Exquisite! This is an extremely nice and rare pair of antique lamps. This beautiful pair features fine porcelain with green glaze paint. And exceptionally hand painted in a floral and leaf pattern. The hand painting is expertly accomplished with beautiful and purposeful brush strokes. The floral design is hand outlined in a gold gilt/gild paint. The porcelain section of each lamp is"footed" in gold and rests upon a circular brass base. The porcelain sections also have a long neck which are also highlighted with gold gilt. There are no manufacturers marks, but the lamps are each signed"La Touche" which is French for"touched" with the meaning of"something that moves you" These lamps certainly will move you as they are spectacular! The pair are in excellent. Antique condition. There are no chips or cracks ... moreto the porcelain. There is no crazing to the finish. The brass bases have an aged patina. The pair retain the original harps and the very heavy and ornate finials. PLEASE NOTE that there are no shades with the pair. The wiring is older vintage but looks very good and both lamps are in good working condition. There is an on/off switch on each cord. Antique FRENCH Ormolu Porcelain Flowers Figurine GILT Lamp Candelabra to start a new paragraph use- This is a gorgeous antique French gilt candela bra or lamp with a beautiful figurine mounted on the lamp base. The figure surrounded by ormolu branches, leaves and colorful porcelain flowers. The wiring to the lamp has been removed, so if you want to use it as a lamp it would need to be rewired. However, the piece is an absolutely fabulous candelabra. Condition is excellent overall with just some small chips to a few flower petals, and some patina and verdigris to the gilt. Antique gilt bronze and cut crystal candelabra. Made in France. 19th century. Probably Baccarat Glass, but no visible signature. From an extremely prestigious estate: William Nelson Camp. Owner of Florida Power, vast real estate and phosphate mines and good friend of the richest of the rich and powerful. These stood on a table with a Baccarat glass and gilt bronze champagne bucket. Very likely the glass is Baccarat as well. It is well cut in a diamond shape that glitters and plays beautifully as the light catches it at different angles. Round base with tubular shaped bronze sides enclosing the glass. From this long stem 4 arms curl outwards. Each with scrolling openwork decoration and fine foliate mouldings curling out from the branches. Drip pans and bobeches all with moulded patterns. These are a vintage pair of marble based putti cherub lamps. They are gold& silver gilt with a large crystal on them. They have the original shades, the shades are still covered in plastic so most of the dirt you see in the pictures are on the plastic. They are in very good condition, however there is some discoloration on the silver on the lamps and the shades some areas of the bottom part the wire has rubbed thru. They measure 22" to the top of the shade, 15" to the top of the light socket, the marble base is 4" by 4" and is 7/8" thick. Shades are 9 1/2" tall and are 8" wide at base by 7" at top, shades attach to lamps with light bulbs. Lamps do not come with light bulbs they are in pictures for shade pictures only sorry. French Antique Gilt Bronze Torchiere Candelabra Chandelier Lamp c. 1890-1920
French Gilt Bronze Antique Hanging Candelabrum[Antique Chandelier] Late 19th to Early 20th Century Item# 130108SYG12 This is a stunning work in the French Empire style from the late 19th to early 20th Century. Probably c. 1890-1920. Crisply founded and cast with a brilliant gilded surface, the form is highly attractive in the finely balanced details. The six arms of the candelabra trumpet with acanthus foliage flowing above and below in large exaggerated swirls, each arm swelling into the overflowing apex beneath the well of each candle. The lamp is electrified with plastic faux candles in each arm, respectfully wired with as minimal intrusion to the form as possible. Three arms support the hanging of the candelabra, with linked chain rising from the flowing foliage above each of these three arms- one arm has a slight upward bend as a result ... moreof years supporting this weight and at some point it should be re-soldered for strength, though currently it does not cause any problem with the structure. The bottom of the lamp terminates in a large pineapple form, the top cresting in a magnificent flame finial. We very infrequently come across hanging candelabra of this form that we like- this piece is an absolute treasure. In rare condition and of very fine quality. This is a piece that will set your home apart. It should be examined by your local lamp dealer for rewiring, cleaning and strengthening of the arm, but is a strike-point piece that is well worth the investment for a lifetime of enjoyment. The lamp body is a large, fluted, white opaline glass vase with a narrow neck and wide lower section. It has been superbly hand painted in a delicate pattern of trailing vines, leaves and English roses. The leaves and vines are green and the roses are pink and peach in color. The glass is further enhanced with two different hand painted portraits/scenes. The first scene is of two 18th Century lovers in an intimate embrace. It is French Dore(gilded bronze) with exceptional and ornate design. The base features a raised square section where the glass body