Vintage Large Bradley& Hubbard Slag Glass Lamp. The overall height of the lamp is 29 inches. The base is 9 inches wide. The globe is 19 inches wide and 11 inches high. The globe will need to be repaired. The glass is pulled away from the metal cap where it attaches at the very top of the shade. I have made inquiries and have been told that this can be repaired. I do not have an estimate on the repair cost. The base of the lamp shows signs of wear and use and age. It is not uncommon for this type of base to have the issues that this one has. The top cap. Which sits on the top of the glass shade has been broken. The replacement parts are available for this type lamp under $50.00 The coloring is really nice. 1920's Spanish Revival Stained Glass Sailing Ship Table Lamp
Check out my! My Dad. Mike, was the collector of a diverse variety of items. He spent his whole recreational life hunting down the treasures and in this case put it inside a plastic bag and tucked it in the corner. No information on this lamp from his source but it may provide for your interest. It is as pictured with limitations noted above. It appears to be a 1920's Spanish Revival Sailing ship table lamp. The theme is a sailing ship in full sail on the high seas of a wave. The wave form pedestal sits on an oval shape base. Petals surround the two candle sockets. It has what appears to be the original bronze and polychrome finish. The circular stain glass center is lovely in color and condition appears fine. The lamp is 13" tall with a 6 1/2"oval base.

In 1919 he started his own studio in Honselersdijk(Netherlands) where he made stained and leaded-glass windows. The workshop was called The Honsel. And later The New Honsel. His first lamps were faithful decorations. But gradually he went on to the expressionist Amsterdam School style. He designed lamps for major clients such as De Bijenkorf and cinema Tuschinsky. 1] He also made for individuals lamps in the Tuschinsky style. Antique Vintage Cast Iron Green Stained Slag Glass Angel Cherub Table Lamp
You are bidding on a Vintage Table Lamp. I can find no maker's mark on the lamp itself. There was some information on the old socket. But I think it was just the socket maker, and it has since been replaced with a new one. This lamp is about 22 inches tall with the shade on it. The base of lamp has a square that is about 7.5 x 7.5 inches. The shade is very heavy. It is made of a green stained/slag glass that is very heavy, but light still passes through it very nicely. It measures about 12 inches in diameter and it is about 7.5 inches tall. This lamp weighs a total of just under 12 pounds. When I found this lamp, the socket did not work so I took it to a lamp shop and had the socket replaced, the cord is still the same. The lamp works now just as it should. It has slide mechanism to turn it on or off. There is a finial on the top that ... moreyou remove by screwing it off and then you have access to remove the shade. The shade support is also removeable by pinching the two sides and it comes out of the groove by design. Condition- It is pre-owned and well used. The metal parts of the base and shade have oxidation and discoloration but that definitely adds a nice patina to the piece. The inner glass is intact. There could be a few small flea bites where the glass jostles around because it is just held in place by metal prongs. The lamp works, as stated the socket is new, but the cord was left because I wanted to leave the lamp as original as possible. As far as the age of the piece, I really have no idea, my research has come up empty. It really is a beautiful lamp, and if nothing else, its definitely aesthetically pleasing to look at. This is a beautiful lamp that needs to be restored. It has 3 sockets but only 2 of them have chains. One socket looks like a replacement with no chain. The base has paint loss. The mid section looks good. It has a nice patina. This lamp is 22 inches tall. It would make quite a show piece once restored. It is a heave lamp and very well made. The shade is about 18.5 inches across x 8 3/8' tall. This is the known factory size, and it goes to show that this was never repaired. The height of the HEAVY library base is about 27' to the top of the ball finial. The shade is unsigned, which is normal and to be expected; but this is a known, fully DOCUMENTED LAMP made by Wilkinson Company in Brooklyn, New York, between 1907 and 1915. As the glass choice for the background is basically green and there is not a nice mix of colors. It sold for more than our opening price. I believe this is what is refered to as leaded stained glass. Soldered metal frame with colored glass. I took lots of photos so you can make your own decisions. Overall about 10 inches tall. 7 inches wide on top, and 15 inches wide on bottom. I cleaned this item some but it will look even better