Antique Vintage Large Milk Glass Hand Painted Floral Table Lamp With Roses
This is a beautiful vintage large milk glass hand painted table lamp with roses. It is in very good condition except it has some paint wear on the grold stripe. It is very beautifully painted and does take a 3-way bulb. It is 32" to the top of the finial and 21" to the top of the socket. The base is 6 1/4" diameter. This is a very beautiful lamp! The harp is removable.

This is from an estate sale which had many antique oil kerosene lamps for sale many which were original to the same family passed down! It has pink and peachy color flowers on an ivory color glass with a fluted rippled style edge. There are six almost identical flowers surrounding the shade. They appear to be hand painted on the glass. This is an antique- I don't know the manufacture date. However. Antique glass like this is very expensive to replace as I found out some years ago when a lamp got knocked over and when it landed on the carpeted floor. The glass broke.it was $9 0 t o replace it. Offering this very attractive antique Victorian Era Gone With The Wind Table Lamp. Originally oil but now converted to electric power. The parts maker was P& A. Royal who made the parts for the early Aladdin Lamps. This has a beautiful swirl milk glass base with a forest and mountain scene that appears to be a transfer ware process decoration. The cast iron feet are adorned with Cherubs at four points. Other than the cut outs for the conversion, one at the bottom of the pot and two at the top for the on- off chain, it is in great shape and just needs a shade. It measures 12 inches tall to top of the shade holder, is 6 inches wide at the top of the base and 7 inches wide at the swirl area of the base. The feet area measures 6 1/4 inches squared. Greens, whites, burnt-red, etc. all outlined in black. The chimney is made of metal and has a turn on-off switch and holds the shade. The lamp shade is thin with a pressed pattern in the glass of square designs that graduates from small to large squares. The lamp including the ... moreshade measures approximately 21" tall. The inside insulated sleeve for the bulb is white porcelain/ceramic. The lamp uses a bulb with a larger base than the standard electrical bulb that is used today. It has a secure electrical cord and plug, the on-off switch easily turns. I am 99% sure that the lamp works but I can't say with 100% since I don't have a bulb that fits the socket. Overall, this lamp is in good condition with no dents, cracks, chips, stains, etc. It shows some light tarnishing and the inside the top metal piece it appears to have very light surface rust on the inside of the metal. Like all oil lamps, it gives a beautiful soft light that adds atmosphere to any room. This is a really striking and attractive lamp in fantastic condition with a very unusual coloured font that graduates from deep turquoise to milky white. The font has no chips or cracks and is decoratively moulded in a basketwork design. The elegant upright stand is spelter. I think, with the look of bronze, and the base is shiny black ceramic. There’s no maker’s mark on the base. But the screw fitting burner with twin thumbwheels is marked‘Duplex’ English Made’ The glass chimney. Also undamaged, ... moreis marked‘Griffin brand Fireproof, foreign’ Dimensions: 58cm high.17.5 diameter of base Condition: Absolutely original and undamaged. Along with the shade I am also including the brass ring. This is a very large light shade. The diameter of the large dome shade is 17" and it hangs an amazing 7 1/2" high. This is a very heavy shade as well. Suitable to be the center piece in a nice large room. Ring could make it possible to hang from the ceiling or attach to a hanging fixture. This is an absolutely stunning hand painted colonial style genuine milk glass shade. The outside of the shade has a satin finish. The large glass lamp shade does have 2 chips. One is along the edge which would not be visible behind the brass ring. The other is on a white part of the shade itself, ... moreso it would be almost impossible to see it from the floor looking at it. There are no cracks aside from the normal wear found on the fitter edge. The shade looks amazing when lit and it was hard to show in the pictures. The lamp is painted a light pink/purple hazey color, which is most likely original. I cannot say for sure if the flowers were added later. Overall condition of the shade is good for its age. For Sale today is a 29 inch high oil lamp converted to electric. This lamp is in perfect condition with a very ornate milk glass vase with a nice design in the base. Then a brass color holds the front which is white going into pink and then the final collar supports a light blue globe which also includes a chimmey which is 5 inches above the top globe. Vintage Antique Milk White Hobnail Glass Brass Electric Table Lamp
Vintage 1930's antique brass table lamp with hobnail milk glass. This is a project piece. Although it works, it has definitely seen better days in its 70+ years. The base is cracked in 9 places and the bakelite strain relief screw is broken. The original milk glass shade is long gone as is the glass chimney. But the glass bowl is in perfect condition. As is the brass chimney holder and the Leviton bakelite twisty knob, so I couldn't throw it away. It was simply too cool to pitch. Beautiful Victorian Parlor Antique Lamp. Base made from brass or bronze. With etched Milky Glass Shade. Bottom is marked: I.M.384. This lamp is unmarked as to maker but the burner is a Queen Anne No. 2. This one is 18" high overall. The brass removeable font seems to be in good shape though dented. Notice the brass holder inside the glass part has some age cracks in it but they don't ... morehurt anything. That metal was obviously very thin. The brass font is 6" high and 4" in diameter. The overall diameter of the glass part is 7 1/2" in diameter and is 7 3/4" high. The base is of cast iron. This elaborate parlor lamp is very old and likely the 1890's. Offered is this wonderful little white milk-glass oil lamp or kerosene lamp with matching round glass globe/ball shade. Measures just 7" inches high total. With a 2-1/2" diameter base. Includes original brass burner. The bottom is very slightly concave. I find no maker marks on it anywhere. Including the small brass parts. The lamp is definitely antique, and appears to be complete. There are four different green scenes on it- a windmill. Sail ship, barn, and what looks to be a farm house, resembling Currier& Ives scenes. In very good condition with a couple of small flaws- one being a few tiny flea bites on the top rim of the globe. And some tarnish to the brass fittings, which should clean up. No wick. Here is an unusual Antique Milk Glass Lamp Shade or Vase cast with Repousse rose buds. It is about 6" by 6" with about 1 1/2" diameter opening for bulb and glass base of just under 2 3/4" for fit. The cast milk glass has a slight greenish tint. The original intent for this item was a vase and was manufactured as such I understand. But it makes such a nice lamp shade! The top is flat so can use for wall or drop fixture. There are two small nicks that have been repaired. Otherwise no damage. One 6 inch(15cm) diameter original milk glass light shade. Globe. No chips or cracks in globe, some expected minor chipping on the rim, invisible when mounted. I rescued three large 8 inch and this smaller one. 6 inch(15cm) from a house being(un)renovated, my family home, built in 1908. The real deal. Antique Vtg Pink Red Roses GWTW Boudior Parlor Milk Glass Oil Style Table Lamp
Hello and Welcome- This is a gorgeous GWTW Lamp. Standing approx. 26" high w/ 9 1/2" round ball shade. The 10 crystals can be purchased for an extra $20.00, otherwise they are for demonstration only. The lamp is in wonderful working order, with a tiny chip in the top of the shade in the back so it is actually hardly noticeable. The hurricane shade is a little crooked for some reason, so I just put a little twist tie or folded paper in the rim to keep it up right. It is a 3 way lamp, both top and bottom light up together or each one independently. The top lamp takes a standard white bulb, and is as bright as you want it to be. The bottom part of the lamp uses a little Christmas style light bulb, I used a red one to make the lamp a more"pink-er" or red hue. Antique'Gone With The Wind' Parlor Lamp w/ Hand Painted Milk Glass Shade This lamp is in wonderful condition. The shades have no chips or cracks. Ca 1890's Electric. Both top and bottom shades light. This lamp has a beautiful presence. Marked'278 FG CO' under base. Lamp measures a towering 29" The Ball Shade is 12" Total lamp weight: 11lb 1.8oz. The ornate base bottom consists of four female busts at each of the feet. Long hair from the female busts wrap around the side of the base and connects with eight decorative flowers. The main lamp body has many vibrant hand painted roses and buds. The ball shade has a brass ring at the top. The bottom hole in the shade seems unfinished and a bit rough to the touch. Antique brass and hand-painted milk glass headboard lamps(pair) with brass shades. Glass is white with hand-painted pink and green rose design. All original and both in working condition. I am not certain of the date on these. Believe they may be from the 1880's? Glass measures 2 5/8" wide 1 3/8" high. Shades measure 6 3/8" across bottom x approximately 4" high. Shades have some tarnishing/greening- I have never cleaned or polished them. Just dusted when not stored.

