Beautiful. Ornate torchiere lamp with a single upward-facing bowl& 3 candelabra sockets. The patina has that perfect aged look. Nice heavy cast iron base.very sturdy. What makes it different and unique from others is that it has 8 arms instead of the usual 6. Its design was so unique. That we had to buy it! We have it hanging on top of our dining room table. The display is just breath taking. It is impossible to count how many compliments or conversations it had in all these years. It breaks our heart to sell it but we must downs-size: We presume that it’s made in France but we can’t know for sure. We also don’t know exactly how old it is, just that we have it since the late 1970’s. The overall chandelier is in a very ... moregood shape considering its age. Upon taking pictures, we noticed couple of dents underneath it, hardly visible unless a flashlight is directed to it. Antique vintage table lamp swivel sockets unusual and unique
Found this in the basement of an old inn here in the great smoky mountains. Looks like it was there awhile. Can't say I've ever seen anything quite like it. Both the sockets swivel as you can see in the pics, but they tighten to lock position. The paint is in poor condition and there is quite a bit of rust. The shades should probably be trashed but you may know a way to clean them up. It does work though and it stands about 21 inches tall and about 24 inches wide, shade to shade, only about 6 inches deep.

Very unique. Very tall, brown/gold table lamp with decorative base. Any other colors that appear on the base of the lamp are reflections of things that are nearby. This lamp stands 51 inches tall from top of shade to base. Shade measures 23 inches tall. The shade has decorative work at the top, the brown scalloped part appears to have been crocheted. It has a 3 way switch and is in great working order. The glass does have some chipping to one side at the top, which I have pictured. The shade also has some cracking on one side towards the bottom, which I have pictured from the outside and inside. Otherwise it is in very nice shape. For your consideration. We are offering a beautiful vintage table lamp. This lamp stands about 17 inches tall and the base is about 8 by 8 inches. It weighs 10 to 11 pounds unpacked and it has 12 thick milk-white slag/stained glass panels(one missing panel can be replaced) The lamp is made of metal but we are not sure of the type(perhaps spelter) The only part of the lamp that is magnetic is the very top of the shade and the finial. The lower level of the shade’s cover is not magnetic although it appears to me made of the same material as the upper part. The shade weighs 5 ¼ pounds mainly due to the glass panels and the lamp base adds another 5 ¼ pounds. The lamp can be used with 3 different settings: as a night light with only the bottom 4 panels of the base illuminated, or only the top light bulb lighting the shade only, and lastly ... moreboth illuminated. The lamp is in good condition including the wiring. The only issue is the missing panel of glass and the solder that kept it in place. THANK YOU FOR VISITING US COTTAGE and CASTLE DESCRIPTION: Original Vintage Antique Art Deco 14.5" Amber Glass Electric Lamp. Unique! This is an original antique Art Deco amber glass electric lamp. It is finely crafted of amber colored glass with a base that goes to six points and the glass bottom is ground(the entire glass is one piece) The lamp is currently working as can be seen in the photos. This lamp measures approximately 14 1/2" not including bulb) The base is approximately 5 1/2" in diameter with six points. This lamp appears to be all original with original cord. The lamp is in working condition and does light and the switch works properly(see photos) The glass portion of the lamp is in good condition with just a few tiny nicks to the edge of the ground glass bottom(these do not show in photos and can only be seen ... moreon very close inspection of the bottom) Otherwise the glass is very good with no other chips or cracks. Unique Vintage Moreau Bronze Lamp Cupid/Angel design 1900-1940 France This Moreau Lamp was brought over from Paris France in the 50's by my Mother-in-Law It is in good condition for its age. The Cupid/Angel has no broken limbs.Fingers or Wings. I believe it is paint over bronze. There are some minor paint chips that could easily re-touched. The glass globe has hand painted design. Does not come with a lamp shade. I would recommend a good cleaning to bring out the details.