rests. It is adorned with a very stunning overlay of thick gilded bronze in a curved Acanthus leaf and Neoclassic pattern. This section creates the footed design of the base. There is a circular dore Acanthus leaf spacer at the top of the glass section as well. The lamp is completed with a beautiful silk shade. The shade is ecru to cream in color. The silk is patterned in a tone on tone fashion with rose bouquets. It is also fluted with an 8 sided design. Each section is borded with bric a brac as is the top and bottom. The patinated winged figure of Victory holds aloft her bouquet of flowers from which sprout four large cornucopia candle arms with acanthus leafage sprawling symmetrically from the stem into the anthemion decorated candle-wells. They feature toleware bases which are adorned with 4 toleware cameo medallions. The lamp bodies are exceptionally lovely. The lower section feature figural statues of the"Three Graces" or"Gratiae" These beautiful ladies are bisque porcelain. The trio are holding a large. Gilt and painted porcelain vase. The vase is quite ornate and detailed. The fronts and backs have delicate pink and yellow flowers and gold gilded accents on a black background. Dimensional, white drapery swags are superimposed over the black background. The swags come together in the center of the vase and are accented with a large, dimensional cameo medallion. The sides of vase are white with gold accents and are reticulated. ... moreEach side has two large handles. The handles are also accented with gold. The lamps are in good condition. They do have some minor chips to the porcelain but they do not distract from the beauty of this pair. There has been a repair to one of the hands of the women at the wrist area. Again, it is not distracting. The wiring is old and cloth but the lamps are working. This is a beautiful and old pair of lamps with incredible interest and detail. The pair are not visibly marked. They have felted bottoms. The lamps each retain their original shades. The shades are large. Victorian style. They have scalloped tops and bottoms with long fringe and tassels. They are ivory damask with tone on tone pattern. The shades are lined. The shades are quite lovely but do show some age. They do have small worn area at the frame sections. Absolutely gorgeous when you see them- soft turquoise-blue and fawn tan porcelain base is accented in pinks and all-over gold gilt and European wildflowers. Tulips, jonquils, tiny roses, etc. There are tiny little raised white accents within the flowers, decorating the stamen and the rough open edges of some flowers, kind of pate sur pate. There is faint crazing that is not visible unless you're really determined to find it. The gold gilt is 95% present, with just a bit of rubbing-off of the gilt on the handles. I have been able to discover NO chips, cracks, nicks or repairs of any kind. The handpainted patterns are repeated on both sides of the vase forms. Antique French Cherub Gilt Bronze Porcelain Flowers Candelabra Lamp Set
Wow! Such a gorgeous set of cherub lamps! They are bronze with gorgeous bisque white porcelain cherubs. Each lamp is a little different, with beautiful pink and purple and French blue porcelain flowers. The leaves are so lovely, the gilt is still beautiful. Although I could not find out the exact country of origin, I believe in my years of collecting, that they are French. They are in excellent condition, the wiring is in good shape, with only 2 missing crystals, which honestly isn't very noticeable) and a small part of one of the pink roses in the back is off. They are 12 1/2 inches wide by 9 inches tall(without bulb) I am an extreme lover of all things cherub, I have collected cherubs lamps, candelabras, paintings, statues, etc, and I honestly never came across a pair of lamps like these in over 20 years of my collecting. Antique French Gold Gilt Bronze? Tole Boudoir Vanity Lamp 11" Gorgeous Ornate
Gorgeous antique lamp. Gold gilt over bronze( I believe bronze, not 100% sure) two pink flowers with leaf decoration. Lamp is in excellent condition for its age, measuring 11" tall not including a bulb. There is no shade. The switch works fine( I tested with a bulb) and the extra long cord although older, seems to be in great shape but always safest to have antique lamps checked by a lighting expert. Original pink and gold gilt paint is mostly intact, some minor small flakes here and there due to age. Flowers are some type of metal not porcelain which is often seen.

The lamps are made from a converted pair of French compotes/tazza measuring 13.5" tall, 11.5" wide, and the height of the lamps from the base to the top of the socket is 29" so they are very tall. The tazza may be earlier than the lamp parts(i.e. a conversion) and I think they are c. 1870s(late French Empire) They have recently been rewired, and are ready for immediate use. Overall. The lamps are in excellent presentable condition. There is a missing piece of applique to the back of each lamp, the front pieces are intact and present. This is an old antique pair of showy two arm candelabra lamps from a fabulous estate. They are 12" tall by 12 1/2" across by 5 1/2" deep. They have two arms and features porcelain roses in pink. White, blue and yellow with gold gilt metal leaves. One is missing a porcelain flower and a leaf has been reattached. Other has a missing petal on a flower and also a reattached leaf.
