The shade lights up brilliant green under my black light. Up for consideration is this Amazing Antique Art Deco Lamp with Dancing Girl circa 1930's. Floral motifs and art deco designs frame the pretty dancing girl playing with brightly colored balls. Lamp is made of painted chalkware with a frosted glass back. Standard light socket is recessed into the base with the original cloth cord and plug. Front is adorned with green. Fabulous barsony lamp with the original black& red shade. The paintwork is still very good with a couple of teeny flecks& one small scratch. She displays beautifully. The shade is showing it's age. There is a small separation in the ribbons. Fading& some paint spots. When you turn it on you don't see the fade(last pic) I also had it displayed up high so it wasn't noticed. At the side there is an ash tray. When I recieved this she ... morereeked of cigarette smoke. She has been on display for a long time& the smell is gone. I suspect it may come back for a while after she spends a few days in a box in transit. The chord is original but the plug has been replaced. She is a good size so will have to be mailed in a big box. I was asked how I knew this is an original& not a recent repro. I understand others can't see the genuine aged patina etc that I can see but there is a clear way to tell. Most repros of anything lack finer details. Enlarge a pic of this one& do the same for a repro. Compare the toes& fingers& you can see the difference. Total Height 44cm width 27cm at the lamp base 35cm at the shade base. This vintage lamp is 7" tall to bulb stem. She has a Hull looking face. But I do not know the maker. No chips or cracks. Rewiring should be done as the bulb socket and stem are all wiggly and the cord is rather brittle. I accept Paypal and buyer pays all shipping.

It measures 9 and 3/4" across at the base. This is a detailed lamp that appears to be made from some type of metal. I am unsure of the exact metal composition. Is it bronze? I am just unsure. Working art deco antique lamp. She's a colonial pioneer figural lady. But I don't know a lot about the origin, metal type, or date of the lamp. Judging from the plug, I'd guess 1940`s or 50`s. The paint is the original color, and there is minimal chipping. She's holding a tool that resembles a rake in size and shape. However the teeth are too short to be a rake, at least as far as I know. As Found Adorable Little Girl Lamp that I believe to be German. She is 15 inches wide(taken from socket to socket) and 11 inches tall(to top of socket) Base is metal. She is not perfect. Please see photos for detail. She does have some flaking on flowers and dress. VICTORIAN FRENCH FRAGONARD BOUCHER GIRL SWING ROCOCO PAINTED GLASS BOUDOIR LAMP
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique(late 19th early 20th century) glass lamp. The lamp features a large glass globe as the focal point. The glass is white and is extravagantly painted in French Rococo style and details. There are floral swags and garlands, acanthus scrolls and medallions as well as 3 portrait sections. The portraits are identical and finely executed. They each feature a Fragonard or Boucher style, Girl on a Swing. The detailing is exceptional. The portrait is highlighted with a pale gold or apricot background color. The majority of the painting is in a greenish color. There are also pinks, blues and white mixed in. The glass sits atop a footed metal base. It has a metal, removable cap for easy bulb changes. The metal color has, most definitely, been repainted at some point. It is in a pewter green color with a ... morehammered finish. The lamp is in good condition for its age. The glass is in good condition with no chips, cracks, etc. There is normal wear to the glass around the cap fitter area. The glass is somewhat soiled in areas and can be cleaned. The base and cap are very good. The wiring is vintage but in working order. There is an on/off switch on the power cord. The lamp uses a single, 75 watt, standard bulb. There are no manufacturer's marks or stamps. The lamp is old and very beautiful. The lamp measures 17.5" tall. The glass globe alone is 12" tall. Antique French Spelter Art Nouvea Barefoot Girl Lamp - 41 Inches Tall
Up for auction is a beautiful antique French Spelter Lamp. It has amazing detail and stands approx. 41 inches tall. It was acquired as part of an estate sale so I don't know a lot about it. It has 6 lamps which I believe is very rare since I couldn't find any online with that many. The foundry mark is etched on the back of the girl's skirt. Although somewhat worn. It is still partially visible and says"Collection France. I was told that its age is late 1800s/early 1900s. Given its age, it is still in very good condition. I think it has the original wiring and would need to be rewired. There are a few nicks- please see pictures. This is a fabulous collector's item.

GERDAGO/FRANKART ?? HARLEQUIN DANCING PIXIE GIRL LAMP
This RARE red harlequin dancing pixie girl(we estimate) is circa 1930's and possibly from Gerdago or Frankart? We have scoured the internet and the what we see for Gerdago is consistent with this piece. This amazing lady is in very good condition considering her age. The base and the shade are in a"marble or alabaster" material and the pixie we estimate as spelter. Her delicate face is(we believe) ivorine" or celluloid and appears to be hand painted and original. We gently dusted her off but did not attempt to clean her or refinish in any way. There is a small amount of paint loss(see all photos) but again very consistent with age. This beauty has been carefully stored since 1990 and comes from a smoke free estate. The electrical cord appears to have been replaced in possibly the 1950's? The switch reads LEVITON and ... morethat company was established in 1906. It also had the felt on the bottom of the piece(see pictures) possibly replaced around the same time as it's a color and weight are consistent with that time. Unfortunately we cannot find any makers markings as they might be under the felted bottom. We chose to not try and remove this to try authenticate. All the details(Costume.Face and figure) appear to be that of a Gerdago piece but we do not imply any guarantee of this as we cannot 110% authenticate. We do know that it was purchased in New York City at an antique center in the late 1980's appx 1988. The tiny light still works and the bulb itself looks very old as it has a visible filament. This piece weighs appx 6lbs and it's dimensions are appx 12" overall inclusive of shade and base. The pixie dancer is appx 7 3/4" and the overall width is appx 7" from the tip of her extended hand to the furthest point on the domed shade. Overall this is a really BEAUTIFUL. RARE and UNIQUE piece. This Vintage Lamp is in beautiful shape. Only flaw is in the round circle on the bottom of the base it has a chip. I have shown it in the pictures. Not noticeable since it is underneath the base. Vintage Art Deco Swinging Girl Lamp With Moon And Stars
This beautiful art deco lamp is in very nice condition with some minor wear/chips around inside of the hole on top where the stem hold the shade to the lamp. This is very very minor and mentioned to be accurate in my description. I don't know if the lamp and shade are original to each other but they look great. It does light up. The wiring has been replaced at some point in it's life. It features a glass shade that has a lady swinging on the moon with many stars and moons decorating the shade all around. The shade is about 6 1/2 inches tall and about 7 inches across the bottom. The overall lamp measures about 16 1/4 inches tall with the shade and finial on. Beautiful antique porcelain lamp that has a stunning gypsy girl motif hand-painted onto the front. The main colors on this lamp are a rich magenta pink. Gold tones, and brassy tones. Very stunning. The wiring on this lamp is rather crude and I don't know how to make it work or wire it properly. However, just about any lamp can be re-wired by someone who knows how to, or by a professional. It is a bit wobbly and slightly loose, but, the lamp is pretty secure. It's an antique, so, there are going to be flaws and imperfections.
