This is a lovely silver oval bowl with a flared top rim above gently curving sides and it stands on an oval round stepped pedestal base. The top half of the bowl is lobed and the bottom half is fluted with bands running down to the top of ... morethe stem. The bowl has two beautiful curved swan's head handles. The bowl is 5-1/4 inches/ 134 mm wide and 2-7/8 inches/ 74 mm deep. It stands 3-1/4 inches/ 82 mm high and weighs 92 grams. The side of the base has clear hallmarks- lion passant. Anchor for Birmingham, letter S for 1892 and maker's mark HB for Henry Bourne. The bowl is in excellent condition with no dents. Damage or repair. Antique Celery Vase Glass Loving Cup c.1820 with Engraved Swan- Crimped Applied Handles An Antique Large Loving Cup Celery Vase Engraved with a Swan c.1820's DESCRIPTION A fantastic size. a full 10" high! From a local Lancaster County Pennsylvania estate. A rare item. A most unusual piece of glass. And quite an early one, circa 1820. This was mold blown, the top was tooled into a scalloped shape along the wide rim. The handles were applied, beautiful'swan shapes' with folded over edges at the top and finished in a series of crimps ending in a wide loop at the base. Later pieces of antique glass with applied handles lack these exqusite details to the handle application. The upper portion of the body has a copper wheel engraving of a Swan on one side with the word CELERY above along with a curlique design at the top of the ... morescene and again at the bottom. The opposite side of the body is engraved with two long fronds. Truly a unique piece of glass. And quite beautiful. It is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks anywhere. It is very heavy weighing 3-1/2 lbs. There are very fine tiny bubbles to be seen in the glass and the body has very thick walls. There are straw marks visible and a wavyness to the body of the bowl. Beautiful Brush McCoy small brown onyx vase. Swan handles, marked#747 on bottom. I believe this line of pottery dates to the 1930's or 1940's and possibly earlier. Measures approx. 5" high x 4" diameter at widest point. Condition is excellent! There are no chips, cracks or repairs, no visible crazing and color is deep and vibrant and glaze is shiny. I might mention that the only exception I noticed is that there are a couple of very tiny glaze pops(last photo, although they are hard to see) on the neck area but these are negligible and do not affect displayability. An Antique Large Loving Cup 19thc. English Celery Vase Engraved with a Swan DESCRIPTION A fantastic size. a full 10" high! A most charming piece of 19th century English glass. This was mold blown. The top was tooled into a scalloped shape along the wide rim. The handles were applied, beautiful'swan shapes' with folded over edges at the top and finished in a series of crimps ending in a wide loop at the base. Later pieces of antique glass with applied handles lack these exqusite details to the handle application. The upper portion of the body has a copper wheel engraving of a Swan on one side with the word CELERY above along with a curlique design at the top of the scene and again at the bottom. The opposite side of the body is engraved with two long fronds. It is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks anywhere. It is very ... moreheavy weighing 3-1/2 lbs. There are very fine tiny bubbles to be seen in the glass and the body has very thick walls. There are straw marks visible and a wavyness to the body of the bowl. Vintage Gold Brass Swan Sink Faucet with Two Matching Handles
I do not know anything about this piece other than what I can see. I checked for something similar on eBay and there are some that are marked Spain that look similar yet slightly different and most of them are all gold. This one is either coated in a black or severely tarnished. I'm going to guess tarnished but I'm not sure. I took a strong neodymium magnet to it and the magnet did NOT stick to any part of the faucet. Handles or gold mounting caps. I would believe it to be a solid brass structure as it is also quite heavy. Again, I do not know for sure so please look at all pictures. It features a swan with his wings up. The swan head and neck are darker in color with gold tones showing through. His wings are gold. I have not tested this piece and I have not made a single attempt to clean it. I do not know where to look for markings on this