This is a great Victorian Brass 1 Arm Gas Sconce that has been Electrified and is ready to hang. Dated Aug 14, 1894. Measures 12&1/2 inches tall, 12&1/2 inches deep, brass embossed wall plate is 4&1/8 wide and 6 inches tall. The original Victorian Floral pattern Gas Shade is 4 inches tall, 7&1/2 inches wide, and the base is 3&15/16 inches wide. The original shade and the brass victorian wall sconce are both problem free. Antique Victorian Duplex Brass Double Student Oil Lamp Electric Original Globes
Hi. You are bidding on the most beautiful lamp. It is a Duplex student oil lamp that was converted to electric. You can see by the cord and plug that it is one of the oldest electric lamps you will ever see. It has been tested and did work when I bought it but the cord is super old. I would get a second opinion before you use the cord. The globes are LOVELY and even more beautiful in person. They are in good condition with no nicks or cracks. The globes measure approximately ten inches across at the bottom and 4.5 inches or so on the top. The entire lamp is 27 inches when measured from base to top of chimneys. I believe the chimneys are also original in that they look like old glass and they are the exact measurements of the original chimneys. One of the chimneys has some roughness around the base where it goes into the metal but it is not ... morechipped. If you collect these antique lamps. I think you are going to love this one. There are problems, but minimal. I see that there is one lamp socket that is sort of tipped to one side. There is some difficulty getting the round base for the chimney into the larger frame for the glass globe. But I think that all of these issues are probably just a part of owning a lamp like this. Offered is an antique glass jewel chunk art nouveau brass shade with high relief. This is not a flimsy thin shade. Very heavy and extremely well made. This is really a beautiful piece sold as is as found. The glass has a rare opalescent stone along with red green, etc. 4 different colors. The shade is solid and very heavy. This does show wear typical of age and use with a couple minor dings on edges, but as you can see it displays beautifully. Great old lamp shade. This is a beautiful lampshade that can be easily converted to a hanging swag lamp. It is ornate. Nicely patinaed brass with alternating slag glass panels of brilliant red and swirled white. This is a heavy antique Victorian adjustable bridge arm bronze or brass marble base table lamp. I would date it early 1900s. It's a very cool. Classy looking lamp. It measures 30 3/4 inches tall including the marble base(78 cm) The marble base is 1 1/8 inches thick and 6 inches wide in both directions(2.86 cm x 15.24cm) The arm measures 10 inches from the main rod to the shade holder(25.4 cm) It's adjustable on the main rod to bring the light higher and lower. And adjustable next to the socket to move the socket up or down. It may have been a banker's lamp with a green shade originally. That would look great. As you can see from the photos. It MUST be rewired. There is a chip on the corner of the marble which measures approximately 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch high(2.54 cm by.64 cm) And a couple of other tiny flecks. Hello. You are viewing my auction for a Vintage Victorian Style Angel Or Cherub Lamp. This lamp is made from a Brass Type Metal With Crystals. I am unsure of the exact metal that was used to make this lamp. There are three angels or cherubs in the center. This lamp measures 19 and 3/4" tall up to the top of light bulb socket. The base is 5 and 3/4" across. This lamp is in perfect working condition. There is a split in the metal on the base by the cherubs feet. I have shown a photograph of this. The brass metal center section sits slightly uneven from the base crystal. There is some minor wear present. There are no repairs or other breaks present. For Sale is a 24" tall Antique Marble base Brass Table Lamp. The base is 4"x4"x1" thick and the lamp is 24" tall with the nice final.The font has a nice tan acorn scene with leaves hand painted.Very elagant and pretty lamp. The lamp works and light up. The cord is very old.But good condition. I found this lamp at an Estate Sale in a rual part of central Kentucky. Local pick-up is welcome. It works when you add a light bulb(clear glass hurricane is NOT included) Has a few scratches but in good condition for its age. It comes with the 3 3/4 inch wall mount. Very ornate design.
