It is made of silver plated metal. It is marked by the maker Aurora(in business from 1859 to 1919) It measures in total 9 and 3/4ths inches high and 8 and 1/2 inches wide. The dark areas on the silver plated base are tarnish. The piece needs to be polished. This item is in condition with some normal wear from age and use(see photos) All original base and insert. Vtg Antique Mission Style Quarter Sawn Oak Lamp Stickley Era Slag Glass Light
For your consideration is a Mission style table lamp. The quarter sawn oak base is 6 3/4" square and the lamp stands 19 1/2" tall. The 14" square slag glass shade has all its original glass panels. Though two of the panels do have cracks. Both sides are shown in the last two photos, glass panels are tight with no missing pieces. The vintage brass pull chain switch socket accepts a standard base bulb(bulb not included) The lamp has been rewired with an 18 gauge cloth covered wire and a vintage style two prong plug. The oak lamp base and framework for the shade is all intact with no breaks or damage. Great looking lamp! Shipping quoted is insured to a street address in the lower 48 states. Antique Handel Era Mission Arts Crafts 8 Side Slag Glass Gothic Superb Desk Lamp
Here's an extremely ornate and beautiful circa early 1920s octagonal gothic style desk lamp. There are 8 wonderful early slag pieces on the top and bottom of the lamp. Encapsulating the light. This is absolutely stunning and is all original as I purchased the lamp 30+ years ago. One of the nicest and most unusual lamps ive ever seen. The original lamp hardware was made by Weber Patents 250 w universal. The lamp is unmarked or perhaps I'm completely missing the makes mark. Heavy lamp weighing 13.4 lbs. The fire slag has beautiful reds, oranges and amber color and is absolutely stunning in the natural light. The solid base is wondrous and has some extremely ornate detail, covered in fleur de lis style designs. Lamp measures roughly 25" tall from bottom of base to top of ornate finial. The shade itself measures roughly 12.5" ... morewide by roughly 12" high and the base of lamp is roughly 6.75" wide. There's one small break/chip in the slag on top of the lamp as seen in the top shade flipped upside down image. The lamp disassembled quite easily as seen in the last picture. Huge antique arts and crafts mission oak hanging slag light fixture stickley era
Here we have a fantastic and very hard to find and fresh to the market mission oak slag light fixture. The fixture is huge at 25"square and hangs down 32" The finish is a excellent dark original color. The fixture is in very good original condition. There is a small and tight repair in the glass in the corner of one slag panel which I have a photo of. All the sockets look to be original but the insides look to have been replaced. The fixture works great. It has the original oak link chain with original ceiling cap. The ceiling cap was in two pieces when I found it so I reglued it and it is solid as a rock. All the oak on the fixture is in great condition and all the glass is original. Buyer pays all shipping costs as I will drop the fixture off at a packing store near me or pick up is welcome. The lamp is heavy with a weighted base for stability. Beautiful verdigris patina with very little wear and accented with brass leaf decorations. Extremely well crafted. There are chips to the shade it has come with which aren't visible when mounted. One can easily add a shade of your choice if the damage bothered you. MISSION ERA TABLE LAMP GREEN SLAG GLASS ARTS & CRAFTS - W B BROWN ?
This beautiful Mission/ Arts and Crafts Era wood table lamp has a lovely green slag glass shade. I saw several of these lamps previously listed on eBay and they were attributed to the W. B. Brown Company but I will have to leave that to the experts out there. The lamp stands 22" tall. The shade is 5 1/2" at the top and 14 1/2" at the bottom, and the base is 7" wide. It looks terrific when lit and is in good condition with the exception of some minor surface scratches to the wood and one side of the shades wood framework has come unglued. You can see the split to the shade edge in photos#1, 7 and#11. The re-glueing of the shade should be an easy fix and this wonderful lamp will be restored to its original glory. WONDERFUL ARTS CRAFTS MISSION ERA GREEN SLAG GLASS WOODEN BASE LAMP
A wonderful Arts and Crafts/Mission Era hand crafted table lamp. Base is wooden and has four supporting arms for the shade made of wood and slag glass- lamp features a working double socket with pull chains and currently has a really long electric cord. I'm guessing because most homes had limited electrical outlets(I would recommend rewiring) This lamp may be W B Brown but there is no marking- I understand this was not uncommon as he produced these lamps wholesale to Montgomery Wards. This is a true beauty to own. The shade sits upon the supporting arms and requires no hardware. The measurements of the lamp are approximate- 26.5"high 16"arm to arm reach 10.5"square base, shade is 14.75"overall 7"panel 5.5"top. Will most likely ship in two cartons for safe travels and will be insured.

So where you see a little air that is only because I didn't screw them tight as I wanted to maintain the integrity of the screw holes. If shipping is less than quote I will refund difference. Fabulous Estate Sale Find! Handel Bradley Hubbard Arts& Crafts Era. Mission Style, Art Nouveau, Table Lamp, stands 24" High. 6-Panel caramel slag glass& Brass Shade. Each panel is 7 1/4" High,and 2 1/4"top to 71/4" wide bottom. Shade opening is 16" across.Excellent,No chips or cracks. The lamp stem is a Mixture of Copper and Brass metals. Repousse floral decorative band. Has 2-sockets, only one works. Original old wiring, recently cleaned with NATURAL Vinegar& Salt to see the true metals. Aged patina, normal expected.
