The Serving Dish is the only piece I have ever had marked Fraget and with a bit of reasearch I found this was a Polish(then part of Russia) Silver Company know for very fine quality workmanship and later became part of the famous WMF Company. So you know the quality is top notch. The Centerpiece Serving Dish consists of a very large Silver Plate frame or stand, modeled to look like Bamboo and featuring large Fruit and Leaf patterns as well. The Frame is quite large and very impressive measuring 10-1/2" tall by 13-1/4" across. There is also 3 lovely Cut Glass Dishes that fit in this frame and they measure 7" long by 4-3/4" wide and sit 1-1/4" deep. The Frame is in excellent condition with no breaks, cracks or repairs and looks to have no wear to the Silver Plate down to the base metal. The Glass Dishes are also in good order, one has a chip and cracked area as seen in our photos, another just has one small chip and the 3rd is in excellent condition.

This exceptional antique Victorian claret jug has a tapering cylindrical cut glass panelled form. Onto a star cut colet foot. The claret jug is fitted with an exceptional English hallmarked sterling silver gilt mount. The mount is heavily embellished with chased floral and scrolling leaf decoration. This impressive claret jug is ornamented with cast sterling silver gilt mask decoration to either side of the mount and the underside of the spout. The lower portion of the mount is embellished with a shaped pierced decorated border. The claret jug is fitted with a hallmarked sterling silver gilt domed cover surmounted by a flame style finial. The sterling silver gilt handle is embellished with chased scrolling decoration and ornamented with a cast silver gilt mask to the lower terminal. The claret jug is fitted to the original hinged oak presentation box. The box features brass fittings and a vacant rectangular silver cartouche to the exterior front cover. These are one of the finest and most ornate pair I have sold in a very long time with gorgeous large ornate Rococo style Candlesticks marked Wm A. Rogers. S.P. Lead. They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. Base is silver finished spelter metal or maybe pewter. Glass font tank is blue glass with a thumb print honeycomb pattern. The pattern can be felt on the outside. Glass section is in perfect condition with no cracks. Chips, or cloudiness. Glass does have lots of tiny little air bubbles cased within the glass. Burner collar is unmarked and shows signs of age(tiny stress cracks) upon very close inspection. Burner seems complete and burns a flat wick. Included. Wick adjustment knob works fine. It is marked with a lion and the letters O. E. B. The knob nameplate has a crack as pictured. One chimney mounting tab is missing. Needs a 2 inch fitter chimney and lamp oil ... moreto be ready for use. Has not been drilled. Converted, or restored. Metal has an aged patina but would benefit from a quick polish. This rare Silver Plated Oil Lamp features a black glass bottom. The lamp measures 13-1/2" to the top of the wick holder. I do not know the age of the lamp but it appears never to have been used. It does have the Angle Mfg. Company embossed on the wick turn stem. It is in excellent condition save for one tiny hairline on the flat bottom silver and two each on the silver rings. This is a gorgeous original antique art nouveau/ art deco table lamp from the 1920's. It is made of silver metal with beautiful designs in the metal. It has 3 lower light fixtures and one main light. The main light has its original milk glass shade. The lower fixtures just use regular light bulbs and do not have shades. I don't think they would have originally had shades either. The lamp was made this way. It measures 3 feet tall so it can be used as a tall table lamp or a shorter floor lamp. It also measures 11 1/2 inches in diameter at the base. The milk glass shade measures 9 3/4 inches in diameter. The lamp is in very good working condition and the shade is in great condition as well. RARE SPARBRENNER SILVER PLATED CUT GLASS PEG LAMP MINIATURE KEROSENE OIL LAMP
Up for auction is this rare miniature paraffin oil peg lamp or night light. Complete with tiny flatwick burner with a 5mm wide wick like a bootlace! The cut glass fount is just under 3&1/2 inches diameter with cut ribs to the underside to catch the light. At the bottom is a brass peg with the usual spring grip clips. Unusually. All four grips are present and undamaged. The burner and the collar fitted to fount are silver plated. Burner is undamaged, has good wick which winds, a shade gallery to support a shade with approx 48mm base fitter, and the original long slim glass chimney. RARE AND UNUSUAL MARKED PAIRPOINT CANDLESTICK LAMP SILVER AND TWIST GLASS
I offer for your pleasure a very fine Pairpoint silver and glass"candlestick" lamp. It was made around 1910 and is quite rare. If my research is correct, It has a round silver four-footed base, with a light green twist glass column above it, which is then topped by a silver bobeche, and then the shade and socket. 8 cut crystal prisms are suspended from the bobeche, and the shade is frosted glass engraved with a finely-detailed floral motif, If that weren't enough, the shade has a lovely subtle shimmering iridescence. The lamp is about 16-1/4" tall, and about 4" diameter, and has the original wiring. The underside of the base is embossed"PAIRPOINT" a diamomd with"P" inside it, the number"C6150" and"quadruple plate" Glass does not fluoresce under UV light. Pictures really don't ... moredo it justice. At least with my eyes and camera(cataracts) This is really an impressive lamp. I've searched for another one like it, and haven't found one.
