A most exquisite original ... moreantique French clock by the famous maker Japy Freres. It is finely modelled in ormolu(finely gilded bronze) Beautifully finished and in stunning original condition. It is mounted with Sevres style porcelain. Each piece is signed faintly on the reverse by the artist. It is decorated with a pompadour rose pink background, the panel below the dial is delicately painted with a scene of a young couple in a country scene with panels of floral swags to each side. The dial itself is decorated with a cherub with a pair of laurel wreaths, an allegory for success. It is lettered in white cartouches against the pink background with turquoise coloured enamel'jewel' half-hour markers. This is a stunning clock, fine ormolu rather then the usual gilt spelter and very original, unusually the case is stamped with the movement's serial number. The dial is mounted in a gilded drum with a pink porcelain urn above. This is decorated with floral swags and ormolu handles. Laurel swags hang below the dial. The original gesso base is covered with pink velvet. It bears a number that is one less then that of the clock, however it is a perfect fit and therefore we think this is an original numbering error. The rear door is glazed with convex frosted glass. Please note that this style of clock does not have a glazed bezel over the dial) The French movement is by Japy Freres and has the makers mark on the backplate. It is of high quality and is in excellent clean and running condition having been fully overhauled by our clockmaker. Pendulum is original. This is an old antique 1920s era gold gilt brass with white enamel highlights bedroom lamp with lavender. Pink and yellow porcelain china floral roses. The lamp is 11 1/4" by 9" with a 4 1/2" by 4 1/2" base. The gold finish is nice. The lamp has its old original cord and is missing its lamp shade. The pink rose back top petal has a chip. Antique Porcelain Half Doll Boudoir Lamp Set - 12" Tall
Up for auction is this pair of Antique Porcelain Half Doll Boudoir Lamps. Probably made in Germany in the early 1900's. The dolls are hand painted with delicate details and have their original silk dresses with frilly borders and parasols. A metal frame forms the dress hoop. Umbrella and socket holders. The dresses, ribbon belts and parasols are sewn to the metal frames. Two small porcelain night light sockets are affixed to the inside of the frames. They give off a subdued glow when lit. The porcelain dolls measure about 3 1/2" tall and are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The silk fabric has rips and tears from much exposure and age yet still display very nicely to the style they represent. There is no damage to the porcelain figures. The lamps are 10 inches wide and 9 inches in height.

VINTAGE PAIR FRENCH CRYSTAL PORCELAIN ROSES BOUDOIR VANITY TABLE LAMP LIGHT
This is an old antique 1920s to 1930s era pair of glass etched lamps with porcelain china roses. Each lamp is 3 1/2" across base and 17" tall with light bulb inside. They have cream color older shades that are very plain and are 10" by 8" Each lamp has a pink and white china rose. Each lamp is missing a china rose and one lamp has a 1/8" chip on a facet that I did not notice till now. See closeup. They have beautiful roses and a classic leaf style design on the base. Do not ask me why the sockets are different color. The shades will hide that anyway. This is a lovely lamp set and looks great on display. They cam from a fabulous estate that was all done in French. The two figurines have royal purple clothes edged in gold. The lamp stands sturdily on a 4.5" x 2.5" porcelain base. The lamp stands 16" high with the shade. Not sure since the other side does not have one but there is a piece extending that may have had a flower on it. Vintage French Boudoir or Vanity Lamp Porcelain & Brass: Ballerina, Mint
This lovely French ballerina lamp is in mint condition and would be glorious in a French Country boudoir. It is petite: about 9-5/8" tall to the top of the socket and about 3-1/4" across the base. It is stamped on the underside of the base"Made in France" but gives no additional information. I found this gorgeous piece last weekend at an estate sale among some ordinary kitchen glassware and it is amazing that it is completely undamaged. The yellow rose and the girl are porcelain. The girl is made in exceptional detail with each tiny finger and each of the blooms in her bouquet so perfectly formed. Her tutu. I believe, is made of actual lace then treated with some protective substance. All of the porcelain is white except for the bodice of her dress, her hair and facial features, the bouquet, her slippers and two gold bands ... moreat the bottom of the figure which are hand painted. I am 99% certain that all the metal pieces are brass. The gold leaves and one yellow rose are the final touches needed to make this so typically French. The gold colored cord is cloth. Vintage Boudoir Vanity Lamp: Pottery, Porcelain, Marble, Cream Color, Unusual
