This is a 1940s or earlier vintage kerosene oil lamp in very good condition and working order. It features a sturdy unitary one-piece glass base and oil bowl. With the bowl section being transparent amber in color. The wick is intact and operates smoothly by turning the screw. The wick mechanism securely screws onto the top of the glass bowl. The lamp stands 18" tall to the top of the glass globe. Very nice vintage/antique lamp for the collector or can still be used. Please see the close up photos for details. I offer for sale today one unique stained glass hanging lamp all four sides are the same grapes apple pear peach fruit it is in great working condition notice from last few photos there is a hairline crack in the glass and another where the screw is but you really have to look to find them the lead holds glass firmly in tack measures just a bit under 15 3/4" tall by 6 1/2" square I am thankful to be a seller here on Ebay trying to pass on beautiful items to someone who collects them please understand that I am not an expert but I am learning! ANTIQUE CZECH GLASS FRUIT BOWL LAMP WITH MIRRORED PLATEAU PEDESTAL
Everything is original and works perfectly on this fabulously beautiful lamp. The two piece set includes the basket lamp and the mirrored plateau tray upon which the basket rests. Every detail is considered including having a lovely design on the bottom of the basket to be reflected down into the mirror. A classical design of swags. Flower, crossed torches and arrows, and grape vines adorns the handsome basket and tray, finished in an aged gold tone. The metal shows some to be expected wear, and has not been cleaned. The exuberantly colored fruit is shaped and colored as grapes, pears, apples, cherries in saturated shades of blues, oranges, greens and reds. The tray measures 17"W x 8"D x 3 1/2"H. The height rises to 10" with the fruit basket on top. Green onyx shaft, and green cut glass bowl with gilt decoration(See Picture) Note that the modern electric components of the lamp are not working so it will have to be re-wired. The glass bowl has a crack. But the pressure it is receiving from both sides should keep it from getting any worse. Otherwise, when the wiring is fixed this lamp would be in good usable condition. The Antique Bowl is 9 1/2" Diameter. This Beautiful Lamp was salvaged from a Teardown in Newport RI and it is the Last of 5 that I got from the salvage company. It is the most striking and heaviest of them all. It is made up of 3 pieces of white marble with very nice marking. There are only a few very slight nicks on this piece.

Being offered is this very nice Hinks& Sons Corinthan Column Oil Lamp with a Cut Glass Bowl.This lamp measures approx. 33" overall. 22" to top of burner. It has a nice cut glass bowl. It is signed Hinks& Sons Patent on the collar of the glass bowl. the burner knob is a new No.1 Duplex with a white porcelain handle front with brass stem. the top burner is still intact completely, only the glass globe is missing.The base a very heavy iron covered by brass. The lamp has been electrified by adding a stem and cap onto the oil lamp base, the cord runs down the lamp and comes out of a drilled hole in the base of lamp. The lights turn on with the sockets of the bulb with a turn switch. Can probably be converted back to original lamp, as only the base has been compromised with the drilled hole. or can be used as a parts lamp. It ... moreis in nice condition, glass globe is good, no chips, cracks, etc. base could use cleaning. The knob that turns the wick does not move as the wick mechanism has been removed. A very nice early lamp for use as is, or collection.

Here is a great Rudolph Ditmar Oil Lamp for your buying consideration. Recently acquired it at an estate sale. Would make a great gift or keep it for yourself. This item came out of the recent divorce and subsequent property settlement of a prominent couple in the Philadelphia. PA area. The lamp was made by R. Ditmar of Vienna. Austria. Dates back to the latter 1800s. One of the more high end pieces of Ditmar's that I have seen available in quite a while. Beautiful lamp here. The bronze two piece base sits on a slate piece. Very ornate animal look legs for the base and then the bowl and piece that sits in the base with the ... moreglass bowl for the lamp oil. The base and bowl are made of bronze, can see best in the pic of the maker marks, and has raised designs of urns, flowers and leafing on it. Some minor chipping of the slate base at the edges. The bolts and screws that hold the animal leg base to the slate are older and in place and match each other. We observe no cracks. Dents or repairs to the bronze body. Just a fabulous looking piece. The lamp then has a scalloped edge shade on it with etchings of flowers and leafing. We see no chips or cracks to the top of the shade. The bottom is rough cut and some blistering along the cut line. There would have been a glass chimney with the lamp at one time as well. But one was not with this lamp. The burner is in place and has a wick in it. The wick adjuster says Eagle and Made in USA on it. So. A replacement burner, not original to the lamp. The glass bowl for the lamp oil is in place. Did not take the bowl off to clean as appears to be puttied to the metal top. Some dirtiness to the inside of the glass bowl still there as not removed for cleaning.
