Lamp is 2 3/4" tall to the top of the brass collar. 6 3/4" tall to the top of the chimney. With a 3 3/4" base diameter. Signed boldly around the font"Little Duchess" with three stars following each word. Coiled wire acts like a spring that holds the font in place when carrying around at night. Little lamp comes complete with a signed'The P&A Mfg Co Acorn' burner and a replacement chimney. Overall excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Attached hanging ring, angled w ick arm. Sturdy colum n with solid tiered foot- base is flat so it can rest against a wall. But will also stand independently. Stamped MADE IN HOLLAND on the base. Condition is good with lots of age related wear. Discoloration, and general soiling in all the joints- interior is clear. But has a bit of surface verdig ris- ha n ger is canted a bit, but I think that is by design. Not damage. Lid removes and lamp can be unscrewed via the column and the holder. Authentic Victorian Era Antique Miniature Oil Lamp 6 1/2" Tall Great Condition
I will be listing more items of milk glass from the same estate collection. If you find more than one item you like. I'll happily combine shipping. This is a very pretty little oil lamp. It has the top. That screws down into the base. It has brass metal hardware, a milk glass base, and a clear glass chimney which looks and fits like it may be original to the lamp. The milk glass is very good condition with no damage. The only issue the oil lamp has is paint loss where the raised areas once were painted. There is no maker mark or mold mark on the glass and no marks on the brass. It stands approx. 6 1/2 inches tall to the top of the chimney. If I have omitted any information, please send questions and I'll do my best to get you an answer.

Fabulous! This is a very rare. Antique spelter figural miniature oil lamp in Frankart style. Dating to the early 1900s, this beautiful lamp features 3 female figures mounted on beautiful marble. The figures are spelter with the two side nude figures in a silvered bronze finish. The center figure is an exceptional design. She is a fortune teller or genie, holding an Aladdin lamp. This figure is painted spelter and is adorned with ornate turbin, rhinestone earrings and a pearl necklace. She is an exotic beauty! On her lap is an Aladdin oil lamp(miniature) with original burner and glass shade. The two side figures look to be in anticipation of perhaps a wish to be granted by the genie/fortune teller. The marble base is a nicely patterned black with tan veining. This is a rare piece! The lamp is in good antique condition. There is aging to the ... morefemale side figures and a couple of very small paint chips on the fortune teller. The marble is very good with one minor chip on the underside of one corner(see pictures) There is a substantial crack to the miniature oil shade, but these are readily available and are very inexpensive to replace. I will include the original in shipping. The lamp measures as follows: The base is 12" wide and 4" deep. The two nudes measure 5.5" tall and are 3.5" wide. A 1 3/4" tall little lamp base that was used a century ago as a night light. It is an antique oil lamp. The 1800's version of our little plug in night lights. This is the base ONLY, it has no burner or other parts, just the glass base itself, and it is very old, an early hand B lown I nto M old lamp( BIM) Dating well over 100 years old. Glass lamp is embossed: L. H. OLMSTED/ NEW YORK- LITTLE HARRY'S/ NIGHT LAMP" Base too is embossed. It is somewhat weak and smudged but from what it looks like and with what research we did, it looks like it is a" MAR 20'77" date. Condition: Lamp is in nice clean condition. But it has a broad flat chip off of 1/3 of the base though it still stands upright just fine. Age: An early hand-blown lamp(Blown-In-Mold = BIM) Ca. late 1800's. SITZENDORF GERMAN PORCELAIN MINIATURE OIL LAMP, THREE GNOMES, DWARFS, PIXIES,ELF
Up for auction is this attractive Sitzendorf porcelain miniature oil lamp in the shape of an egg shaped fount supported by three German Pixies. Elves, dwarves or Gnomes. To the underside is the blue mark of a dash across 2 parallel lines. Which I'm told is Sitzendorf. The lamp stands 158mm to the top of the brass burner collar, and the base is 110mm, the collar has the thread for a 10 line size Kosmos oil lamp burner, and it is just under 32mm diameter inside. The body is heavy. A hard translucent porcelain. inside is clean, no stains or cracks. Between the figures are raised coloured flowers. there are some tiny chips and losses to some petals, but they are very hard to see even when looked for. I can find no broken off or glued on flowers. No chips to base. And no repairs, all the figures have their hands, complete with fingers and ... morethumbs. most of the coloured areas are pastel and fairly matte finish, but the three gnomes have brown short pants and green hoods, which are a gloss coloured glaze. These show loss of'enamel' It cannot be due to chipping as the many losses are in areas that cannot be reached( their bums which are under the middle of the pot) The lamp was dirty and i washed it in ghot soapy water, and no more flakes came off so what is there seems stable. These areas would be easy to paint in in gloss enamel as there are only 2 colours involved and the finish is glossy. nice little lamp base. This lovely miniature oil lamp has beautiful coloration in the glass that shades from dark red to amber. The Early American Pattern Glass(EAPG) design is called"Daisy& Cube" A design which was popular in the late 1800's. The glass is in mint condition with no chips. Cracks or repairs. Offered is this wonderful little white milk-glass oil lamp or kerosene lamp with matching round glass globe/ball shade. Measures just 7" inches high total. With a 2-1/2" diameter base. Includes original brass burner. The bottom is very slightly concave. I find no maker marks on it anywhere. Including the small brass parts. The lamp is definitely antique, and appears to be complete. There are four different green scenes on it- a windmill. Sail ship, barn, and what looks to be a farm house, resembling Currier& Ives scenes. In very good condition with a couple of small flaws- one being a few tiny flea bites on the top rim of the globe. And some tarnish to the brass fittings, which should clean up. No wick. Peeking down inside I can ... moresee some old oil residue on the inside bottom, but nothing out of the ordinary( The top and bottom green colors differ very slightly. Apparently at some point. Someone attempted to repair t he threaded brass collar/ring with some glue. I didn't try to unscrew it. There is a chip on the smaller top opening on the interior side and top part, and some flecks on the milk glass edge at the top also, same thing(both issues) on the opening of the base edges, wick knob turns pretty well. 1800's Antique Cranberry BUBBLE Blown Glass Miniature Mini Oil Kerosene Lamp c.