Although I think this little lamp was originally a vanity lamp. It would be adorable almost anywhere especially a bathroom or baby's room. It came from an estate where many of the pieces dated to as early as the late 1800s but I am guessing this is circa 1920s-1930s. It is small, only measuring about 9-1/8" to the top of the bulb receptacle. The footed stepped base is 4" square. I find this lamp particularly unusual in that the hollow base seems to be ceramic, or pottery; the round top with raised star designs around the circumference, porcelain and the small decorative donut shaped piece in the middle is, I think, marble. The metal parts look like brass but are not. They are likely iron. The cloth cord and plug are the originals. I would consider it dangerous to even plug it in so it obviously has not been tested and needs ... morerewiring. There is heavy crazing. Most notable on the base but it almost looks like a pattern. There are also what I would call"crackles" four on the base, one obvious one on the ball and other less noticeable ones. They are not cracks but almost look like it. They add character and charm to this almost century old sweet little piece but some people may not appreciate that look. This is an estate piece being sold as is. Vintage A. Beck, NY, Boudoir Lamp Floral Porcelain & Brass Hand Painted
This porcelain boudoir lamp reminds me of chintz and would look fabulous in a Shabby Chic or French Country room. It was manufactured by A. Beck. NY, probably circa 1920s-1930s, and the company name is stamped on the bottom of the brass footed base. It measures 10-1/8" to the top of the receptacle and is about 3" wide at the middle of the lamp. It is petite so would be best on a nightstand, vanity or desk. It is ivory colored with a hand painted pink. Purple, coral and green floral design with gilded accents. There is very, very slight fading to some of the flowers near the top and some of the gilding on the edging is quite worn which is common on these very old pieces. The brass has developed a heavy patina. The lamp has its original cloth cord which is completely frayed and needs to be replaced. You will most likely want to replace ... morethe receptacle as well. Here are two outstanding Gentlemen boudoir lamps. Both Measure about 12" tall and are made of brass and porcelain. The white one has a small defect or chip on the right side of the scroll about 3/4 of the way up. It is only noticeable when you run your hand across it. The gold paint is still there so it may have been made that way. The handsome yellow one looks to be in great shape. At the base. There are two green leaf decorations. A beautiful pair of fine. Footed candlestick style lamps with floral embellishments. This precious duo measures 22 inches in height(to the top of the harp) The actual porcelain part of the lamps themselves, are 14 1/2 inches from top to bottom of the porcelain and they measure 4 inches across at the widest point of the base. These would lend well to a boudoir or shabby but chic genre, cottage chic or just an elegant adornment for many decor themes. Posies. In vibrant shades, and golden star flowers are perfectly pretty accents for these tall slender lighting accessories that have an ever so slight and graceful taper to the"stick" I am not certain or their age or origin, but the wiring definitely looks pre-mid-century, to me. Both lamps function and light up as seen in second photo. There are no shades or finials with them. They're free of chips or cracks. The lamps are not one solid piece of porcelain. This is a wonderful Antique Pair of French Provincial White Porcelain Figural Boudoir Lamps. They are 21" tall from the base to the finial. The base is matal and measures 5" x 6.5" oval ans 2.5" high. The white porcelain figurines are 6" x 6.5" They are opposing with a man feeding a sheep and a woman holding a basket of flowers. Unfortunately. One of the woman's hands has broken off on one of the lamps, however it really isn't that noticeable. They have the original wiring and plus, so you may want to rewire them. This lamp has no damage to the metal or the porcelain. As with all vintage and antique lamps I firmly believe they should be rewired. I don't know if these have already been rewired or not. Up for sale is a beautiful antique spelter and porcelain boudoir table lamp I purchased at an estate sale. It depicts a Victorian/Colonial couple. It is in good condition. With minor surface rust, scuffs in metal finish on base(felt on