Antique Cranberry Lusters- 2 with Etched Shades and Prisms These are 2 gorgeous cranberry luster electric lamps- circa the early 1900's. They are 13 1/2" tall with cranberry etched shades. The bases are Crystal Swirl with Cranberry stems. One of the shades has a tiny chip on the top rim and both of them have some tiny scratches(see the pictures. it's all there) There are approximately 6 prisms missing. I might find one or two here before I ship it but figure 6 are missing and will have to be replaced. The national hardware store that starts with a L carries them. The cords are original and should also be replaced for your own safety. We have plugged them in and they do work but I advise replacing the cords as soon as you own them. Antique Vintage Pair of Drop Prism Crystal Table Lamps with Etched Glass Shades
This is a set of two used Antique Vintage Glass Table Lamps. As shown in the photos below. Both are in working condition. However the cloth cords are beginning to wear and may need replacement. One lamp has a loose socket that needs to be threaded onto the shaft and there is one drop prism that has broken. Otherwise, it looks like all the parts are there. The lamps look to be made of glass. The prisms may be crystal, I am not 100% sure. The shades are etched and in very nice condition with a minor chip on the rim. They were an estate sale find and may need additional cleaning. Double Argand Brass Oil Lamp with Etched Shades c. 1850 Boston Luxury Retailer Jones. Lows& Ball Offered is this handsome antique double Argand brass oil lamp with an urn form fluid reservoir topped with a bud finial. It features a fluted tapered body which supports curved arms and burners on a square base. It features the original wheel cut clear glass shades which are etched in a pattern of medallions and intricate designs. The lamp measures 18 inches tall by 15 inches wide and 5 inches square at the base. This lamp was originally used with whale oil or vegetable oil. But has been electrified and is in good working order. Some of the fiber covering the wire is frayed. One of the three screws on one glass shade is missing. The shade is still secure with two. Offered here is a very fine PAIR OF ANTIQUE GAS LAMP GLASS SHADES THAT HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL BRASS FITTINGS. THESE ORIGINAL AND AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE SHADES ARE 8 SIDED AND HAVE A FROSTED AND ETCHED SURFACE. The etchings are draped and dangling flowers and a larger flower design in the center of each panel. Both lamp shades are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The glass shade measures 8-5/8 inches wide at the widest part of the opening. 4 inches wide at the brass ring fixture, and it sits approximately 5 inches tall. It is very well made and not a reproduction or modern make. No markings that I can see and it was probably manufactured sometime around the turn of the century or before.
