We have 6 listed this week.My Great Uncle owned a lamp shop in DC for almost 50 years. From the late 30's until the early 80's. The lamps we have listed this week came from his estate. My aunt, his daughter, recently passed away and we took these parts from her attic. Her Dad had strung these parts in order on a piece of wire and had them hanging in his shop. After he passed my aunt brought them home and hung them in her attic. About 10 years ago she gave us a strand of these parts. We found a threaded pole here on ebay and took the pieces ... moreoff of the wire, sliding them down the pole in the order they came off of the wire and we have had a beautiful slag glass floor lamp ever since. My aunt has recently passed away and these parts came from her attic.This one has what looks to me to be a green vaseline type glass incorporated into its design one of which has chips as shown but the others are fine. The cast iron base and steel parts had been stripped of their paint and or plating years ago and they got rusty so I took my wire wheel and went over them but you'll still need to brush them again before painting however most of the prep work is done. The base is really rusty on the under side but I cleaned the threads up and they look fine. There are 2 matching brass tubes. I polished a small area of one of the tubes so you can see what they'll look like once cleaned up. I do not have any sockets and of course the pole is missing too but the threads in the base look fine. I laid these parts out in a line on the floor and as far as I can tell there are enough to make about a 54" tall lamp. Rod is not included. Thank you for viewing. Made of mostly blown crystal glass(maybe Murano) from the base all the way to the top of lamp. Beautiful glass prisms. Stands about 72" tall. Lamp works perfect takes a large mogul style 3 way bulb. Looks beautiful when lit up it spreads a beautiful array of light across the ceiling. Lamp is in good condition. There are a few of the top curved pieces that are loose they are held in place by plaster sockets which is how they did it back then. Beautiful antique/vintage pair of wrought iron. Painted gold candlestick lamps with polychrome pink painted flowers. They stand 12-5/8" high and the base measures approx. 4" square. As far as I can tell, everything is original. The finish, paper"candle" covers, wiring and sockets. Note to self that these will need to be professionally re-wired! ANTIQUE MATCHED PAIR ART NOUVEAU 1920 - 1940 ERA BEDROOM DRESSER LAMPS SATIN
We have for your viewing and bidding pleasure 2 antique and or vintage bedroom dresser lamps. They are a matched pair in a satin glass. They appear to be in the art nouveau style and form. The lamps have a gentleman and woman dancing with her dress flowing upward and outward. The figures are highly detailed and show the man's shirt collar with a tie and buttons on his coat with a vest. The lady is barefoot. We have no idea of the exact year of these lamps. We speculate anywhere from the 1920's to 1940's era. The cords are the type from around the 1930's era. The cords are the same but the plug ends are different. One plug has been taped with black friction tape. Both lamps work. The switches go on and off. The lightbulbs we used for the photos are for demonstration only and do not work. They are also of different size so the ... morephoto that shows the shades on the lamps. One is a little higher than the other. The shades will come with the lamps but no lightbulbs(we would suggest a 25 to 40 watt lightbulb so the shades do not get hot and get burnt) The shades are in good condition. One is better than the other. This other one has a few soiled and/or stained spots. At the bottom side base area of both lamps there is a notch in the glass for the cord to come out of so the lamps set level. To the right of this notch on both lamps in embossing they have the word COPYRIGHT. The glass on the lamps are in perfect condition with no cracks or breaks. The lamps were fairly recently obtained from a first pick estate sale and the lamps were obtained directly out of the bedroom off of the dresser and unplugged. With the 25 watt lightbulb in and the shade snapped over the lightbulb they stand 16 3/8” high. The figures themselves are about 5 ½” high. From the bottom of the base to the top of the man's head it is 7 ½” high. Across the base they are 4 ½” wide. Antique Moonstone Boudoir Lamp 1920's Electric Rewired
I have for auction a 1920's moonstone boudoir lamp. The shade and the base are both made of moonstone. Both are octagonal shaped. Very pretty little lamp. White moonstone has some(maybe 2 or 3) flea bites on the base. Has original finial. The lamp measures about 10-1/2" from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial. Magnificent antique victorian/ art nouveau table lamp c.1920s* This is a gorgeous antique lamp which stands 18 inches high and is 8 inches wide at the base. The materials include brass and other metals I'm not sure of. A magnet doesn't stick to most of it including the foot so its not iron-It is heavy though. There is a gold finish on the lamp. