This large scale vintage Conch Shell Light is comprised of a large shell which is mounted/affixed to a base which is part of another shell. The large shell is carved/incised with a design which features a Dragon and a Phoenix Bird. This lamp has red colored eyes for the dragon and Phoenix bird. There is a hole drilled in the back of the large shell. Inside there is a socket at the end of the wire to insert a bulb. Antique Vintage Italian Porcelain Winged Dragon Bust Hand Painted Lamp + Shade
This is an Absolutely Stunning Antique Porcelain Italian Hand-Painted Table Lamp. The lamp has two handles with winged gold gilded dragon bust figurines on it. The lamp has a capodimonte raised floral pattern on the lamp. Basic colors are green and white with gold trim. The original tag is still on the lamp and it says it was made in Italy. The lamp shade is very different and very large measuring 19" tall by 21" by across at the bottom by 11 1/2" across at the top. It is a gold filigree type lace over a metal type frame. The shade has some water stains on it. The lamp with shade stands 37" tall with shade on it. There is a fabric type rose which is pinned to the shade. This is the history that I know about the lamp. It belonged by my girl friend's great grandmother so she is guessing it is over 100 years old. This ... moreis all original. The Table Lamp measures 32" tall to the top of the finial. 12" wide across the dragons busts, with the metal base being 7" across. There are shaped openings around the neck and middle of the lamp which go completely around the lamp and are painted in gold. There is one small chip to one of the flowers but other than that I don't see any problems. The lamp is in excellent working condition. This is a True masterpiece to place in the center of Your Home Decor. These two pieces cannot be shipped in the same box as I believe the shade would be crushed in shipping. Estate find. Amazing 1930's era SOLID Danish Pewter electric lamp featuring very cool dragon-like creature on pedestal. Unique and very cool piece. Measures 12" long and 7" tall. Weighs nearly 5 lbs. No fillers/concrete used. Excellent vintage condition! The finish and detail are exquisite. Small signs of wear/surface scratches(mostly on tip of tail) and dust in creases. This is SPECTACULAR! What a unique design! This ornately ensconced lamp has a formidable dragon sitting atop what would have been the oil font done in black. The base is done in an elaborate floral/acanthus design. A gorgeous and very heavy converted Argand lamp. The base is quite solid and sturdy. The underside is hallmarked but I can only read half of it. It is stamped"Birmingham" on one side and"cliff" on the other. I wish I could find any information about this piece. But I have had no luck. Any information would be greatly appreciated. All the metal work is in wonderful condition. The shade frame is in perfect shape but the silk has rotted and needs to be replaced. The cord is the original silk wrapped cord and also needs to be replaced. Nice Vintage Antique Art Deco Cast Iron Expert Dragon Bird Floor Lamp Rewired
This is a heavy duty. Quality antique floor lamp that seems to be almost entirely made of cast iron with a bronze finish that is nearly 100% intact with little wear. It is marked Expert Lamp Mfg. Co. underneath and numbered 502. The only visible rust is on the bottom of the base. It was re-wired, working, cleaned, and oil rubbed to protect the finish and prevent rust formation. Both sockets are new and have pull-chains. There is a large original art deco finial on the top that sits slightly lopsided(I haven't tried to straighten it) but it screws on tightly. It has a very unusual design with a large, heavy cast iron piece in the middle of the post that has a bird-like dragon head on both sides, and another large, heavy cast iron piece toward the base with birds on both sides. The base has art deco designs cast all the way around, and ... morethe post itself is cast with a spiral pattern from top to bottom. The lamp measures 65" tall with the finial. And the base measures 10" across. It will be partially disassembled, packed well, and insured during shipping.

Nothing on this neat old lamp arm attracts my magnet except the larger threaded connector& I can see the brass where it joins the arm under the dragon. It measures a little over 12" in the position shown in pics 1& 4- the adjusting knob works as demonstrated in the last picture- holds its position. I'm not sure of the exact age but one side or the other of 1900 seems likely to me. It will weigh in at around 2lbs with packaging for shipping- thanks for looking!

RARE ANTIQUE DECO GOTHIC CHINOISERIE RED GOLD TORCH DRAGON TORCHIERE LAMP 43"
TRULY. ONE OF THE MOST INCREDIBLE LAMPS WE HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! This is a very special, OLD(1920s at least) cast iron with brass or spelter, large table or floor lamp. The lamp has an overall Gothic design with some French Chinoiserie elements. The color palette is a beautiful red and gold. The raised base is circular with three small cabriole legs. Atop the base is large and tall, French styled, candlestick or torch with flame. This feature towers above two Foo Dogs/Dragons and the light housing is at the top. A large, old, crackled amber glass shade rests on top of the torch. The large bobeche is beautifully crafted and features a series of Fleur de Lis which are fashioned with acanthus leaves. The dragons are seated on the base as well. They face opposite directions so as to guard from all angles. One of the dragons is a beautiful Jade ... moregreen. He is seated upon a raised column or pedestal which has the same bobeche design as the lighted torch. The second dragon is a unique black to midnight blue combination color. He sits directly on top of the base. Both of the Foo Dogs/Dragons have yellow painted eyes and INCREDIBLY ORNATE detailing which is gold gilded. They wear large breast plates and headdresses of gold and their rear legs are accented with acanthus scrolls and floral medallions. Their teeth are bared and their expression is fierce. The jade dragon has a plume tail feature while the black dragon has a more nondescript tail. There are chains attached to both the torch and the pedestal of the jade dragon. These attach to the base. The dragons are bolted to the base as is the torch. There are so many intricate features to this lamp! All of the pieces are thick cast(VERY HEAVY) The base is a thinner metal. The dragons/foo dogs are a heavy, cast material but do not accept a magnet. The bobeches are thick brass(painted) and do not accept magnet either. The height of the lamp from the bottom of the base to the top of the shade is about 18"18 1/2" The metal rim which holds the shade is about 10" diameter. The lamp base is about 6. It has one light socket with an acorn pull and is marked Hubbell or? There is one picture with the marking. The signed shade(marked Handel 3350) is in pristine condition with lovely tulips and a beautiful design. The diameter of the shade is about 12 1/2" The height is about 6 3/4" The opening at the top of the shade is about 4 1/2" diameter from outer rim to outer rim. The base is exquisite.
