I have up for sale a wonderful vintage circa 1910-1920s signed H A BEST LAMP CO Chicago. Ill USA lamp base- originally meant for a slag glass lamp. The ring diameter for the ring fitter would be approx 2-3/4" diameter. The lamp is very ornate and has the original antique gold finish. It stands approx 22" no including the finial which may or may not be the original but looks good together. It is in Very Good to Excellent Condition- No damages but a few minor manufacturing mold imperfections- a few small inclusions- basically what you see in pic#2- maybe a couple more but nothing thats any real big deal. No chips. No cracks, No repairs, its as it was from the factory. I am unsure if the sockets are original or not- The top caps have a bright yellowish tint but the bottoms look correct- I am not sure just pointing out what I see. The ... morehas been rewired with a rayon cord and the plug is a newer replacement as well. Antique G. E. Co. Arts & Crafts Industrial Era Copper & Diffuse Glass Table Lamp
18-1/2" high G. E. looks bronze but is probably copper) lamp which has the old"bumpy" diffused glass held by the copper frame& small rounded brass screws. As shown. would look great with a good looking slag glass) It has no damage, just the patina of age with a few gentle"bumps" at the top corners and edges. All of the glass is intact with no cracks or breaks and the lamp is good, solid and very heavy for its size. I am assuming it is made by"G. E. as the switch indicates or, perhaps, it was just a G. E. switch. The lower edges of the shade measure about 10-1/4" square and the base measures about 4-1/4" square. I think it has its original wiring and cord. Works just fine. it will be shipped as one unit with shade in place.

Up for auction is a very nice old Circa 1930 Jefferson glass pink. I believe hand painted flower table lamp in great shape with no damage noticed! this lamp is unmarked as jefferson used paper labels and most fell off or were removed when purchased as jefferson put them on the side of lamps instead of bottoms as most other companies did. Jefferson glass went out of business i believe in 1933. So this lamp could be 80 yrs old! The lamp stands 14 3/4" tall to top of socket. and base is 4" wide. A very pretty lamp. Antique Clear Glass Oil Lamp with Clear Glass Globe When fully assembled about 13 inches tall. The glass globe is about 8.75 inches tall; it is 12.5 inches around at the widest circumference and tapers to about 6 inches at the narrowest point flaring slightly to finish with a fluted top. Made from molded or pressed glass. The glass base is about 4 inches tall and has a small loop handle. About 14.24 inches wide in circumference at the widest point which is a raised border at about midpoint. The bottom, which is, about 4.25 inches wide has a fancy pattern(which looks like cut glass but is not. The design is like a sunburst or flower. The metal base is about 2.25 tall and appears to be brass. It screws into a brass colored fitting at the top of the glass base. Four prongs of about 1.5 inches tall hold the glass globe in place. The metal base ... moreis stamped"EAGLE. There is a wick still in the lamp and I find the screw to turn the wick stiff. The metal is unpolished and has some discoloration. Stunning big Edward Miller table lamp stamped E& M Co. on the base. It measures 24 inches high and 16 inches across the widest part of the shade. It needs re wiring and has not been used for many decades. Unfortunately the shade has some losses to the detail(see picture 3) and the basket detail is missing from 3 sides(every other one) This could be restored. However I think it looks beautiful as it is. The base and the finial are stunning and the detail is excellent. It is a very stylish item. With a gentle clean and re-wiring this lamp will look exquisite in a period or quirky home. It is very heavy and I will post in the UK in a very large box by courier. This is an antique. Victorian, red,art glass lamp produced by Consolidated Lamp and Glass Company. The lamp is a reconverted kerosene/ oil lamp that has been electrified. The lamp's pattern is Imperial and also can be called Diamondrape or Victoria.The red(cerise) satin finished lamp was produced in the 1890's through the early 1900's.The lamp is about 15" tall(glass and base) with a footedbase that is brass plated with the splter(zinc) finish. The base is a 7" square. If you want the shade I have used with the lamp, I would send that also but in another box. This lamp belonged to my mother's best friends's mother. My mother and her friend would be close to 100 if they were alive today. I was given this lamp about 40 years ago. Up for auction is this wonderful. Antique, and rare oil Lamp marked"Success" and"P.L. B. G. Co. I tested it with a magnet and there was no attraction anywhere on the lamp which leads me to believe it is Brass, It is not steel or tinplate and too heavy for aluminum. P. L. B. G. Company was in business from 1900 to 1926. The famous"Success" burner was patented( 656891& 774602) between 1900 and 1916 and was the foundation of the company. P. L. B. G. Co was associated with the Railroad Industry. This is fresh from an estate. I suspect that it was used for illumination in a passenger coach. Or a commercial business such as an