We have a pair of HUGE vintage Folk Art Carved Conch Seashell electrical Lamps. You are bidding on the lamp on the RIGHT hand side of the first photo. The one depicted in all of the rest of the photographs. The lamp on the LEFT is being offered in a separate ebay auction. This large scale vintage Conch Shell Light is comprised of a large shell which is mounted/affixed to a base which is part of another shell. The large shell is carved/incised with a design which features a Dragon and a Phoenix Bird. This lamp has red colored eyes for the dragon and Phoenix bird. There is a hole drilled in the back of the large shell. Inside there is a socket at the end of the wire to insert a bulb. This seashell lamp is just beautiful when lit up, as a stunning accent light in a darkened room. This lamp measures approximately 23 1/4" tall by 11" ... moreat its widest. The base is about 7" in diameter and is cement filled. There is an on/off in line switch on the cord. Vintage Hand Carved Wooden Hanging Minor Man Lamp World War II Era
This is a vintage hand carved wooden hanging light of a minor man holding a lamp. Wearing an old german outfit called a"Lederhosen" singular: Lederhose) are breeches with shoulder straps made of leather and are the traditional clothe of Bavaria. He can be hung by the attached rope which is 6 feet long and the cord is close to 11 feet long. The lamp works flawlessly. The lamp looks to be handmade as well. It's paneled with old glass of a dark red to ruby in color. Estimated to date around the end of the World War II Era up to the mid 60's. This is a rare lamp you won't find another one. I have only seen 2 of these ever. This one and another similar one found a year ago on the internet. They seem utterly impossible to find. If you find another I will consider matching or beating there price.

OLD VINTAGE CARVED WOOD WROUGHT IRON BLOWN CAGED AMBER GLASS SPANISH TABLE LAMP
We are pleased to offer this beautiful table lamp. This older vintage. Petite table lamp has the appearance of a custom made lamp and does not look like a mass produced piece. It features a carved wood base and fixed shade. Scrolled, wrought iron is also abundant. The lamp also has the original, blown glass, globe shade sits inside the fixed shade. It fits over the light bulb and rests in a custom cradle. The glass shade is quite nice. The frame is a caged design and the amber glass has been blown into the frame. The surface of the glass is purposefully uneven and unpolished. It has a very rough texture and is somewhat sharp to the touch in areas. The fixed lamp shade has vertical wood panels with wrought iron in between the wood. The wood(I think it is pine) features a notched pattern. It is finished in a medium to dark brown stain. The ... morelamp is in good condition. It has not been refinished so it does have a beautifully aged patina and an aged character. The glass shade is good. The section of the glass that fits into the permanent collar/fitter section of the caged iron does have a section that is uneven and looks chunked. It appears as if it occurred when the glass was blown, during the finishing process. It is not visible as it is hidden by the iron collar. It does not affect the fit or the function of the shade. The wiring is vintage but is in working condition. The lamp has an on/off switch near the base. The lamp measures 18.75" tall. The base is 10.25" in diameter. The wood and iron fixed shade is 10" long. It has a top diameter of 8" and a bottom diameter of 11" The glass globe shade is 6.75" tall. Vintage Africa African Carved Wood Figural lamp Woman Head Tribal Mid Century
For sale is this very rare Antique/Vintage African Wooden Lamp. This lamp is from the estate of a Diplomat who traveled all over the world collecting. I am unsure of its age but judging by the cord I believe it is from the 1950s or 60s. I do not know what type of wood it is made of. Preowned with signs of usage and may have some scuffs or marks from usage. You very rarely see vintage African lamps. Has a crack in the wood but I do not believe this detracts from the beauty of the lamp and just adds to its character(see photos) I do not know if the crack was in the wood when the lamp was made. Beautiful estate find-old marble lamp in wonderful condition. See all pics for lovely design. To me it looks carved but I am not an expert. I see no maker's mark unless there is one underneath the green felt on the bottom. The cord is original but the socket is newer. Measures 10" high without the socket and the base is just under 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Weighs almost 4 pounds. There are a few wee nicks at the base corners and one on the top edge of the base(see pics) Very typical of this type of item and do not take away from anything(in my opinion) Lovely deep ivory color. I have not seen another lamp quite like this and am happy to offer it today! Thanks! I do believe this piece made around 1920's-30's A brass ring connects the shell with the wooden base. Stands 6 ¼” tall including the stand. Please look at pictures for validity and condition of lamp. Works great! End of plug missing but works. May need cleaning and a plug. An Awesome find that would make a wonderful addition to any collection. Thank You for looking.

Vintage arts and crafts carved wood lamp with wooden shade artist signed
This is a very nice vintage arts and crafts carved wood lamp with a matching wood shade. The lamp is 13-1/4in tall with the shade on and 6in from front to back by 4in across. The lamp works and the cord is good. The base is signed but I have no clue what the name is. There are no splits in the wood and the shade is in great condition also.

Vintage Pair of Mid Century Carved Elephant Lamps Great Fringed Shades!
Here is an incredible pair of carved elephant wooden lamps with shades. Each lamp has three elephant heads/trunks carved into the base of the lamp. With additional carvings on the lamp base itself and the lamp posts. The shades that were chosen for these lamps are absolutely perfect- they have a great pattern and the color scheme is wonderful. There are some condition issues with the lamps but nothing hugely significant. Both of the lamps are working, however, one of the switches on one lamp does not work. There are tusks missing on the elephants, not all of them, but most of them- they could be repaired/replaced. The lamp shades have been'pushed in' at some point- and show the creases where they have been'popped' back out. The one picture I have shown is probably the worst. Although there are creases, I do not see any holes ... moreor cracks in the shade. They have maintained their shape, and while the creases can be seen on the inside of the shades, they are not at all noticeable on the outside of the shades. One of the shades also has a small crack in the rim(picture shown) although once again this is not visible on the outside of the shade. The finial that holds the lamp shade in place is missing on one lamp. The lamp bases are very dusty and need to be cleaned. The plugs for these lamps are non polarized. Art deco style carving. Both lamps have lights that work and fully functional. Lamp#1: Total lamp height is approx. 11-3/4" tall Lamp cover approx. 9-3/4" round Lamp base approx. 5.5" round Beautiful smooth dome shaped cover with large flower and leaf carvings in the front. Vintage - Antique Art Deco Carved 'Alabaster / Marble' Mantle Lamp. pre - 1940
Vintage- Antique Art Deco Carved'Alabaster/ Marble' Mantle Lamp circa 1920's- 1940's This item is from an estate and has been in storage for many years. This vintage i tem is in very good condition for its age. The lamp was tested to work as seen in the photos. The'alabaster/ marble' sculpture is clean and crack free. The base is in good condition it is however missing one of the 4 original matching feet. To make the item'even' I removed the third'odd' foot and replaced it with two I had(please see photos 11 and 12) They unfortunately are not as tall nor ornate as the originals hence the the'lean' in some of the pictures. I have packed the odd third foot as well as a set of matching new feet to ship with this lamp. Though the new feet are not as ornate. They are there to use as an option if ... moredesired. The lamp does has a'chip' it is located on the back- right hand back side. right hand side as you view from the front) may be viewed in photos# 7 and# 8 its about 3/4 distance from the base. I try my best to capture all the features and flaws of this antique lamp. Please be sure to use all the photos attached to evaluate this piece. I don't see any other noteworthy issues but I leave the final opinion with you. As such this item is sold'as is' The lamp does work fine and comes with an extra bulb as well as the hardware described above. Even with its set backs it's still a very interesting antique early to mid century item. A nice addition for a room or your collection.
