Gothic or Victorian Glass Lamp Shades You are bidding on two beautiful Gothic or Victorian looking lamp shades. These are authentic antique shades(not reproductions) that are in excellent condition. They are hand painted in brown on the unique design. The inside top of the shade is rough with what seem like chips but it is the craftsmansh i p of these old shades. They a re heavy and solid but delicate at the same time. They stand 5 1/2" high and the base diameter is 4 3/4" at the widest edge and approx 4" at the very bottom base of the shade. Because these were ceiling lights and western related i'm sure not many have survived in addition to possibly not many people ever owning or seeing one. Plus they are over 50+ years old now too! This is a beautiful old glass light fixture shade. It has sharp ribbing all around the piece with a ruffled type edge. The effect when light hits it is very pretty. The actual base opening measures just a smidge over 1.5 inches across and if you include the edges it measures 2.25 inches across. The piece measures 7 7/8 inches across. There are no chips or cracks. But there are some rough edges on the sharp ridges. A nice heavy piece. Spectacular late 19th century pulley kerosene/oil chandelier. Stunning red glass with slight swirl. This light has been electrified and in that process an additional Victorian era lamp canopy was added so this is READY TO INSTALL TO A JUNCTION BOX! this is a vintage brass dome pan art deco ceiling chandelier with 3 dangling light areas. there is also 3 matching frosted glass handpainted on the inside roses shades. it needs rewiring. the finial is cast iron. there is atiny split mark on the outer edge on the dome. very small. the dome is 16 in. wide and 4 in. tall. the light areas is 5 in. tall and 3.5 in. wide. the glass shades are 2 in. on one end and 4 in. on the other and they are 5in. tall. one of them has a hairline crack line near the edge as you can see in the picture. you can see it from the inside. there is flea bites on the shade edges from age and use. in good used condition.

Schneider A signed french 1930 Art Deco flush mount ceiling fixture in wrought iron holding a wonderful shade in thick moulded pressed glass by Charles Schneider. The height is 20.5cm(about 8" and the total diameter is 36cm(14-3/16" The shade is 25 cm in diameter. It is signed Schneider France on the rim. The lamp is in very good condition for its age. I have cleaned the forged iron mounting and protected it against oxidation. It comes rewired and now holds a B22 bayonet socket. For the US I will replace it for an american standard one. This is a older vintage Art Deco styled screw-in metal ceiling light fixture. The label is stamped Vision Aids. Inc. Newark, N.J. with Pat. No. This fixture measures approx. 13" outside diameter and will sit 5 1/2" from ceiling once it is screwed in to light socket and the opening in middle were light bulb fits is 3 1/4" diameter. This fixture appears to be in good to very good condition and shows some rust spots on underside that can not be seen once fixture is hanging and I have also replaced three top nuts on outside top of fixture since original nuts were missing. I have not tested this fixture but I have never seen one like it.

Here we have a fantastic and very hard to find and fresh to the market mission oak slag light fixture. The fixture is huge at 25"square and hangs down 32" The finish is a excellent dark original color. The fixture is in very good original condition. There is a small and tight repair in the glass in the corner of one slag panel which I have a photo of. All the sockets look to be original but the insides look to have been replaced. The fixture works great. It has the original oak link chain with original ceiling cap. The ceiling cap was in two pieces when I found it so I reglued it and it is solid as a rock.