Offered for auction is this circa mid to late 1800's Blue Milk Glass converted oil lamp with replacement shade and chimney on a nice reticulated brass base. The pattern name of the font eludes me but can be found in any quality book on blue milk glass. Nice fluted top and cross hatched pattern shade compliments the color of the BMG. Frosted chimney stops the glare from a clear glass chimney. 21" to top of chimney. A lovely lady informed me that this lamp was made by Dithridge Co. and the pattern is Sunset.

Antique c.1880's P& A Mfg. Co. Colonial Brass Oil Lamp with Milk glass shade and newly added clear glass chimney is in very good condition for its age with heavy patina and minor scratches on the brass base and some staining of the circumference of the lower solder joint where the base attaches to the reservoir. The Milk Glass shade has no seam and is rough ground and uneven on the top edge with minor scuffing along the bottom two inches of the shades diameter. The chimney is clear glass and newly added. The base stands at 11-1/2" inches tall with a 6-1/2" inch diameter base and a cast iron ring with four feet at the bottom underside. The shade stands at 6" inches tall with a 10" diameter bottom base. Total lamp height is 18" inches with a nice hourglass shape. The wick is round and moves freely as does the ... morereservoir oil fill cap. I have not filled the oil reservoir. For safe shipping purposes, nor have I tested this lamp. The oil reservoir shows no signs of any leakage, holes or deterioration and appears to be in very good aesthetic and functional condition. But as with any item of this age and fueled with combustible liquids. Proceed with caution if attempting to ignite this lamp in an outdoor location with the proper safety precautions in place!
