This is a heavy antique Victorian adjustable bridge arm bronze or brass marble base table lamp. I would date it early 1900s. It's a very cool. Classy looking lamp. It measures 30 3/4 inches tall including the marble base(78 cm) The marble base is 1 1/8 inches thick and 6 inches wide in both directions(2.86 cm x 15.24cm) The arm measures 10 inches from the main rod to the shade holder(25.4 cm) It's adjustable on the main rod to bring the light higher and lower. And adjustable next to the socket to move the socket up or down. It may have been a banker's lamp with a green shade originally. That would look great. As you can see from the photos. PAIR OF ANTIQUE ELECTRIC AMBER FLASH CUT GLASS MARBLE BRASS LAMPS
This is pair of antique amber flash cut glass lamps. The lamps are identical and stand straight up(unlike my picutre which was taken on an angle) The glass part of the lamp looks like the old oil lamps and was probably the same pattern and one of the first electric lights. Both are in excellent condition with no nicks. Crack, or crazing on the glass. The bottom of the lamps is marble and measures approximately 4 3/4 inches square. The lamps are about 15 inches high and the glass portion is 5 1/2 inches high and 5 1/4 inches across at the widest spot. These are a rare find in such excellent condition. Antique Pink Frosted Table Lamp w/Brass, Marble Base & Gold Design
Approx. 20" tall. Top is 6" in diameter. Marble base approx. 5 1/2" diameter. Heavy brass pieces have patina consistent with their age. Lamp was rewired about 60 years ago. Some of the inner frosting is missing(see last 2 pictures) almost looks like part of the design. Some spacers and the harp holder are steel the rest is brass. Ontario– Canada, specifically Kitchener and Ingersoll, after immigrating to Canada from Pennsylvania from the 1760’s. Later relatives were avid antique enthusiasts and many collectables& antiques have been carefully stored and passed down. And here we are offering from this collection. This is in very good condition for its age- no dents or major damage. Tested to be in perfect working condition! It was professionally rewired in the 90's. Pull chain works smoothly. This is a very old. Heavy piece in nice antique condition. Marble looks to be 1 1/4 inch thick, measures 9 inches in diameter and weighs 10 lbs. Feet looks to be brass and decorative piece seems to be brass as well. There is a name on bottom that I am unable to read, only can see the last part that says co. but looks to be hand carved or stamped. Mixed Era Antique Pendant hanging lamp brass marble ABSOLUTELY one of a kind!
This pendant hanging lamp has been custom built. The older brass is approximately 1920s. The rest is approximately 1950s. The pendant is a frosted globe with brass colored accents. The bottom of the lamp is a large round marble table. The housing for the light bulb is cracked but the lamp still works. It can easily be fixed. There is nothing like it anywhere. I do not feel comfortable shipping this as it is extremely heavy and fragile so this will need to be picked up. All items come from a smoke free home. Antique Mid-1800s Whale Oil Lamp: Molded Glass. Brass& Marble 12 ¾ inches Tall Presented is a nice antique whale oil lamp. Suitable for use today with lamp oil. The well for the oil is heavy glass, molded in three parts(the three vertical mold lines are very slightly visible) It has twelve semi-circular segments decorating the widest part of the glass. The glass has a brass collar or rim at the top. It is mounted to a brass pedestal with a stepped foot. Which itself is mounted to a square marble base. Please scroll down to see our photographs. The oil lamp is from the mid 1800s. There have been some repairs to this piece. Namely where the glass joins the brass pedestal. The original plaster of Paris was loose at some time and was glued. The glue has yellowed and is visible. Glue is visible also inside the top of the glass where it ... morehas dripped down from where the brass rim was re-applied at some time. Marble, and glass oil style electric table lamps. the bases are made from square white pieces of thick heavy marble. the shafts are made from a nicely shaped piece of brass as well as above the glass globe. the globes are done with very thick green hobnail glass. Are very detailed, and high quality. they have nice brass harps and finials. there are on/off switches located right on the sockets. both all wired and work great measuring 26 3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide. RARE Antique Pairpoint Cut Glass Shade Art Nouveau Whte Marble Brass Lamp 25" H
GORGEOUS Art Nouveau PAIRPOINT Antique Lamp Cut Glass Shade 25" High This is an exquisite example of an early Pairpoint lamp. The Pairpoint Co. originated in Massachusetts in 1880. They combined with another metal co. to begin to make lamps. The combination is just breathtaking. This is one of Pairpoints earlier examples of a frosted cut to clear glass globe shade. This lamp is just breathtaking lit up and in person. I believe the metal here is brass which has a nice patina to it. The design is Art Nouveau. There are Greek faces along the sides of this ornate metal work. I believe the base to be white marble but I am uncertain. There is a metal pull chain to turn the lamp on and it is in great working condition. The brown cord is also in great shape and is pliable. There are an ample amount of hand cut crystals dangling from the shade ... morebase all is great condition with perhaps a nick or two here and there. They are 3 3/4" in length. The lamp is clearly marked on the underside which I have pictured for you. There is also a no. of 832. I have listed the minor condition issues above and also taken pictures for your review.