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a fancy triple cut crystal pull at the end of the chain. The base has a beautiful acanthus leaf design. French Gilt Bronze Antique Hanging Candelabrum[Antique Chandelier] Late 19th to Early 20th Century Item# 130108SYG12 This is a stunning work in the French Empire style from the late 19th to early 20th Century. Probably c. 1890-1920. Crisply founded and cast with a brilliant gilded surface, the form is highly attractive in the finely balanced details. The six arms of the candelabra trumpet with acanthus foliage flowing above and below in large exaggerated swirls, each arm swelling into the overflowing apex beneath the well of each candle. The lamp is electrified with plastic faux candles in each arm, respectfully wired with as minimal intrusion to the form as possible. Three arms support the hanging of the candelabra, with linked chain rising from the flowing foliage above each of these three arms- one arm has a slight upward bend as a result ... moreof years supporting this weight and at some point it should be re-soldered for strength, though currently it does not cause any problem with the structure. The bottom of the lamp terminates in a large pineapple form, the top cresting in a magnificent flame finial. We very infrequently come across hanging candelabra of this form that we like- this piece is an absolute treasure. In rare condition and of very fine quality. This is a piece that will set your home apart. It should be examined by your local lamp dealer for rewiring, cleaning and strengthening of the arm, but is a strike-point piece that is well worth the investment for a lifetime of enjoyment. Very unusual and nice pair of old. 1920s Copper Stills which have been converted to lamps. Stills are in very, very good condition. Copper is very beautiful and still retains its beautiful luster. At some point, someone has added random patterns of 1/4" tiny tiles in abstract areas. The tiles are a dark brown with a white veining; very gorgeous. Lamps have copper hardware with copper tubing extending through the top to the double electrical sockets. Finials are also copper. This is a very wonderful and unique pair of old copper still lamps! Antique Mission Arts/Crafts Lamp with Slag Glass Shade Around 1920's
This is an old one but it has problems so read the description. All but one of the large slag glass panels on the shade has a crack. 2 of the panels have several cracks. The lower green panels and the upper small white panels are good. All panels are tight and the frame is tight with no cracks. The base looks good with no chips.Cracks or dents but there is a post on the inside bottom which I think should have held in some sort of counterweight. Base is 7 1/2" square so it is actually quite stable without the weight. Base looks to be brass that has been dusted with greenish paint way back when. Finish is pretty even over the entire lamp. Both pull chain sockets work. Wiring is the old cloth covered and should be replaced. Base stands 22 1/4" tall to where the shade sets-about 24" to the top of the finial. The most beautiful antique victorian cherub lamp! c. 1920* This beautiful antique cherub lamp is 18 inches high and 6 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a fancy blue glass pull on the end of the chain. The fancy pierced brass shade ring is decorated with 30 strands of crystal lustres. The lamp has a gold finish. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. Pair of Antique 1920 Torchiere Lamps electric 18" tall
These torchieres were a wedding gift to my grandparents in 1921 so I know the exact date they are from. They are 18 inches tall and made of a type of plaster with a cylindrical shade that seems to be made of some type of waxed paper. The electrical switches are in-line on the electrical cord. Please note that the top piece that sits on top of the shade is missing on one of the torchieres.

Gorgeous antique victorian cherub table lamp early 1900s* This is a beautiful antique victorian table lamp which stands 17 inches tall and 7 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a pretty glass bead and orange crystal pull. The metal shade has raised filigree decoration which has some loose ends but its all intact. The shade is also decorated with 37 strands of crystal lustres which include clear and colored strands. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. Vintage Antique 1920's Double Socket Lamp Base Miller? Pittsburgh? Parts Repair
This double socket lamp dates to the 1920's or thereabouts. Its either a Miller or a Pittsburgh. I've seen this same pattern that appears on the base of this lamp on other signed lamps. This one is marked on the base but is under the weight and I could not get the weight off nor can I see through the weight to see what it reads. Untested as the plug is missing but I see no reason why it wouldn't work as the pull chains snap crisply. The original paint on this one is in pretty nice condition but the vase shaped piece just above the base has 2 dents and the paint is scratched on that part. Exquisite Antique Czechoslovakia Glass Fruit Lamp (1920's)
Exquisite Czechoslovakian Glass Fruit Lamp(1920's) w/original cord and plug. This antique lamp is a wonderful find indeed. It measures 12" across in diameter. 11" tall and has a 7" jewel color glass base. It is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It is in excellent condition but there are a few grapes missing, as seen in pictures. The fruit was made by hand with each piece of fruit having a small hole and then wired to a frame that fits on top of the Jewel colored glass bowl(art deco) so you can change the light bulb or for cleaning. This makes a wonderful center piece for any table or cabinet. I purchased this lamp nearly 20 years ago from an Art collector. I think I paid $3,500.00 for it at the time. I have never seen another one quite like it.

