lamp with a beautiful satin glass shade and the shade has no chips or cracks it will have wear and some ring roughness that they all have. The outer shade does have the original brass ring at the top which the inner shade sticks up through. This like most of these has been electrified so you can safely use it today. Some people do convert these back to oil burning and you would have to replace a few pieces to do that but not that hard you can buy the burners and parts on ebay. This has normal wear you would expect but for being from the late 1800s is fantastic and has very cool claw feet on the base. The inner clear glass sahde may not be the original I really don't know it's just clear glass so who knows the outer shade is old you can easily ... moretell its age. The shade has to small chips to the fitter end that goes into shade holder so it is not visible when on the Lamp.The oil Reservoir is frosted Pressed Glass and the bottom part of the stem with painted Butterfly I Believe is a soft Blue milkglass. The base is footed and chased, etched. The burner is marked and has Patent date on the turn wheel for wick but my eyes are not good enough to make it out. An unusual antique brass oil lamp shade carrier/ holder. Rd 373920 dating from approx 1902. The carrier fits onto the gallery of an oil lamp burner and is designed for a silk/ fabric shade with space for the chimney through the centre and has two hinged clips on the bottom ring. The upright supports are a little loose and It would benefit from a clean. Otherwise it is all in very good antique condition. Today I am offering a antique hanging oil lamp.This oil lamp font is hand painted as is the shade.This comes with a crimped glass chimney.I am not sure if this is a match or not.The shade has flowers and the font a house and country scene.No chisp to the shade or font or chimney.Shows some oxidation on the metal and some rust.The top has a chain for adjusting,untested.The bottom of the shade measures about 13 7/8" diameter on the outside,and the top of shade about 6"The burner handle reads Climax made in USA Pat jan 21,90.Please view all photos below and feel free to email me with any questions.

Cut Glass Oil Lamp Font A very High quality oil lamp indeed. A reeded stepped copper. Brass and china base houses a particularly good triple cut faceted glass font in perfect condition. The font is fitted with a classic hinks/messengers bayonet fitting collar which houses a very good hinks no2 Duplex rise and fall burner. The lamp is finished with an original victorian acid etched reeded globular shade. The overall height of the oil lamp including the chimney is 65cm 25 1/2 inches tall. The shade is just over 18cm tall and 20cm 8 inches wide. The diameter of the font is 17cm just shy of 7 inches. Postage UK £10. Europe £30, USA and Canada £45. Up for bid a really cute antique miller banquet parlor oil kerosene lamp it has really nice embossed raised fleur de lys and it looks like pewter and solid brass or bronze the lamp measures 20.5H the base is 7in leg to leg top is 4.5 says patented june 28. 1882 the shade is signed handel#1045 it is 33in around and 3.5 top and 12.5H and 4 in on bottom it also comes with a chimney I will include a pic with the shade and pic. As I mentioned above I bought the lamp on ebay and the shade has a hairline as shown on the pic it was probably repaired but you can feel it's really not that obvious and it has a missing piece on the bottom of the shade as shown other than that it is a very nice lamp with a great deal of patina. This antique Aladdin brass oil lamp was made between 1919 and 1920. At some point it was electrified and has a cord attached(cut off) However. It is in good order, all parts are in good condition; there is no chimney. The shade is original to this lamp and is in very good condition with no cracks or breakage. The lamp with shade stands 18 inches in height. It needs a good cleaning, but there is no damage to the metal. No dents or other appearance problems. I think the main body is cast. not magnetic) is without damage, and on the inside of the base raised is 1831. The glass font is good with no damage. The burner has Hinks and sons on the side and there is 1 chimney finger missing. Both wicks will rise and fall, and one of the ceramic inserts has the writing worn. Antique Oil Lamp Base & Shade, GWTW Hand Painted, Cast Brass, Restoration, Parts
A ntique oil or kerosene lamp base and shade are hand painted in Gone With the Wind style. Both pieces are milk glass with maroon and pink flowers with white and blue with beading. Each is painted on both sides. The base is more teal than. The shade more blue and shade has a yellow band on the bottom rim. The base is cast bronze or brass with an ornate design and a screw in opening. There is no burner or chimney. It has not been electrified and there are no cracks. There is chipping on both rims of the shade only. There is discoloration around the area where there is paint loss. Possibly from spilled oil. Still good condition for it's age, which dates to the late 1800's to early 1900's and being sold as found, could be a fun restoration project. This is heavy and large. This is an antique hanging oil lamp. The lamp is being sold as is for parts or repair. I looks like the previous owner made a poor attempt to electricfy the lamp. 1880's-1900's Victorian Antique Oil Lamp This 1880's-1900's Victorian Antique Parlor Oil Lamp has been in my personal Antique Collection for over 40 years. This Victorian Oil Lamp is a beautiful work of art with spectacular ornate design and incredible hand craftsmanship. The Satin glass shade globe has a beautiful raised embossed grape design. The lamp oil reservoir with Burner assembly can be removed by lifting it out of the base of the lamp. There is a Full/Out indicator that works on a float valve system. The lamp is missing the glass chimney that is suppose to stick out about 2 inches above the shade. The chimney replacement is very cheap and can be bought at numerous locations. I have seen them in several places over the years for less than $10. This antique Victorian Parlor lamp stands 11 inches tall(without the shade ... moreon) and about 7 inches wide. The beautiful acid etched cranberry shade is in very good condition with no damage. It has a 4" fitter. I believe the chimney to be original too but not 100% certain. Antique c.1880's P& A Mfg. Co. Colonial Brass Oil Lamp with Milk glass shade and newly added clear glass chimney is in very good condition for its age with heavy patina and minor scratches on the brass base and some staining of the circumference of the lower solder joint where the base attaches to the reservoir. The Milk Glass shade has no seam and is rough ground and uneven on the top edge with minor scuffing along the bottom two inches of the shades diameter. The chimney is clear glass and newly added. The base stands at 11-1/2" inches tall with a 6-1/2" inch diameter base and a cast iron ring with four feet at the bottom underside. The shade stands at 6" inches tall with a 10" diameter bottom base. Total lamp height is 18" inches with a nice hourglass shape. The wick is round and moves freely as does the ... morereservoir oil fill cap. I have not filled the oil reservoir. For safe shipping purposes, nor have I tested this lamp. The oil reservoir shows no signs of any leakage, holes or deterioration and appears to be in very good aesthetic and functional condition.
