2 ANTIQUE VINTAGE GLASS LAMP SHADES SCREW ON MILK GLASS LIGHT SHADES
These two shades are high fired milk or custard glass with fired on decoration. They have solid brass mounts which screw onto a standard light socket that is threaded under the light bulb. In the photo where it is lit. I used a 15 watt bulb. The shade can be used in several ways; on a socket hanging by the cord like the old days or some other inverted fixture, or maybe a candlestick lamp, or downward from a gooseneck type affair, and probably other ways too. Each is 5" in diameter and 2-1/2" high plus the treaded mount extends another 1/2" There are a few tiny chips on the underside rim, kind of expected, nothing bad. And some small house paint spatters, I'm sure they could be gotten off if need be. These would be shipped in a medium flat rate box to have room for cushioning. The milk glass shades measure approximately 8 1/4" wide at the widest part x 6" tall. The top section of pole has a spring inside it which is tight. I purchased this lamp at an Estate Sale and do not know how old it is or if the shades and chimneys are original to this lamp. It does look like there may have been a small section of pole that was added to the pole at one time and this small section has a hole in it(please see photo) The bottom rims of the shades are rough and may have some small chips but I think that they were made that way. I don't see any other chips or cracks on the shades or chimneys. The metal parts on the lamps and also the pole has a lot of finish wear and discoloration. The lamps are in working condition. It does look like it could use a good cleaning; there is some paint spatter on the milk glass shades and I was able to remove some of it with my fingernail so it should come off. VINTAGE Boudoirs lamp pair. Sweet and feminine set. Hand painted milk glass has pink roses and greens on it. Some gold accents as well, but some areas of the gold have some fade. Quite typical of this type of glass. Working pair are about 12” tall to the top of the working single stage socket. Clean cords. Working socket, clean plug.no need to do anything before use! Bulb not included. Lamp shades are molded semi soft plastic with an open lace top section. They are covered with a mesh like fabric shade cover. Incredibly rare find from a depression collector's estate sale. 6 Fenton lamp shades. Globe style with beautiful scalloped, ruffled rims. The inside has a classic'milk glass' coating, with high quality amber glass. Hobnailed bumps on the mid section, with globe style top. These shades are in fantastic condition, except that one has a small crack running from the top down to the rim. The evenness of the crack makes it appear as a seam. It is shown in the pictures for your inspection. These shades give off an incredibly warm light, handsome while delicate. Finding six together in this condition is quite a rarity. The inside of the opening is about 1 1/2" across, the outer edge to outer edge opening is about 1 3/4" it measures about 5" across the bottom and is about 3" high. Has a nice custard color with no chips or cracks. The top opening has some minor edge roughness. The next is a frosted clear shade that has an embossed design near the top that resembles leaves or foliage. It's top opening is 2 1/4 across and the bottom opening is 4" across and is 5"tall. The top opening does have a small chip, no other damage. The third one has a paneled design with frosted and clear glass. It's top opening is about 2 1/4" and has a tiny chip ... morethat would not show once it was on something. The bottom open is about 4 3/4" across and about 4" tall.

Vintage 1970s Pole Light, Tension Lamp, Hobnail Milk Glass Hurricane Shades
This is a Great find! This is a Vintage Tension Pole Lamp with 8" Hurricane style globes. From the paneled Family Rooms of the 1970s! There are 3 lights with Hobnail Milk Glass shades. Each with a frosted tube inside. This floor to ceiling Lamp has a tension spring built in so that is can be used for various ceiling heights. Each Hurricane Light has it's own key shaped on/off switch. The pole has a wooden section with brass-toned extensions. This Tension Pole Lamp is in Very Nice condition. The globes are all free of chips& cracks. The brass-toned finish has only very minor signs of use. Please see all the pictures. This lamp works with ceilings up to 8.5 feet! The first globe is 39" up from the floor. All 3 lamps work and everything looks and works great. TWO 1920s hand painted milk glass lamp shades
Pair of white milk glass shades have a retro look. They are from a 1915 house. No flaws that I can see at all. Perhaps gray and red paint is somewhat faded with time. One shade still has some ceiling mount fixtures attached.