office or store, but I can't know for sure. It came with the glass lamp shade shown but I don't know it this clear shade is original. I have no way of testing the lamp's functionality ... morebut have taken a lot of pictures so you can make your own determination by looking at them. It is in as found condition and has not been cleaned, The lamp has a nice perforated base designed to be placed on a shelf or table. When cleaned it should be outstanding. The brass base measures about 6" in diameter and is about 8 1/2" tall. With shade height becomes about 16" The burner(circular wick)appears to be 1 1/4" in diameter and it weighs a hefty 1 1/4 lbs. Antique c.1880's P& A Mfg. Co. Colonial Brass Oil Lamp with Milk glass shade and newly added clear glass chimney is in very good condition for its age with heavy patina and minor scratches on the brass base and some staining of the circumference of the lower solder joint where the base attaches to the reservoir. The Milk Glass shade has no seam and is rough ground and uneven on the top edge with minor scuffing along the bottom two inches of the shades diameter. The chimney is clear glass and newly added. The base stands at 11-1/2" inches tall with a 6-1/2" inch diameter base and a cast iron ring with four feet at the bottom underside. Vintage Akro Agate Co. Glass Lamp Base in Good Working Condition This is a great little vintage lamp base in great working condition. It measures about 19" to the top of the brass finial. The base itself is about 8.5" tall and looks as if it comes apart in sections. This base could also work for parts if you restore and/or repurpose lighting and need these hard to find glass parts. With the exception of the deteriorated felt bottom cover and a hardly noticeable chip on the side of one of the center neck sections. The lamp is in great condition. Very nice lamp by Edward Miller. I do not know if the slag glass shade is original to the piece but the hardware fittings seem to fit perfectly. Base is marked and numbered#1161(style) Base has original patina. All other hardware appears to be original and is oxidized and will need to be cleaned or refinished. Nice project lamp! Shade is damaged in that two slag glass pieces are missing. Should be and easy repair for a stained glass artisan. The cream/brown colored slag glass is not super hard to find. Auction is for a PLB& G Company antique glass table lamp. There is a stamp on the bottom of the base"PLB& G Co 2080" Lamp does a have a little bit of wear with some paint chips on the shade. Base and stem but is excellent condition for its age. This is an etched style of glass that is one full piece but divided into 4 panels. Glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and no signs of rust anywhere on this lamp from what I can see. The lamp stands about 15 1/2" tall. Antique/Vtg Miller Slag Glass Table Lamp Base Signed M.L.CO 251 w Brass Harp 21" Lamp body/base and harp only. No shade. Socket or wiring. Very good vintage condition. Harp has a painted finish over solid brass. Paint on harp is chipped and worn but is a solid color and would be easy restore. Body has a cast metal base and top cap with a ribbed sheet metal vertical tube and an antiqued bronze finish. The body has very little wear other than a few very minor scratches and nicks in the finish. Comes as shown. No additional parts. Stands 21" tall to top of harp.

Offered is a quality Unique Art Glass and Metal Company lamp. We are fortunate enough to own a variety of lamps by different makers- Duffner. Suess, Handel, Wilkinson, Morgan& Sons and Riviere and none of these renowned makers produced anything better than the workmanship of this shade. The background glass is a caramel and white slag creating a sharp contrast to the floral design. The flowers are a variegated deep and light pink. Each flower has either a red or yellow center of granite glass adding a nice glimmer of interest. The leaves are a deep green and have a fluid vining effect in the apron. The overall result of design and use of glass is excellent. There is a half-round wire, approximately 1/8" wide, that is soldered around the bottom edge of the shade that provides extra strength. This is an identifying trademark of Unique. ... moreThe only thing from keeping this shade from being perfect is one hairline crack shown in the last picture. The shade measures 19" at it's widest point and tapers down to 18" at the bottom edge and stands 6 3/4" tall. The base is a fancy variation of the trumpet base(which is a staple of Unique) and has an original aged patina. There are 3 Hubbell sockets with long graceful chains with acorn pulls. The old cord has been replaced with an age appropriate reproduction Rayon covered twisted cord and an old style plug end. This lamp is fabulous whether it is lit or not and has a pure quality that is indicative of the maker. The base has a diameter of 9" and stands 23 3/4" tall. Antique MILLER LIGHT CO. Green Slag Glass ELECTRIC lamp
