The stand is nickel plated. The rack and pinion mechanisms to the drawtube works smoothly as does the one to the eyepieces. The fine focus wheel works too. The stage adjustments work as they should. The prism is present and there are no cracks that I can find, but it appears dirty. There are no cracks or chips to the double sided mirror and it has retained virtually all of its' silvering.

One foot has become detached from its' leg, the screw appears to be broken. The draw tube mechanism moves up and down, bit it is a little stiff and the fine focus wheel appears to be working. The double sided mirror has no cracks or chips and it has its' silvering. The various stage adjustments work smoothly.

This is a wonderful double arm brass student lamp with milk glass hobnail shades. Lamp is in very good to excellent condition with wear appropriate for its age. No dents. Glass globes and white shades are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. No makers mark that I can see. The lamp is electric and works great. Vintage brass double student electric lamp fluted swirl shades
This is the very classic double student lamp- an electric reproduction of the original oil type- which I purchased from the original owner. The chimney and shade holders are brass plated steel. Everything else is solid brass and features 3 way sockets. The shades use a 7 inch fitter and are milk glass with fluted swirl design. I estimate this lamp to have been purchased in the late 40's early 50's. One chimney is shorter than the other. Comes without bulbs as I will leave those to your discretion. CONDITION: Functionally excellent and cosmetically shows considerable age patina to the laquered brass finish- this could be an asset. Depending on your taste. Vintage Antique 1920's Double Socket Lamp Base Miller? Pittsburgh? Parts Repair
This double socket lamp dates to the 1920's or thereabouts. Its either a Miller or a Pittsburgh. I've seen this same pattern that appears on the base of this lamp on other signed lamps. This one is marked on the base but is under the weight and I could not get the weight off nor can I see through the weight to see what it reads. Untested as the plug is missing but I see no reason why it wouldn't work as the pull chains snap crisply. The original paint on this one is in pretty nice condition but the vase shaped piece just above the base has 2 dents and the paint is scratched on that part. Vintage Frederick Cooper? Great Tole Bouillotte Lamp Double shade Red!
What can I say? A lovely tole Bouillotte lamp. Double shade double light. Great Tole design on it. I love lamps. I am a collector of lamps but I have a rule that when one comes in at this point another has to leave. I do not know the maker nor age of this lamp I have had it a while. I had it in my breakfast area but works well in any room. It is not marked but by the quality of the materials used it is most likely Frederick Cooper or Chapman. The red finish is fine and the shades do not have any dents or rust. The red is almost a rust color. I took some pictures out doors where you can see brick on the house to get a visual of the color. From the bottom to the tallest point it is nearly 21" tall and about 13" at the widest point. It weighs 5 1/2 pounds. The shades are on a brass bracket that you can raise or lower. Not much is known about this lamp. It does have some numbers underneath but I can't make them all out. It has1 Japan man& 2 Japan women pictured twice around the globe. This can be taken apart and made into a vase. Picture 3 is the bottom half lit up. I believe a lot of this to be brass plated and it needs an over haul on it. The upper portion as seen in picture 4 has holes to hang tear drop prisms or tassels. you can purchase these on line) No lamp shade. Vintage GONE WITH THE WIND DOUBLE BALL Hand Painted HURRICANE LAMP
Purchased this lamp about 10 years ago at the estate sale of an elderly lady. I have had it in my home and used it since that time in the guest bedroo. I am now moving and can not use it anymore. It has been well taken care of and has no chips or cracks that I know of. It is a 3 way lamp. Such a great looking lamp. You can always seem to get just the right amount of light out of it with the option of running either 1 bulb or 2 bulbs. Brass Table Lamp Light Slag Glass Leaded Double Socket Desk Shade Vintage 26"
Up for consideration is this Beautiful Desk-Table Lamp. Estate sale find. I am unsure of the maker or age. Large lamp measuring approximately 26 inches tall. Base appears to be made of brass or a brass finish. Three leg bottom-base with ornate pattern. Two bulb socket light. Both on or one at a time, chain pulls. Slag-stained glass and metal shade in great condition. No crack, chips or breaks that I can find. Some imperfections in the metal as shown. Heavy lamp weighting just under 13 pounds before packaged for shipment. Cord in good condition with one small missing corner in the cardboard protector. Lovely addition to any room in your home. Offered here is an elegant and stately Federal style brass and crystal prism double pull chain socket lamp. This is a very high quality lamp. Having 8 clear 5" long cut crystal prisms which chime when they come into contact with each other. The prisms are all in very good antique condition. The brass fittings are in very good condition and show the patina of age. The lamp stands 23 1/2" tall. The base is 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" The black base shows some tiny nicks. Please observe photos. Vintage Gone With The Wind Floral Design Double Light Electric Parlor Lamp- NICE
Gorgeous vintage gone with the wind parlor lamp. A lovely detailed handpainted double globe being a beige color with yellow and pink roses with brown shaded leaves. Very soft suttle look. Trimmed in browm. The inside shade has a white frosted shade. Both the bottom and the top lights up. Size measures 21" tall and the widest point is 10 1/2" The bottom has a date of 1973 with other numbers. I have found only one small chip in the top ruffle of the glass. Please see the last picture. Very small one. This piece is in outstanding condition with all paint intacted! There will be insurance added to this item.

It was crafted to resemble Oil Burners fitted with a chain tethered"fuel cap" It has a UL sticker where you screw in the light bulb. So this was never actually used as an oil lamp, but you certainly can't tell it. It has beautiful hand blown peach luster iridescent hurricane shades that are in excellent condition.