BEFORE THIS SHADE COULD BE USED IT WOULD HAVE TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE TO THE METAL SURROUNDING THE GLASS PANELS. THIS IS LIKELY FROM THE 1920'S-30'S. FORTUNATELY ALL OF THE GLASS PANELS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. I SEE NO HAIRLINE CRACKS. BREAKS OF ANY KIND, NO CHIPPING. THERE ARE NO MISSING GLASS PANELS. STUNNING ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CHERUB LAMP # 1 OF A PAIR, C. 1920, W/CRYSTAL LUSTRES
Stunning antique victorian cherub table lamp#1 of a pair early 1900s* This is a stunning antique victorian cherub table lamp which is one of a matching pair listed. This listing is for 1 lamp. The lamp stands 17 inches high and is 6 1/2 inches wide at the base. The lamp has been rewired and has a brass pull chain socket with a pretty red and amber glass pull. The lamp has a fancy pierced brass floral shade ring which is decorated with 31 strands of crystal lustres. I used a short round standard watt light bulb in this lamp which doesn't extend down beyond where the crystals end. These decorator bulbs can be found in any home center or home depot. I purchased the pair of lamps at a antique shop in historic Guttenberg. Up for bid is this totally all original floor lamp with the original hand painted shade. I bought this lamp many years ago from an estate. The shade is painted on something like oil cloth so that must be how it has survived nearly a hundred years. The lamp is all original finish in very nice condition. The shade needs a cleaning. Antique 1920's White ALABASTER & MARBLE Carved SWAN EGRET HERON Bird Table Lamp
Up for your consideration is this absolutely exquisite antique carved white Alabaster and Marble table lamp from the 1920's. This lamp depicts a long necked bird with it's wings spread- I believe the bird is either a swan. Egret or heron. Absolutely stunning detail and the white color really stands out. The lamp has two lights with individual pull switches so that you can adjust the amount of light. Measures 27.5 inches tall from the base to the finial and 9.5 inches wide without a shade(no shade included) This lamp is quite heavy because the alabaster and marble portion alone measures approx. 12.5 inches. In excellent condition. One small chip on the wing of one bird(enlarge pic#9, wing of bird on right near legs) There is a painted portion of the lamp above the alabaster that has chipped cream paint as well. Best of all the lamp ... moreworks! This lamp would go beautifully into many decorating styles- Victorian, Art Nouveau, Traditional, etc. So stunning! I fell in love with this lamp when I found it at a Buffalo. NY antique shop over 12 years ago, the owner of the shop claimed it was a 1920's lamp when I purchased it. I believe this lamp is one-of-a-kind and/or repurposed, see extra hole on base of lamp. It is difficult to date this lamp to the exact year, however, the"Arrow" company name is on the light sockets. Arrow was in business from 1904-1927. Arrow applied for patents on pull-style light sockets in 1909-1911 and 1915(see antiquesockets.com) Therefore, I believe this lamp dates circa 1920's(could be earlier) Square base is white marble. Carved portion is white alabaster. Finial has a hole that goes all the way through the top. Depending on what kind of lamp shade you are pairing this lamp with, you have the option of unscrewing the 4" extender at the top that the finial is attached to and the finial screws in perfectly to the bottom metal portion as well(if you are using a drum shade, you probably want to leave the extender on, if you have a glass shade, you probably want to brin

Up for bid a beautiful antique black opaline glass Asian princess lamp it's got a face embossed nose and eyes very unique the base is solid oak very heavy and her choker are antique studs in brass like buttons the finial is very unique it's about 2.5 and made of black oplaine also the shade resembles a bell form and it's grayish with black made of fiberglass I will include pics of the shade also the lamp measures 34.5in to the finial the finial itself is 5.5 the glass finial is 3in glass with brass the glass on the lamp measures 14.5 and 18in around the face of the princess. C. 1910- 1920s. The lamp stands 17" tall, and retains all of its original parts, with the exception of the cord as the piece has recently been rewired. It features windmills and houses, with an interesting pink background. It is especially well painted, and in excellent condition. There is some general roughness to the upper and lower rims, but this is due to the method of cutting, and are not chips or flaws. The paint is in excellent condition, free of scratches, chipped paint, or heat scorching. The base appears to be made of brass, and there is some age-related uneveness to the patina, but nothing distracting. The shade measures 7.5" in diameter, and the lamp is ready for immediate use. VINTAGE ANTIQUE 1920's ART DECO NOUVEAU TABLE LAMP BUDOIR VICTORIAN
Offering a beautiful rareArt Deco cast iron lamp. It is painted in antiqued broze tones with rose bud details in red and a bit of green on some of the raised leaves. It is made of cast iron and it is complete as far as I can tell. It has a Leviton Socket and"Roberts" switch that is marked PAT. 11. 23.26. Dating this lamp to around the 1920's. HUGE Antique 1920's Czech Art Glass Beaded Flowers Bulb Cover Lamp Shade RED. This is the biggest lamp shade at 12 inches around that I have ever had made out of these little tiny beads. It has over times come apart there are tons of white and tons of dark red with green centers and green back bead work with extra bits as seen in the photo. This could be redone or could be made into anything you want with 100's of glass bead flowers very hard to find and listing for a very low bid just.99 to open. The beads are attached to a brass frame that one was a great shape thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
