These are one of the finest and most ornate pair I have sold in a very long time with gorgeous large ornate Rococo style Candlesticks marked Wm A. Rogers. S.P. Lead. They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. The Glass Shades are also in very find condition with some minor roughness around the bases that are covered by the Candlesticks and one has a tiny crack that is only noticeable upon close inspection. Large Figural Silver French Art Nouveau Victorian Newel Table Lamp Jewel Shades
Offered for your consideration is a fine silvered metal newel or table lamp formed by an art nouveau lady in a dramatic pose atop a graduated black marble plinth. I suspect that the base metal is spelter. Due to the weight, but perhaps it's pewter. The lamp is about 40" high by 18" wide and has three attached hammered silver shades with crimson red jeweled medallions at the tops and beautiful beaded fringe around the lower rims composed of a mixture of clear and red beads. The shades are suspended from typically Jugendstil whiplash floral sprays. The piece is in remarkably good condition; I see no evidence of cracks or repairs. The beaded fringe on the shades is completely intact, with no missing strands I can see. The silver plating is still very presentable, although of course there are some signs of wear, likely the result ... moreof a century of cleaning& polishing by previous owners. I have not polished the lamp in the years I've owned it, as I liked the patina. The pictures make the lamp appear slightly more golden than it looks in person. That is probably because the reflective surface is picking up the color from the wallpaper and carpeting in the rooms where I took the pictures. The wiring was updated/replaced at some point and is fine, as-is. I have been using it without fear or problems. If you are the winning bidder. I want you to be thrilled with the purchase. Returns, however, will not be accepted, due to the high costs(and risk of damage) incurred when shipping fragile valuable items back and forth. Rare Victorian/Edwardian era pierced Silver Shades for candle lamps. All 6 are from the same local SF bay area estate. The first photo shows the 6 shades. The 4 in the front are individually stamped at the top rim: Sterling Pat'd Dec 16- 13. There is a hallmark of a block letter"H" with an arrow or some sort of a bar going through the center. The number 780D is also stamped on each shade. The maker appears to be S C& L Co. Which stands fro Shreve. Crump& Low. Together they weigh over 8 ounces on my postal scale. They are solid not flimsy. Apart from that ring the silver plating is intact and nicely polished, though there is still some grime in the nooks and crannies arond the pattern. Approx 16 cms max diameter. ANTIQUE CONTINENTAL 800 SILVER ELECTRIC LAMP Dating from around the 1920's. It is this marked"800" along with another small mark. The body of the lamp has an urn form with a raised decoration around the middle, top and bottom. It is in very good condition with no dents or dings but it does need a cleaning and will shine up beautifully. It retains its original wiring with a beautiful old turn on/off switch and plug and socket, but it will all need to be replaced as it is set up for European wiring. It measures 7 1/4" high and it weighs 10.1 ounces on a postal scale. A nice antique light to add to your collection! Thanks for looking.

This rare Silver Plated Oil Lamp features a black glass bottom. The lamp measures 13-1/2" to the top of the wick holder. I do not know the age of the lamp but it appears never to have been used. It does have the Angle Mfg. Company embossed on the wick turn stem. It is in excellent condition save for one tiny hairline on the flat bottom silver and two each on the silver rings. LANSHIRE clock cigarette ashtray nightlight floor lamp silver finish antique
This auction is for a vintage antique LANSHIRE clock synchronous time style that is part of a floor lamp which hosts a smoke/drink table and a lighted base. The clock is an older on marked Synchronous Time on the dial and the original back cover is missing and may have been marked SP-3. The replacement cover is not marked. The dial is 3-1/2" I don't know if Lanshire made the lamp or just supplied the clock but it is very RARE with a lighted base. Silver finished castings on the base, spindle, ashtray/drink tray, and the clock. The lamp is old judging by its style, silver finish castings, design and condition. I will describe this RARE lamp because it has a lot of special features. Starting from the floor up it has a nice decorative filagree 2 tier base casting with a silver finish. Above that is a large onyx type lighted base with ... moresome browning color cast. There is a little brass push button on the base so you can use it for a night light. Next there is a silver finished casting made up like a spindle. Then there is a silver finished solid casting decorative type with 4 holes. 2 holes have large copper finish steel cups with chrome ashtray covers. The covers have 3 locations for you to set your cigarette or cigar in and there is a hole area which has a spinning copper finished lid. The third hole is a little smaller and has a cup only no cover and the 4th hole is smaller and you could put a glass or cup in that. Next is a nice Lanshire synchronous clock. The synchronous motor is running but this lamp has been sitting a long time and the hands are not moving. There is a small round brass button like on the face of the clock that is spinning. I have had a few of these synchronous clocks and if they have been sitting for a long time they can take awhile to start running again. At the top of the lamp there is a candelabra light arrangement with a 3 way switch so you can have 1-2 or all 3 bulbs on. One of the bulb holders is broken so I will replace that. Here we have a small Victorian table oil lamp made by WAS Benson. The lamp is stamped to the underside of the fount with a Registered Design Nº. On page 285 of the Hamerton book you will see the RD Nºs 123690 through to 123696 were registered in April 1889 as a series of copper vessels, this lamp's number being the first of this series of issued numbers, being stamped 123690, it is stamped in the typically shaped Benson lozenge outline. A few small soft dings and marks to sides of the fount, don't really detract due to lustre of the silver plating, burner has seen better days and a lot of the finish is worn to the dull brass, the shade ring has an old solder join(as if a split has been fixed but doesn't really detract) shade top rim is rolled, base rim is a little rough and appears to have been cut a little crudely, hidden totally when fitted, please see images. Antique Table Lamp Silver Coffee Pot 17 1/2" tall by 11" wide
This is a most unusual. Antique Table Lamp! Utilizing a silvered coffee pot, it was created into an amazing piece of art. From its base to it socket it is 17 1/2" tall, and from its spout to its handle it is 11" wide. The coffee pot itself is silver and/or silver-plate, hard to say. It is polished and shiny, whereas in some areas, top and bottom border, spout and handle, the silver has worn off a little, giving the onlooker the age-old look. The gold-tone base is an 8-points star with a scallop in between each two points, and its bottom is covered in green felt. The finial is silvered and 4 3/4" long. Below the spout, an elaborate letter"W" is engraved. Weight of the lamp is 6 lbs. 11 oz. Here I have a very nice Victorian silver plate four column oil lamp base. Size is 10.1/2" tall x 6.7/8" in diameter the condition is good with a little over polish edge plate loss this can be seen in my photos the base displays well is complete with a cast weight for stability the four columns are firm and fit well into the top and bottom sections, a minor detail the base was subject to a conversion at sometime but never completed the only evidence is a solder filling to the bottom section and a filled hole in the top base screw fitting, the base does display well. This is a gorgeous original antique art nouveau/ art deco table lamp from the 1920's. It is made of silver metal with beautiful designs in the metal. It has 3 lower light fixtures and one main light. The main light has its original milk glass shade. The lower fixtures just use regular light bulbs and do not have shades. I don't think they would have originally had shades either. The lamp was made this way. It measures 3 feet tall so it can be used as a tall table lamp or a shorter floor lamp. It also measures 11 1/2 inches in diameter at the base. The milk glass shade measures 9 3/4 inches in diameter. The lamp is in very good working condition and the shade is in great condition as well.