with a proper cleaning I do not see any damages or repairs other than one cracked panel on top(see photo#6) and one solder repair strip on top(photo#12) Still sturdy. T his is a large and elegant original Bigelow Kennard of Boston leaded glass and bronze table lamp with all its original signature parts. It dates from around 1906. This lamp has been in my immediate family since the fall of 1975 when it was purchased from a fine art antique shop in Chicago. This sale is really for a serious Bigelow Kennard collector and probably not a dealer. The original cloth cord was trashed. The original plug has been retained. I think this lamp is from the late 1930's or 1940's. Very good condition. Vintage Stained Slag Glass Night Light Table Lamp Collectable Lamp Decor
This is a 11 inch tall slag glass stained glass jeweled brass lamp nightlight. The bottom of the lamp shade 7 inches across. The top is 3.5 inches across and it is about 4.5 inches tall. The little jewels at the top are glass as well. The brass base does have markings and appears to have been made into a lamp base but can't say for certain. It does have some tarnish from age and the top shade bracket has a little bit of light rust on it. However this lamp is still in really good condition and very beautiful. Offered is a quality Unique Art Glass and Metal Company lamp. We are fortunate enough to own a variety of lamps by different makers- Duffner. Suess, Handel, Wilkinson, Morgan& Sons and Riviere and none of these renowned makers produced anything better than the workmanship of this shade. The background glass is a caramel and white slag creating a sharp contrast to the floral design. The flowers are a variegated deep and light pink. Each flower has either a red or yellow center of granite glass adding a nice glimmer of interest. The leaves are a deep green and have a fluid vining effect in the apron. The overall result of design and use of glass is excellent. There is a half-round wire, approximately 1/8" wide, that is soldered around the bottom edge of the shade that provides extra strength. This is an identifying trademark of Unique. ... moreThe only thing from keeping this shade from being perfect is one hairline crack shown in the last picture. The shade measures 19" at it's widest point and tapers down to 18" at the bottom edge and stands 6 3/4" tall. The base is a fancy variation of the trumpet base(which is a staple of Unique) and has an original aged patina. There are 3 Hubbell sockets with long graceful chains with acorn pulls. The old cord has been replaced with an age appropriate reproduction Rayon covered twisted cord and an old style plug end. This lamp is fabulous whether it is lit or not and has a pure quality that is indicative of the maker. The base has a diameter of 9" and stands 23 3/4" tall. A nice looking older reproduction lamp made of real iron. The lamp looks amazing and only after working on it I noticed parts that looked newer then the intended age/ look. The shade is NOT glass nor Lead. I repeat. The shade is PLASTIC. It looks good and really looks its part you will be happy. I am picky and I am currently showing it in my home until it sells. Ok lets get to it, the lamp measures 22" tall. The shade is 18" wide at the bottom and about 9" tall. The iron is in good condition as is the shade. Very good condition from top to bottom. Antique Gold Arts & Crafts Table Lamp w/Purple Floral Slag Stained Glass Shade
This is a nice. Original antique gold painted ornately patterned spelter double pull-chain socket table lamp with excellent leaded slag and stained glass floral shade. The lap has been re-painted at some point, but the paint looks aged and has some scuffs and chips, especially around the base. Both pull-chains are intact and both sockets work. The cord looks new. The shade fantastic, all glass panels are intact and include very light(almost white) translucent pink colored panels throughout with a purple stained glass band and ribbon all the way around, purple and blue slag glass flowers, and a purple slag glass band around the top. There is one cracked panel toward the bottom, shown in the photos, but it is not loose and nothing is missing. There is a cap under the shade and a new replacement finial on the top(I don't have an old one ... morefor it, but the replacement works for now. Fully assembled, the lamp measures 23" H and the shade is 17" in diameter. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

Antique Tiffany table lamp. Beautiful multi-colored stained glass shade. It has a new light fixture and has the origional cord with a bronze stem. It was made in the 1930's or early 1940's and said to be signed or marked. The shade has a tiny burn spot at the top that occured when it had a 3 bulb fixture. Antique Red/Carmel Stained Glass Table Lamp