underside of base, indented, but this is not noticeable as it is under the piece) There are some small dots of missing paint on the porcelain(which look to be caused by manufacturing, not by damage, but some could be small chips) there are also some light scuffs in the porcelain from years of storage. This lamp is in as is/farm fresh condition and could use a good cleaning, but it appears to have been rewired at some point, with safer modern wiring, it's ready for use. Nice Chicago estate sale find. Up for auction here are a pair(2) Vintage French Style Boudoir Lamps. They are in good working condition. Made of metal with gold gilt. Porcelain flowers, and amber colored bases of possibly either celluloid or bakelite? of which I cannot verify exactly what they are made of for sure) The bases have a marbleized look, but are not marble. They measure aprx. 10" tall(w/o bulbs) Aprx. 6" at the widest, and the bases are 4" across. 1 lamp appears to be very slightly bigger than the other) Each lamp have 2 arms that resemble flower stems with the light fixture at the ends.In the center is a cluster of 3 porcelain flowers(on 1 lamp. 2 of the flowers have part of a small pedal missing. and there is a couple of very slight"flea bites" on the edge of a couple of flowers on both lamps.all as seen ... morein the photos) 1 of the hard cardboard"candle" tubes has a very small outer split in the paper. This is a pair of vintage porcelain boudoir lamps. They are yellow and white with flowers and gold accents. They measure 9" tall. To the top of the sockets. They are 3 3/8" wide across the bottoms They both work well. Both of the lamps have extremely small chips along the top gold accents. They are hard to see because of the design, see photos. There are also a few glaze pops on the lamps, which occured during the creation of these pieces.

This is an old antique pair of showy two arm candelabra lamps from a fabulous estate. They are 12" tall by 12 1/2" across by 5 1/2" deep. They have two arms and features porcelain roses in pink. White, blue and yellow with gold gilt metal leaves. One is missing a porcelain flower and a leaf has been reattached. Other has a missing petal on a flower and also a reattached leaf. Darling Vintage Cordey Figurine Lamp Circa 1940s Perfect boudoir style Sweet and pretty face Very good vintage condition- lace is all intact. Colors are good. Minor issues- The very tip of her crown has some paint loss. And one of her curls look like a piece may have broke off. Check out the last 3 pictures for details. Pretty brass base will shine right up with a good brass polish Works very well- this sweet lamp is from my own home. And I've never had a problem with the lighting, but with older lamps it's best to have the wiring checked out. I think she would look so pretty with a bare lamp shade. And a pretty lace scarf draped over it! Measures 12.5" to the top of bulb connector. 5" in diameter.

ANTIQUE CZECHOSLOVAKIA PORCELAIN MAUVE PINK ROSES BOUDOIR LAMP CAST IRON BASE
This auction is for a Beautiful Czechoslovakia porcelain boudoir lamp with a Tiffany style lamp shade The lamp hhas a gray silver background fading to ivory and mauve. There are gold decorations around the top and bottom. The roses are pink mauve. There are smaller white flowers and blue green leaves. The lamp is a lovely muted floral. The lamp works and has dual bulbs with pull chains. The height of the shade adjusts approximately 3 inches. The electrical cord has been replaced. The porcelain has no cracks or repairs. There is a chip on the underside edge near the handles. I show this in the last photo. I believe if it was painted it would not be noticeable. The shade is in pink and mauve and compliments the base. The lamp measures approximately 26-1/2" tall to the finial top. The porcelain part of the lamp is 11-3/4" tall and ... more6" wide at the handles. The base is 5-1/4" by 5-1/4" The lamp weighs approximately 12 pounds. The shade is 10" tall and 19" wide. The shade has 4 cracked pieces of glass, two are in the mauve band and two in the pink triangular pieces. They are not loose and are not real noticeable. I could not add all the photos but would be glad to send them to you if you request them. The base is marked with a"M" or a"W" The vase is marked with a black circle"Czechoslovakia" and a gold hand painted"R" I believe this lamp was made from 1920- 1950. In 1918, at the end of World War I, the Paris Peace committee created a new country called Czecho-Slovak Republic, with a hyphen. In 1920, the name Czechoslovakia(without hyphen) was introduced. From then on, the word“Czechoslovakia” appeared on pottery marks. The well-known BIHL Czechoslovakia back-stamp was introduced in this period. I will sell the shade and the lamp separately.
