Floating over the paint. Stripes and dots of white and gold form flowers on the front side of the lamp. One of the lamp has two thin dark lines showing out but not cracks on the lamp. The two lamps are NOT identical. In fact. They are one"male" and one"female" The patterns are slightly different. And so are the base colors, one slightly darker than the other. Greetings. Up for grabs here is a very neat old lamp. I took it to a lamp store and was told it was called Mercury Glass with a Sugar Glaze. The gold stripes are most likely real gold but no way of testing it. There is no shade but no damage either other than the felt missing from the bottom. It measures 31 inches tall.
