This is very nice but there is general aging to the surface found here and there. If you like the style then that would be fine but this is not in perfect condition. Although it appears to be brass it also appears to be really brass plated. There is a patent number hand inscribe in the underside which tells me there was great care use in making this piece. Antique Bird Lamp Light Finial, Vintage Ornate Cast Brass, nice patina and size
Here is a large old cast brass lamp finial with the form of a bird inside a wreath. It is about 3 inches tall and 1 13/16 inches wide. The threaded hole fits onto a standard lamp harp(shade holder) This is shown in the last 2 photos. This finial would look appropriate at the top of a floor lamp or a large table lamp. The finish of the brass has mellowed or darkened a little bit from tarnish over the years. Though it looks a little bit darker in the photos than it does in person. It will look more appropriate on an old lamp than a shiny new finial.

This auction is for a neat& pretty turned post Oak Floor Lamp from England. It's stable and stands on three cute bun style feet. The base has a thicker oak compared to most we see coming over. There is no rot or worm damage to the oak. It has a dark oak finish/patina to it. It's a pretty lamp that has been rewired to USA standards with a new 3-way switch. Saddle& harp and cord. As should be expected, it has a few dings& scratches which is not unusual for a lamp of this ones age& travels but overall it's a real neat and nice lamp. The base is 14" across. NICE Vintage Metal Eames Era Desk Flex Lamp Machine Age Gooseneck Light
This lamp was used in an office or a factory sometime during the mid century. Exact age unknown but believed to be from the 50's or 60's. The entire lamp including the shade is metal. Has a weighted base then about an 8" solid stem with about another 8" of flex. The paint is original and in super nice condition. The light has no dents with very minimal scratches on the base and one little scuff about the size of a pencil eraser on the shade. That scuff is superficial so you should be able to buff it out with some automotive polishing compound. The lamp does work however I do see a piece of electrical tape sticking out where the cord goes into the neck. The switch is fine. Bulb does not flicker when being turned off and on. Bulb is not included. When the neck is straight up the lamp measures about 25 3/4" tall. As shown ... morein the pictures with the bulb facing the work surface it measures about 18" The weighted base is about a 6 5/8" diameter. NOTE: In some of the pictures you will see a couple of white posts which is only the reflection of my lighting. Also the lamp is a bit more of a darker brown than depicted. Up for sale is an antique amber glass oil lamp that was converted long ago to a electric lamp. the glass is etched with flowers and vertical etched lines on the 6 paneled lamp. the glass section measures 9 1/4" tall at the tom metal rim that the socket is screwed into. It stands 12 1/2" tall at the edge of the top of the socket. this lamp has a screw in vintage HUBBELL Socket that is not working. It will need to be replaced or rewired. but if your buying it for a oil lamp then it is fine and all you need to do is unscrew the socket and replace it with a lamp head with wick. this lamp itself is in great condition no chips or cracks to the glass the shade is very unusual and is vintage. it has 2 tiny dings that can be scene inside the shade but do not show when displayed. the shade measures 8" tall by 10 1/2" across the ... morebottom opening. Up for sale is this unusual lamp. The lamp depicts a Japanese geisha. The piece is very heavy bronze and is signed on the base. I have attempted to get a photo of the mark. They look like Japanese characters so this may have been made in Japan. The piece has a great original patina and wear on the base helping to date this. As well as the vintage harp and finial. This leads me to believe that the lamp was made in the 1930's. It is in excellent condition, not cracks or dents etc. The lamp weighs over 10 pounds. This is a gorgeous vintage 20s cast iron lamp. I was sure that this lamp was Pairpoint but I can't find a mark on it. The lamp is heavy cast iron with a bronze finish. It has great art nouveau style. It has painted green, red and yellow highlights on the base. The lamp measures 23" tall and the base is 8-1/2" wide. The lamp is in excellent working condition. It has been rewired and it has a new top cap. On close inspection it shows normal patina and there may be a few vintage scuffs but nothing outstanding. Nice Vintage Antique Art Deco Cast Iron Expert Dragon Bird Floor Lamp Rewired
This is a heavy duty. Quality antique floor lamp that seems to be almost entirely made of cast iron with a bronze finish that is nearly 100% intact with little wear. It is marked Expert Lamp Mfg. Co. underneath and numbered 502. The only visible rust is on the bottom of the base. It was re-wired, working, cleaned, and oil rubbed to protect the finish and prevent rust formation. Both sockets are new and have pull-chains. There is a large original art deco finial on the top that sits slightly lopsided(I haven't tried to straighten it) but it screws on tightly. It has a very unusual design with a large, heavy cast iron piece in the middle of the post that has a bird-like dragon head on both sides, and another large, heavy cast iron piece toward the base with birds on both sides. The base has art deco designs cast all the way around, and ... morethe post itself is cast with a spiral pattern from top to bottom. The lamp measures 65" tall with the finial. And the base measures 10" across. It will be partially disassembled, packed well, and insured during shipping.

It does appear to be more orange than red therefore the burnt orange color mentioned above. It is 13 5/8 inches tall. This is in nice shape with no cracks. This one the pattern is actually out from the main glass. When you rub your finger you can feel it. Very Nice Large Vintage Arts & Crafts Leaded Glass Hanging Lamp 20 1/2" wide
Very nice vintage leaded glass hanging lamp shade with nice fixture fitting. The shade has nice colored glass and is put together in layers and the fitting is either brass with a bronze finish or bronze with a warm patina(a magnet does not stick to it) The shade sits on the 4 finials that protrude from the fitting and sits squarely. The lamp has some age but I am not sure if its 50 years or closer to 100. It is unsigned. The craftsmanship is good but it is not fine like the big makers. It measures approx. 20 1/2" wide and without the fitting 9 1/2" and with the fitting it hangs approx. 21" from top of fitting to the bottom of the shade. The first 2 links of the chain are original and the rest was added later. This is a stunning vintage gold gilded stained/leaded glass electric figural table lamp. the base of the lamp is in the shape of an ornate female draped with flowers wearing a thin robe. she stands on a beautiful multi-tiered base with a stylized shell in front. And ia made from a gilded base metal. the shaft has a wonderful roping detail and is also gold gilded. it holds the brass socket and lamp harp. the stained glass is superb and is handmade from colored/textured leaded glass. it looks great when light shined through. it is topped with a brass finial and measures 20 1/4 inches by 12 1/2 inches wide. in good shape. Vintage Gone With The Wind Floral Design Double Light Electric Parlor Lamp- NICE
Gorgeous vintage gone with the wind parlor lamp. A lovely detailed handpainted double globe being a beige color with yellow and pink roses with brown shaded leaves. Very soft suttle look. Trimmed in browm. The inside shade has a white frosted shade. Both the bottom and the top lights up. Size measures 21" tall and the widest point is 10 1/2" The bottom has a date of 1973 with other numbers. I have found only one small chip in the top ruffle of the glass. Please see the last picture. Very small one. This piece is in outstanding condition with all paint intacted! There will be insurance added to this item.