piece but I don't see any outside of the plumbing parts, they are marked Harden 87. This is a sign original Worrell lamp from the 1940s. I believe it has the original parts. but I am not an expert. This lamp has a painted marble on the top where you place the shade. the lamp is about 26 inches tall and the base is about 6 inches. The red coloring is just beautiful. Gorgeous Limoges Lidded Sugar Bowl with Swan Handles and Bees Pattern. Sugar Bowl shows a myriad of Bees in Gold Gilt. They look so Realistic! There are 5 Bees on Each Side of the Sugar Bowl. The Lid also has 5 Bees all around the Edge. The Lid has a Finial of Gold Gilt and a small Stripe of Gold. The Handles on the Sugar Bowl are Exquisite. They are Shaped in the Form of a Swan. This listing is for a vintage lamp from occupied Japan. It's marked on the bottom of the porcelain base as seen in the last picture. It measures 30 1/2 in. tall to the top of the finial and 21 1/2 in. to the top of the socket. The wood base is 8 in. X 5 in. This piece is done in a"off white" porcelain with mauve pink at the top and bottom sections with metallic gold designs of flowers and gold and white swans for the handles at the sides. The crest design is the same on both sides so it doesn't matter how you turn it. I don't know if the crest design stands for anything in particular but I did find that horses. Vintage Phylrich bronze SWAN faucet and handles
Truly spectacular vintage solid bronze Swan faucet with handles. Old hardware and pipe sections. The faucet itself measures 11 1/2" tall by 10 1/2" deep and weighs 6.8 pounds on it's own. The detail is amazing-every feather on the front and back of the wings is artfully done. There is some water verdigris on the beak end as shown. It comes with the original pair of handles and caps as well as the interior plumbing sections as shown plus a few random washers, bolts etc. I can see that one of the washers on an interior fitting for a handle is rusted and broken off. Phylrich sells these today new-for $3100. This is a vintage one-the new ones have a different cone base as you can see if you go to their website.

144 Yr Old Victorian Tree of Life Aurora Silverplate Creamer Sugar Swan Handles
Up for auction is a beautiful pair of stamped Aurora Silver Plate Creamer and Sugar with Tree of Life pattern inserts by Portland Glass Co. circa 1870. The silverplate holders are amazing in detail. Craftsmanship and condition, the plating is very nice. They exhibit swan shaped handles, several large bouquets of flowers that connect the top highly decorated ring done in bright work with the super smooth and shiny base and they are a matched set. The inserts are by Portland Glass in the Tree of Life pattern, they are rare, original to the silver frames and very old. The creamer insert or liner is in excellent condition however the sugar insert has an internal crack two inches long starting at the bottom. It does not affect the integrity. It’s not visible because of the flower bouquet, it holds liquid and does not leak but since it’s sugar ... moreit’s not a problem and no one will know but you. This truly is a gorgeous and stately creamer and sugar set and and one you will get compliments where ever you display or use them. Measurements are 6 ½ inches tall for both pieces, sugar is 6 inches wide from handle to handle and creamer is 5 ½ inches wide from handle to spout. All of the items that I sell are not new but are antique or vintage. I am not an expert in all that I sell but will describe condition to the best of my ability. The swans are highly detailed with light gold wash accents. The interior has a gold wash and the exterior vertical rib decoration also has a light gold wash accent. There is no makers mark. Shows well cared for, exact age is unknown, I believe this is a early drawn knife made by the James Swan Company. Of Seymour, CT. that was in operation from 1877 to 1951, not sure of the era of this drawn knife, but some resources related to early 1920’s& 1930’s era. The drawknife is stamped but hard to make out. In the center top THE JAMES SWAN CO. The Swan Logo SEYMOUR CO. USA and a#8. The drawknife has adjustable wood handles with metal end caps. And ferrules. The drawknife is 13” in overall width from handle to handle. And has a 8” blade. The draw knife has been cleaned and is in good condition. The wood handles are solid, have a few dents& dings and discoloration.
