Vintage White / Beige Ceramic and Wood Table Lamp - PAIR
These lamps were in my grandparent's house. They are probably from the 1960's. But they have no markings. They have a gorgeous graduated teardrop shape and a pure mid-century ceramic texture. Don't know what the wood is, but it looks like rosewood or walnut. The silver bases needs some touch-up, and there is only one shade. Work fine. If the shipping costs come in substantially less than what you paid, I will refund the difference. On Feb-17-13 at 14:39:01 PST. Seller added the following information: Update: After inspecting the one remaining shade more closely. I realize it is NOT in good condition. But not 100% sure. They are in excellent condition. With no chips or cracks that I could find ... moreon the figures. I didn’t see anything wrong with the brass either. I haven’t seen any exactly like them on eBay. The lamps are 12” tall and 4” wide. The make figure is 7 ¾” tall x 3 ½” wide and the female is 7 ½” tall x 3 ¾” wide. When plugged in the boy lamp works. But the little push button to turn on and off doesn’t. We could not get the girl lamp to turn on. The numbers A566 are on the bottom. No other markings that I could find. Large Vintage Pottery Ceramic Kutani Lamp - Peacocks - Flowers - Made in Japan
Selling a beautiful big lamp which was made in Japan- we had to lift the ceramic part up to check the wiring and discovered that underneath there is a little blue and white Made in Japan sticker. The ceramic portion of the lamp has been decorated with the traditional Kutani peacocks- the peacocks. Chrysanthemums, cherry blossoms, and other flowers have been enhanced with gold. Beautifully decorated and will enhance your decor! The lamp stands about a foot tall to the top of the part in which the bulb is placed. The base measures about 6 inches by 4-3/8 inches. Vintage Mid-Century Retro Lamp w/Original Shade circa 1950's Free Form Ceramic
Up for auction is a circa 1950's table lamp with the original shade. The base of the lamp is a high gloss brown ceramic Free Form style and measures 13 inches across. 7 inches high and nearly 4 inches deep and is in excellent condition, no damage. The fiberglass/parchment shade measures 17 inches across, 11-1/2 inches deep and 9-1/2 inches high. Condition is good, though some of the stitching to the frame is broken, there are areas of discoloration and a few light dents. The original brass finial is still present and measures nearly 3 inches long, it is in great condition though tarnished, the harp shows areas of rust. Assembled the lamp measures 19 inches high to the top of the finial. The lamp does not work and does need to be rewired.

Rare Find! Vintage early 1940s"BERGER" Colorful Chinese Porcelain(or Pottery) Figural Man& Woman Statue Figure Lamps on Brass metal bases. With all the original hardware, original cords, AND original lamp shades and celluloid finials! Did I say RARE? Both lamps are in perfect working order. These may be a marriage couple in their wedding attire! The lamp harps are both marked"BERGER" these lamps to right around 1930's- 1940's. These gorgeous figure lamps have amazing color and details. The woman is holding her fan. The pretty old brass metal bases have very detailed ancient Chinese designs around the edges. The lamps are a total height of right around 29" tall(measured from tops of finials to bottoms of bases) The harps are about 8" without the finials) and about 10 1/2" including the finials) ... moreLamp figures(including the brass bases) measure about 15 1/2" tall, or about 13" tall alone(without the bases) Lamp bases measure about 6 1/2" wide across the bottoms, or about 21" around in circumference. It is my opinion that both lamps are in AMAZING Antique/ Vintage original condition. The porcelain/pottery figures have no cracks, chips, breaks or repairs at all.which is quite rare! There are merely a few minor rubs on the gold detail paint here and there. There is, of course, lots of darkened age patina on the brass metal bases and other hardware, which I think only adds to their charm and authenticates their age. These lamps have NOT had the brass metal cleaned or polished) As my photos show, both lamps are in great working order. As the cords are original, you may wish to rewire the lamps for electrical safety, but they do work as-is. The plug end on the Woman lamp has a few chips/ breaks in it little pieces missing in the brass around the stem, There is also dry rot to both cords, but it does not seem to be effecting the functionality of the lamps. Offered for sale here is a great vintage Frederick Cooper ceramic lamp that dates from the mid century/ 70's/ 80's/ 90's- It is in the shape of a large Venetian Italian Urn with a ribbed body and ornate gold gilded handles- the lovely gold gilded details are much brighter then the photos show- The vase urn is made of ceramic with a white crackled finish and it is mounted on a gold gilded wooden base- It is in overall good condition with one flea bite on the body where a cracked pice came out. Antique Vintage Art Deco Pink Ceramic Planet Earth Night Light Lamp
Art Deco style light. Planet earth is outlined in gold on the front. The light sits behind a half clam shell for a beautiful illumination. Light bulb is not included. The style reminds me more of Art Deco, however the color says possibly the 50's? In other words, I am not certain of the age. The wiring is all tight and operational. Measures 10.5" x 8" x 4" and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. There is a little bit of wear on the gold as shown in the photos.
