Vintage Pair of Cherub or Angel Table Lamps - Made by L&L WMC
Vintage Cherub Lamps- Made sometime between 50's and 70's- They come With GREEN CLOTH SHADES ONLY We found these two lamps in a storage unit that went up for auction and after a little investigating I found the makers from the makers mark located on the lamps but was unable to find pictures of the original globes. The previous owner must have added the green shades you see in the photos and lost a couple of the screws that hold the glass globes(shades) in place. I have added the missing screws now but there is one on each that doesn't match. There are photos added that show what they look like with tulip type glass shades but these do not come with the lamps(I am selling them separately in a set of 3) I also added a photo that shows a similar lamp with a glass globe and think this may be similar to what the lamps originally came ... morewith.but cannot confirm this. You can find nicer globes. Material shades or glass shades for these fairly easily but it would be personal taste so I am selling them with the green shades as pictured. The company who made these is L&L WMC = Loevsky& Loevsky White Metal Castings and was a company situated in New Jersey. The company operated between the 50's and 70's. The switches are on the cords about a foot from the lamps and the cords are nice and long. Maybe 7 or 8 feet in length. You can also use Christmas lights as bulbs(I was told) so you can have a variety of color options. I also do not know if these lamps are bronze. I am unsure of the exact metal that was used to make this lamp. There are three angels or cherubs in the center. This lamp measures 19 and 3/4" tall up to the top of light bulb socket. The base is 5 and 3/4" across. This lamp is in perfect working condition. There is a split in the metal on the base by the cherubs feet. I have shown a photograph of this. The brass metal center section sits slightly uneven from the base crystal. There is some minor wear present. There are no repairs or other breaks present. Antique Vintage Cast Iron Green Stained Slag Glass Angel Cherub Table Lamp
You are bidding on a Vintage Table Lamp. I can find no maker's mark on the lamp itself. There was some information on the old socket. But I think it was just the socket maker, and it has since been replaced with a new one. This lamp is about 22 inches tall with the shade on it. The base of lamp has a square that is about 7.5 x 7.5 inches. The shade is very heavy. It is made of a green stained/slag glass that is very heavy, but light still passes through it very nicely. It measures about 12 inches in diameter and it is about 7.5 inches tall. This lamp weighs a total of just under 12 pounds. When I found this lamp, the socket did not work so I took it to a lamp shop and had the socket replaced, the cord is still the same. The lamp works now just as it should. It has slide mechanism to turn it on or off. There is a finial on the top that ... moreyou remove by screwing it off and then you have access to remove the shade. The shade support is also removeable by pinching the two sides and it comes out of the groove by design. Condition- It is pre-owned and well used. The metal parts of the base and shade have oxidation and discoloration but that definitely adds a nice patina to the piece. The inner glass is intact. There could be a few small flea bites where the glass jostles around because it is just held in place by metal prongs. The lamp works, as stated the socket is new, but the cord was left because I wanted to leave the lamp as original as possible. As far as the age of the piece, I really have no idea, my research has come up empty. It really is a beautiful lamp, and if nothing else, its definitely aesthetically pleasing to look at. Vintage Antique Putti Cherub/Angel Metal Heavy 3 Shade Lamp Rare Interior Decor
This Cherub/Angel/Putti Lamp is Colorful. Unique and Rare! The winged cherub/putti stands on a metal pillar and marble base holding a torch OF GOLDEN LEAVES FLARING OUT INTO A 3 LIGHT FIXTURE with 3 glass shades. Inside the lamps have cardboard fittings which also dates it. Art Deco. Authentic Period Lighting, interior decorators, bed and breakfast decorators and anyone wanting an authentic period lighting, this lamp could be yours! I have researched for several months now and cannot find another like this with 3 lights. It is a heavy painted metal with marble foot. It measures 24 inches in height. Top width is 16 inches. Base is 8 inches. Wt is heavy at 14 pounds. My best guess is circa 20s maybe earlier! I can see the original wiring at the bottom of the lamp where it has been spliced in a later decade. The original wiring