Antique Table Cupid Lamp. Slag Green Glass Gold Painted Lead Shade
Offering this amazing antique twin cupid lamp. Remarkably good condition. Approx 100 years old. Molded metal. Definitely not iron. Likely bronze. Eight panels of green slag glass. Gorgeous light in a dark room. Baskets. Butterflies and bound sticks decorate the shade. Shade is actually molded lead with gold paint. Some flecks of gold paint have fallen off over the years. Measurements are 21" tall(finial is 3 1/2" of the height) 6" X 6" base. Octagonal shade is 10" wide 6" high. Weight 9 pounds. I insist on insurance. Good bidding.

Along with the shade I am also including the brass ring. This is a very large light shade. The diameter of the large dome shade is 17" and it hangs an amazing 7 1/2" high. This is a very heavy shade as well. Suitable to be the center piece in a nice large room. Ring could make it possible to hang from the ceiling or attach to a hanging fixture. This is an absolutely stunning hand painted colonial style genuine milk glass shade. The outside of the shade has a satin finish. The large glass lamp shade does have 2 chips. One is along the edge which would not be visible behind the brass ring. The other is on a white part of the shade itself, ... moreso it would be almost impossible to see it from the floor looking at it. There are no cracks aside from the normal wear found on the fitter edge. The shade looks amazing when lit and it was hard to show in the pictures. The lamp is painted a light pink/purple hazey color, which is most likely original. I cannot say for sure if the flowers were added later. Overall condition of the shade is good for its age. Antique Boudoir Lamp Czech Reverse Painted Landscape Glass Shade
This is a very nice Antique Boudoir Lamp with a Reverse Painted Landscape Scene on the Glass Shade and Painted Glass Base with Czechoslovakia Stickers. This lamp includes a beautifully hand painted glass shade. Featuring a continuous landscape of trees, farmhouses, lakes and mountains in the distance. It is painted in beautiful tones of a brownish orange, blue, green, brown and white. Appears intended as a winter scene with snow on the roof, ground and trees. The pattern on the shade repeats once but seamlessly. The base is also very fine glass with the same brownish orange background color, and is hand painted on the outside surface with landscape scenes similar to the shade except without houses. The lamp is 12 inches high overall including the shade, the shade is 6-3/4 inch diameter. The lamp is operational with a 15 watt bulb and would ... moremake a beautiful night light. There is one"Czechoslovakia" sticker taped to the bottom of the shade, and another"Czechoslovakia" sticker glued to the base. No company names or signatures are found. Clearly this lamp is from the electric light vintage as there would be no escape for fuel heat or combustion products, or entrance for oxygen. Looks similar to a Ruckl or a Bellova, but an internet search did not turn up any exact matches. Condition: The shade and base are in very good vintage condition having no cracks. Repairs, or repainting. There is one small chip about 1/8 by 1/8 by 1/16 inch deep in the base at the surface hole where the cord exits. Electrically, the socket and cord look original. The cord has been taped at the exit from the base and the fabric is worn from the cord near the tape and near the plug. Consideration should be given to rewiring the lamp from the socket to the plug. Overall. This beautiful lamp is in very good original condition, is in good working order, and displays beautiful natural landscape scenes when lit. This is a rare and beautiful antique American table lamp from the famous firm of Bradley& Hubbard(Meriden. Connecticut 1852-1940) The glass shade has the shape of a modified pine cone and an unusual reverse painted design depicting a blue lattice basket surrounded by gold and green leaves. The body and pedestal are made of hollow bronze. The hand painted design done on each of the 4 panels matches the colors of the lamp. Each of the four panels of the shade is identified by the engraved company name. Bradley& Hubbard Manufacturing Co. The shade measures approximately 17” in diameter and about 9” tall. The shade glass has a vertically ribbed texture on the outside and has an overall frosted look to the inside of the shade. The lamp base is a bronze-bronze color with a crackled texture and is shaped like a slender urn. We are pleased to offer this exquisite. Antique lamp. This grand lamp(37" with shade attached) features an ornate, bronzed spelter frame with intricate details. The base of the frame has ornamental urns with bellflower swags. There are geometric circles for contrast. The lamp base houses 4, bent, ribbed glass panels which are