Greetings. We are very pleased to offer this STUNNING antique glass mini oil lamp in amazing near mint condition. I am unsure of the maker. But it came from an antique store storage, and still had a $295 price tag on it from over 35 years ago. The tag said"Antique Blown Molded glass oil lamp- Nailsea? with the question mark, so I leave it up to better eyes than myself to decide if the antique store was correct. I will however be asking close to the same price they asked in 1978. Please see the detailed pics- I hope they do the color and condition justice. The lamp. Burner and glass shade/hurricane are all included as shown in pics. The lamp and burner appear to be original, but it is unknown if the hurricane shade is original. As shown from the bottom of the lamp. The colors swirl in"bubble swirls" around the lamp. The glass ... morethickness varies, and is embossed with swirls on the outer surface and molded leaf crown around the bottom. the colors range from almost white, to almost dark cranberry. The effect of the color is almost like veins. I hope the pics do it justice. It is quite beautiful, and almost perfect in every way. Definitely a prized collectors piece. And most likely from the Art Nouveau or aesthetics movement era due to the floral leafy swirly decor. Decoration: the glass color and design is exquisite. Here we have a small Victorian table oil lamp made by WAS Benson. The lamp is stamped to the underside of the fount with a Registered Design Nº. On page 285 of the Hamerton book you will see the RD Nºs 123690 through to 123696 were registered in April 1889 as a series of copper vessels, this lamp's number being the first of this series of issued numbers, being stamped 123690, it is stamped in the typically shaped Benson lozenge outline. This model is shown on Pl.6 as model 423(but in silver plate) Dimensions; 18 1/2" tall to ... moretop of chimney. Roughly 4" across fount. Condition; in good condition. A few small soft dings and marks to sides of the fount, don't really detract due to lustre of the silver plating, burner has seen better days and a lot of the finish is worn to the dull brass, the shade ring has an old solder join(as if a split has been fixed but doesn't really detract) shade top rim is rolled, base rim is a little rough and appears to have been cut a little crudely, hidden totally when fitted, please see images. Vintage Cranberry Miniature Inverted Thumbprint Glass Oil Lamp -- GWTW Style
Up for auction is a Vintage Cranberry Miniature Inverted Thumbprint Oil Lamp in the GWTW Style. This little lamp stands about 9 3/4" to the top of the chimney. The base is about 3 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" round. The chimney is 5" The top lampshade is about 3" high and 4 1/2" round. The top of the lampshade has been ground as well as the bottom of the shade. A heavy little piece that appears to be well made. The cranberry color is dark and rich looking. No chips or cracks with the exception being when the lamp was made the bottom of the top shade is rough where it was ground in one spot. Offered for sale is this very nice Victorian era miniature oil lamp. This design is pictured in the first Smith book. Figure 369 on page 162. The embossed beaded swirl design is cranberry in color. The lamp measures 8 1/2" high. It has a"Hornet" burner. This mini lamp is in very good estate condition with no damage, wear or repairs found. There is a small black"streak" in the glass where the chimney fits inside the burner-not at all an issue but mentioned for accuracy. The burner is in good used condition. Or a chimney-mounted reflector( reading lamp) and were sold by Veritas for many years, appearing in victorian times, the catalogue page shown is from the well known 1933 catalogue. Junior Miniature Banquet figural Kerosene Oil Lamp (Unlisted)
This is an absolutely gorgeous lamp. This lamp is in excellent condition. Stands 19in to top of chimney. 9in to the collar. The shade is a satin pink with a gold painted trim on top opening. 5 3/8 tall and 2 5/8 bottom opening. The burner is Kosmos Patent Reformed original to the lamp. On the bottom of the base is a painted 46. The only so called flaw on this lamp is the big toe wasn't painted all the way before the firing. Does Not detract from the value at all and really don't notice it unless pointed out. I've had bought this lamp years ago and the only thing it needs is a new home and a good cleaning. Antique Vict miniature Clear glass oil lamp, P&A Mfg Co w/chimn and green shade
Offered for auction is this circa mid to late 1800's miniature clear glass oil lamp w/ wick and chimney and a super case glass green and white shade with 3 pronged support. The knurled hand grip to raise the wick is marked The P& A MFG Co. Acorn( I think, very hard to read) The brass attachment to the font has some stress cracks in the brass. The font appears to be a 3 mold but the base is a 2 mold. Some roughness on inside of base but appears to be manufacturing flaws. Total height including chimney is 9 1/2" and the green shade is 3 1/2" wide. Top and bottom of chimney have tiny chips.