Here is an antique. Signed, Original Miller Lamp, all original and in decent condition. The Lamp stands about 24 inches tall. The shade is an impressive 20 inches in diameter. All the bent Slag Glass panels are in the shade. One panel is missing a small corner as viewed from the inside, but cannot be seen from the outside. There are a couple of clips replaced by a previous owner by soldering wire to hold the panel, but these should be replaced with a more solid fix. The base itself is marked ML Co for Miller Light Company. The sculpting on the shade and base is all complete and very impressive. The original finish is all there but where worn on some of the high spots on the column and just makes the lamp more good looking. For your consideration an early 20th century Miller Lamp Company slag-glass table lamp. Beautifully decorated base and shade. In very good original condition. There are no cracks or breaks. There are some wear marks in the painted surfaces and imbedded dirt and dust throughout. Untouched and fresh to the market. Marked on the base M.L.CO. 232. The base is bronzed and painted metal with two Ostrander lamp sockets and pull chains. The octagon shade is painted metal and pewter construction. There are 16 colored glass panels in green and white. All original with no breaks. The shade measures about 17 inches across by 8 inches tall. An 1870s-1880s Plume& Atwood glass oil lamp which is signed on the thumb-wheel of the burner(see close-up pics included) There is some old residual dried oil/material left interior on bottom-I have left it in'as found' condition, buyer could remove/clean if desired(see pics provided) The Plume& Atwood Company was established in Waterbury. This lamp is in good physical condition. The glass is damage free. It does have some light paint wear. And there is some residue in the crevices. The dark marks at base of pillars is paint residue. This dirt will come off with a detailed cleaning. I have cleaned it, but some residue is deep in the cracks. One side of burner is a little bent. Metal base is decorated with an embossed design. This Antique Oil or Kerosene Finger Lamp with Brass Collar and the Brass Burner is marked on the wick turner: W.B.G. CORP. ELDORADO. The blow molded two part mold Lamp Is Footed and has the classic patented Oval Band Base. The Blown Glass Applied Hand is beautiful and another trait of this Lamp Company. It shows a lot of wear on the bottom indicative of it's age. Has old Clear Glass Chimney. Just add a wick and oil and it's ready to burn and use. Antique Vict miniature Clear glass oil lamp, P&A Mfg Co w/chimn and green shade
Offered for auction is this circa mid to late 1800's miniature clear glass oil lamp w/ wick and chimney and a super case glass green and white shade with 3 pronged support. The knurled hand grip to raise the wick is marked The P& A MFG Co. Acorn( I think, very hard to read) The brass attachment to the font has some stress cracks in the brass. The font appears to be a 3 mold but the base is a 2 mold. Some roughness on inside of base but appears to be manufacturing flaws. Total height including chimney is 9 1/2" and the green shade is 3 1/2" wide. Top and bottom of chimney have tiny chips.

Antique Blown Glass Whale Oil EAPG Table Lamp Converted Boston Sandwich Glass Co Posted for your consideration is this very nice Converted Whale Oil Table or Accent Lamp that I believe was made by the Boston Sandwich Glass Company– it appears to be done in the Tulip Pattern and likely from the 1870’s. NOTE: The Glass Reservoir HAS BEEN DRILLED and conversion back to an oil lamp may be difficult. This stands 23 ½” tall to the top of the shade(NOT INCLUDED) 18 ⅝” to the top of the light socket– and is 15 ⅛” tall to the top of the Reservoir. The Marble base measures 5 ⅜” square; is ⅞” thick and has new felt on the bottom(Marble does show chipping– see photos) The Swirled Brass Column& Collars are 7 ¾” tall up to the base of the Reservoir. The Reservoir itself is 6 ¾” tall and has a maximum diameter of 3 ¾” there is some ... morefogging or marring in the glass just above the Tulip Petals. JUST OUT OF AN OLD ESTATE I FOUND THIS REALLY UNUSUAL ARMOR BRONZE COMPANY NIGHT LIGHT. IT HAS FLAT POLISHED BOTTOM GLASS BALL THAT SITS IN THE TOP THAT HAS LOTS OF RANDOM FINE AIR BUBBLES IN THE GLASS. WIRING WORKS GREAT AND HAS ITS ORIGINAL SOCKET THAT HOLDS A LOW WATT BULB. ON OFF SWITCH ON CORD WITH PUSH BUTTON. IT IS A THIN BRONZE JACKET OVER PLASTER BODY THAT LOOKS TO BE A GNARLY TREE STUMP. IT HAS FACTORY FLAT GOLD POLYCHROME PAINT OVER THE BRONZE ON SURFACE. SOME VERY SLIGHT WEAR. FULLY WORKING. UNDERSIDE SHOWS THAT WHEN THEY MADE IT THE THIN BRONZE COVER DID NOT ADHERE ALL THE WAY UP THE INTERIOR. THERE ARE SOME VERY STABLE IN MAKING LINES IN AN AREA ON UNDERSIDE FROM SHRINKAGE FROM WHEN IT WAS PUT INTO THAT ELECTRIC CHARGED BATH TO MAKE THE BRONZE ADHERE TO THE BODY. NO LINES GO THROUGH THE BRONZE JACKET AT ALL. A FEW SCRATCHES ... moreTO 2 AREAS ON THE HEAVY GLASS TOP AND A FEW SMALL UNCHIPPED BRUISES ON UNDERSIDE OF THAT BALL THAT ARE REALLY MINOR. THOUGH THIS LOOKS TO BE UNMARKED THIS STYLE OF EDGE ON THE BASE IS SEEN MANY TIMES IN ARMOR BRONZE BASES WITH THAT ALMOST THIN BANDS OF MATCH STRIKER EDGE WORK. ALSO THERE LOOKS TO BE A VERY SMALL IMPRESSED SHIELD ON UNDERSIDE BOTTOM EDGE THAT HAS SOME VERDIGRIS ON IT BUT IS ALSO A ARMOR MARK. WITH BALL ON TOP IT STANDS 7 7/8 INCHES HIGH. BALL HAS NEARLY 3 1/2 DIAMETER. BASE WITHOUT BALL IS A HAIR OVER 4 1/2 INCHES HIGH 5 WIDE AT BASE 7 7/8 INCHES DEEP. WITH BALL ON TOP ENTIRE LAMP WEIGHS A HAIR OVER 4 1/2 POUNDS.