reverse painted in a rose or chrysanthemum motif. The base is lighted separately(functions independently) from the top of the lamp and operates with one standard bulb and a pull chain on/off switch. The center section of the lamp features 3 large figural putti. This trio act as the weight bearers for the large glass lamp shade. The opaline glass shade is a light tan color on the exterior and white on the interior. The glass is fairly thick and features a deeply swirled pattern. It sits into the ornate lamp fitter ... morewhich features a pattern of acanthus and shells. The top section also utilizes a single, regular bulb and also operates with its own pull chain on/off switch. This is a beautiful lamp. Neither the frame nor the glass is marked or signed. But no rust or broken sections. The glass pieces are in very good condition with wear limited to the fitter sections of the glass. The wiring is vintage but has been updated at some point. This reverse painted hanging glass globe shade is 7 inches in diameter with a 4 inch diameter fitter ring. Decorated on two sides with a parrot sitting on a leafy branch against a pale yellow background. This shade has been cleaned with a mild soap solution. Antique'Gone With The Wind' Parlor Lamp w/ Hand Painted Milk Glass Shade This lamp is in wonderful condition. The shades have no chips or cracks. Ca 1890's Electric. Both top and bottom shades light. This lamp has a beautiful presence. Marked'278 FG CO' under base. Lamp measures a towering 29" The Ball Shade is 12" Total lamp weight: 11lb 1.8oz. The ornate base bottom consists of four female busts at each of the feet. Long hair from the female busts wrap around the side of the base and connects with eight decorative flowers. The main lamp body has many vibrant hand painted roses and buds. The ball shade has a brass ring at the top. The bottom hole in the shade seems unfinished and a bit rough to the touch. Pair of Art Deco Reverse Painted Glass Shade Lamps, Native American Theme
For sale is a Pair of Art Deco Reverse Painted Glass Shade Lamps. The lamps are made of spelter(pot metal) and in very good condition. There is a Native American theme going on with a seated Indian Chief in feathered head dress atop each lamp and an Indian Brave profile on each side of the lamp bases. The lamps each measure 15 inches high to the top of the Chief's headdress and the bases measure 6 inches square. The glass shades are unbroken and reverse painted with what appears to be flower baskets and flowers. The paint is cracked probably due to age. The lamps themselves are unmarked. Though the internal for the on/off switch is marked, CARLING. My guess is these lamps date to the 1920's and they both work just fine.

Vintage Brass Lamp base for slag glass or reverse painted shade . Deco lamp
Here is a vintage brass lamp base for a slag glass or reverse painted shade in good working condition. All solid brass. There are some areas of darkening as you can see and a small crack in the cluster body that is shown in photo no.8. Other than that there appear to be no cracks or damage. It is 22 1/2" tall and the base is 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" with 9 1/8" being the widest measurement across the bottom. The weight is a little over 5 pounds. Sockets are marked Monowatt. They both have porcelain and brass interiors, work well and are wired to a vintage style plug with modern cord. Securely packaged and shipped insured for the winning bid amount within the USA only. Antique Banquet Parlor Gone With The Wind Lamp Cherub Font Painted Glass Shade
9Beautiful antique Victorian Bradley and Hubbard parlor banquet lamp. This lamp has the most beautiful large hand painted lamp shade that has flowers painted on the front and back. The shade is 11 inches in height and 12 inches in diameter. The shade has a yellow and slightly orange background. I will mention that the base of the shade has the usual roughness and a very small chip where it has been moved in and out of the holder for many years. The font of the lamp has a male cherub in battle with his spear fighting a winged demon. The column of the lamp has flowers flowing around it. The base of the lamp has a green onyx or marble section with a 4 footed paw base. The lamp is 36 inches in height to the top of the chimney. We are pleased to offer this antique table lamp for auction. This beauty stands an impressive 25 inches tall to the top of the brass finial. And the shade measures 18 inches in diameter with a 3 ¼ inch fitter. Both the shade and base are unmarked. But date to sometime in the 1920’s or 30’s. The base is a cast iron in composition and has the original painted bronze finish with a rich. Warm patina. The finish is nearly 100% with just a small loss around the edge of the base.
