You are offered this pair of antique lamps. Circa 70 years or older. These are thick. Solid, heavy cast brass. May be old Baldwin, certainly good quality. They are 17“ tall, base is 5 1/2“ square. These appear to have been rewired in past 50 years. They work fine. One lamp has“loose” feel to it’s on off switch. The shades are bowl shaped, a pale orange/ amber color. The glass looks hand blown. The light rises above the shade. There are no makers marks on these. They are well made. The condition of lamps and shades is very good. There are some small dents on the top part of the brass. No deep dents, cracks or chips in lamps or shades. This pair of lamps have a mellowed with age patina overall. Very good looking! This is a gorgeous vintage 20s cast iron lamp. I was sure that this lamp was Pairpoint but I can't find a mark on it. The lamp is heavy cast iron with a bronze finish. It has great art nouveau style. It has painted green, red and yellow highlights on the base. The lamp measures 23" tall and the base is 8-1/2" wide. The lamp is in excellent working condition. It has been rewired and it has a new top cap. On close inspection it shows normal patina and there may be a few vintage scuffs but nothing outstanding. This lamp comes from a smoke free and pet free home. It is clean and ready to use. If you would like to pay less for this nice lamp please see it listed at Etsy. These Great Candlestick Lamps are made of Cast Metal they have a tole painting of black with gold trim. They have inserts that are spring loaded brass candle holders. The Shades are Heavy Amber Glass with ground top and bottom. These have some chipping along the edges that are ground. One also has a chip this is shown in the pictures. This an extremely high quality large antique solid iron ornate oil lamp font stand. it is made from very thick iron. Is a very heavy piece, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. the piece is articulated together from pieces of cast iron and pieces that are hand wrought as well. Antique Heavy Cast Metal Art Deco Electric Table Lamp w/Bryant Sockets (2-Bulb)
This is a beautiful. Antique, heavy, ornate solid cast metal, electric table lamp, with a dark gold finish. We believe this lamp to have been made for the more upper class people of the art deco period times. Was probably used for heavy slag glass shades. But not 100% sure. Lamp is probably made by a known maker of it's time. But can only find one possible maker mark on it. see photo 7) There appears to be a embossed stamped vertical line on only the one side of the heavy cast metal harp. The two bulb sockets have a metal pull chain and are stamped Bryant. pull chain seems works just fine) The condition of the lamp is nice. But does have some surface ware on the finish due to age and use.see photos) The cloth cord will definitely have to be replaced as well. As the end of it was cut off at some point in time.