This is a beautiful antique stained glass lamp which will invite anyone into a room when light. The wiring has been replaced with a new cord. Which is 8 feet long and a new one bulb socket in good working condition. But with all electrical devices, please examine carefully before using especially after shipment. There are 4 opaque caramel colored streaked glass panels that have swirls of cream. White, warm caramel browns. Yellows and touches of red tones running through out. The semi-transparent red glass panels are also smooth on one side and ripples on the inside. There are no cracks to the glass. One of the caramel glass panels has been replaced as both side are smooth(see photo) also o ne corner red glass piece has been replaced the same color red but no ripples. The texture is created during the glass sheet-forming process. A sheet is formed from molten glass with a roller that spins on itself. While travelling forward. Antique Bigelow Kennard Fine Leaded Stained Art Glass Table Lamp All Original
T his is a large. Elegant, original and very rare* Bigelow Kennard of Boston leaded glass and bronze table lamp with all its original signature parts and 280 pieces of carefully chosen glass which have been leaded to form the shade. It dates from around 1906. This lamp has been in my immediate family since the fall of 1975 when it was purchased from a fine art antique shop in Chicago. I have really enjoyed having this beautiful lamp for all these years and it is time to let another enjoy it. I have written that it is"very rare' because the shade and the base are the original match to one another as shown in a magazine article photo about Bigelow Studios( please see photo 11. And the article info below) About the company: The Bigelow Kennard& Co. of Boston was one of the leading merchants of Boston in the 19th and early 20th century. ... moreSelling very high-quality domestic and imported glass, silver and clocks. John Bigelow founded the firm around 1824 and was soon joined by his brothers, Alanson and Abraham Bigelow. In 1830, they were known as Bigelow Brothers. But when Martin Parry Kennard of Brookline joined the firm around 1846 the company became known as Bigelow Brothers& Kennard until 1863. Then from 1863 to 1972 it was Bigelow Kennard& Co. For a buyer this is a wonderful piece of"hard proof" provenance: An 8-page article on the Bigelow Studios appeared in the“New Series. Volume XLI September 1909— February, 1910” edition of"New England Magazine, An Illustrated Monthly. On page 517 there is a photograph that shows this base and finial with this shade. Because this original photo was supplied directly to and for use explicitly in this article by the Bigelow Studios( as indicated in the caption) It is positive proof that this lamp’s highly ornate and very substantial base is original to this shade and its finial, and may in fact be a"limited edition" as there are no records to be found of another lamp like this one. Antique Pittsburgh PLB&G Art Deco Nouveau Table Lamp Slag Stained Glass Shade
This is a fantastic antique two-light Pittsburgh(PLB&G Co) table lamp with very unique pink and turquoise slag and stained glass shade with carnival glass reflector"jewels" I don't believe the shade is original to the lamp. But I believe it is from the same time period and fits the lamp and has a bold art deco style. In the photos, the shade is resting loosely on top of the lamp. To attach the shade securely, a screw will need to be threaded through the cap on top of the lamp and the hole in the top of the shade and held together with a finial. I do not have a screw and finial that will fit. The remainder of the lamp looks very good. The three arms that hold up the shade are adjustable with a little set screw on the side of each. One of the screws has been replaced with a screw that doesn't match the others. But it works. ... moreThe finish on the lamp is nearly 100% intact with some chips around the base, and it has acquired a rich dark aged patina. Where it has chipped off of the base, there is a little surface rust which is not very noticeable. The sockets are original. There is a pull chain that can turn one light, the other, or both on at once. The socket cover is a little loose because it is not snapped firmly over two little bumps on the bottom like it should be, but I am leaving it as-is because I don't want to break it, and it stays on the way it is. The cord looks new, but the plug looks original and in good condition. Under the perforated cast iron piece on the bottom of the lamp, the base is marked PLB&G Co. and numbered 2053, and the two original set screws on the lamp's arms are marked P/LABRASSCO. The shade is made of pieces of pink and turquoise slag and stained glass with cut out areas around hexagon shaped iridescent carnival glass jewels that have a texture on the inside surface that gives them the appearance of a reflector.
