No chips, cracks or other flaws in the porcelain or bronze, and in good working condition, the only flaw is it does not have a shade or finial. It stands 33" tall to the mount for the shade, the base is 5" square. The floral design on a white back round of raised bumps is probably from the late 40's to early 50's, Italian or French would be my best guess. I can find no makers marks or other identifying features anywhere on the lamp. Please look over the pics and forward any questions at least a day before the auction ends to allow me time to respond. After a lot of research. And thanks to other EBay sellers, I found out that this is an electric 3 way hurricane lamp, with a frosted off white lower globe. It has a footed base with crow on the lower globe. The lamp has a lower night light, upper light or option to light both. From the bottom of the base to where the bulb screws in is 14 1/4" The round piece at the top is 10" in diameter, the bottom is 8" wide. The bulb in the bottom is one of those old fashioned Christmas tree bulbs. If you get a top piece to fit this lamp you are definitely going to have a great center/conversation piece. 1800's Oil Lamp Hand Painted Floral Design Porcelain with Duplex Oil Lamp
1800's unsure of the maker of this beautiful lamp. It has hand painted floral design like those of Germany Dresden style. It has a Duplex oil lamp fittings. It was made without a factory mark. It does have numbers on one foot of the base and it appears to be 41 with a slash after the numbers. This is a striking piece of art. 30 1/4" tall with shade. This lamp is unmarked or the mark is covered up where the pieces are attached. It was converted to electrical even though the oil container does not have leaks or damage. It does have damage. It has chipped petals on some of the flowers and some may be missing. Both of the babies have damage as well. One is missing a thumb& the fingers were glued back on. But this hand is hidden on the shoulder of the other baby. The other one was repaired on the right side. The arm& hand was ... moreglued back on. This beautiful piece can be professionally repaired. Wonderful pair of vintage Hollywood Regency style table lamps crafted from hand blown Bristol glass. The lamps are in good shape and work well. The shapely frosted glass bodies boast a hand painted gold floral design with embossed accents. The round metal bases have a gold finish and felt bottoms. Up for consideration is this Vintage or Antique Hurricane Gone with the Wind Lamp Applied Brass Floral Design. Both top and bottom light and there are switch positions to light either or both. The bottom socket takes a Christmas tree type bulb. We have sold one these before and at that point new the name of the maker. But it isn't coming to us now. It is in very good'as found' original condition with age consummate ware. There are chips or flea bites around the bottom rim of the top shade. They are pretty much out of sight when the shade is applied to the top rim(see photos) The top shade crimped rim has one very small flea bite or chip(see photos) Also on the top rim there is one applied leaf that may have broken away. When viewing the lamp it is also on the left side of the top shade(see photos) It's also possible this was ... morethe way it was from manufacture. On the smoked glass chimney there is a light line in the white area, it is out of sight when the shade is applied. Gorgeous vintage gone with the wind parlor lamp. A lovely detailed handpainted double globe being a beige color with yellow and pink roses with brown shaded leaves. Very soft suttle look. Trimmed in browm. The inside shade has a white frosted shade. Both the bottom and the top lights up. Size measures 21" tall and the widest point is 10 1/2" The bottom has a date of 1973 with other numbers. I have found only one small chip in the top ruffle of the glass. Please see the last picture. Working Electrified 1880 Victorian Gone With The Wind Parlor Lamp Floral Design
For your consideration is a Circa 1880's Gone With The Wind(GWTW) parlor lamp base. The lamp has an older electrification that still works however new owner may want to rewire the lamp. There is two places the lamp lights one in the base and one in the socket. The shade holder is marked"Miller" with the sun however this portion has been modified for the electricity. The wick raiser wheel has"The Miller 6" embossed in it.Made in the USA is very faint. The lamp stands 11" tall to top of light socket and is 8" wide. Lamp base is white in color while the floral patterns on both sides in colors of yellow. Navy, maroon, and pink.the branches are brown with green leaves. The glass is in good shape seeing no chips or cracks.the mold seams are present. The flange under the socket on one side tips down but could easily ... morebe straightened back up again. This is for the beautiful lamp you see here. Not sure just how old. I am assuming early 1900's. But not sure. Incredibly gorgeous and decorative, as you can see. Solid, heavy brass. I believe that it is the original cord and plug that are still attached, but I would believe that it will need to be rewired. The cap, or plug, has a beautiful leaves& acorn design embossed into it.
