This model is often refered to as"the missing link" between the PH4 and PH5. And the design is more masculine with fewer curves than the PH lamps. Possibly produced by Lyskaer Belysning Denmark but no sticker is present. The lamp is in very good condition. The lamp has a few scratches consistent with age- but its not noticable when the lamp is mounted(see Photos) The lamp is in fully working condition.