is cloth wrapped ... moreor possibly silk and it has a sheen to it. Works as is. Have to plug it in to turn on. I can send more pictures which show the original wiring if needed. It works like this but you can see the splicing on the bottom so I would definitely have it rewired by your local expert. The last picture shows an area where the 3 cords come through and that area turns. I did not turn all the way and I don't know anymore than that. I have left it alone! The lamp has no serious issues. No breakage or repairs. Quite original with it's beautifully aged patina to the metal but has few areas of the paint scratched. This table lamp is just beautiful and very old. Heavy. The base is white marble made in Italy. The cherubs are heavy brass- the lamp without bulb and shade measure 8 3/8 tall with shade measures over a foot 13 inches. The marble base measures 4 x 4. This lamp is in excellent condition. There is a chip on the bottom of the marble that you can not see it is underneath- unless you pick the lamp up and examine it as I just have you would not notice. I mention this for accuracy. Antique Baroque verdi gris pewter angel cherub lamps, Tiffany style
We have had this pair of metal angel lamps in our family for about 40 years. An they were old when we got them. Their details and patina are just spectacular. Each with one enchantingly angel holding up the light, and are fully operational. They are of two heights only because their their harps are different heights. They each have a matching finial. The heavy-weight metal seems to be pewter. Because is it very soft. In fact, some seams on each lampshade are in various sages of separating, but none is broken. They can be repaired, but the underlying armature rigging, which may not be original, has worked well all those years to keep the shades in proper shape. The detailing on the shades is Tiffany-like. But we do not see markings. The stained glass is thick and in great shape, and held on with fold-over clips that are extensions of the shade ... moreframing. All in all, excellent craftsmanship. These table lamps measure: 21inches and 22.5 inches. With a span of 13 on the shades, and 8 inch bases. A really special pair of lamps that never fails to"wow" visitors to our home. Good luck! Enjoy!

1900's Antique Marble Angel Cherub Lamp~Benjamin Sockets~Art Deco Neo Classic
For your consideration. I have a very nice early 1900's Antique Marble Angel Cherub Lamp with two pull switch Benjamin brass sockets. Although this beauty does work, the wiring souls be restored before using. I displayed it for some time with limited use. Frayed wires, see photos. The shade and bulbs ARE NOT included, just for demonstration. It measure 23 1/3 bottom to finial. The stone is either marble or onyx. Angels are one both side. Please note: the bottom of angel attachment on both side has broken, easy repair with JB weld. Not necessary for use or display, only noticeable when handing lamp. Brass finish has tarnish and diminished over the years. Nice NEO CLASSIC appeal. Sold as is, please view photos and ask any questions you may have.

Stunning Bradley& Hubbard electrified oil lamp! It has a beautiful hand-painted globe with sweet little flowers. The font and base are brass. Not sure if they are solid or plated. The cherub, putti or angel is playing a fife or flute and seems to be more of a bronze or black color. The total lamp height with chimney is 28 1/4 inches and 8 inches at the widest. The condition appears to be excellent for its age! The globe has no cracks or chips. The brass does have some oxidation on the bowl and base and the bronze portion(cherub) does have rubs(not scratches) where the color is lighter. There does seem to be a small section of the very base of the bowl missing where there is open filigree work. It is not visible unless you look underneath, I did take a photo of it. Monumental Gold Dore French Belle Epoque Figural Cherub Angel Chandelier C1890 Measures 72 inches tall x 32 inches wide This enormous extremely heavy solid bronze French chandelier is designed in the Belle Epoque style and dates to the 1880-90s era. The fixture has been completely re-wired for American standards and new ceramic insulators added as well. Normally we would see this light with frosted glass floral shades and they can be added as well. The handsome young man standing besides the light is 51 inches tall which gives you an indicator of scale. The chandelier weighs in at over 300lbs and is quite remarkable in that each piece is very realistically cast and has a gold dore(plated) finish. The finish can be completely polished to remove any of the green oxidation on the piece but we have left it as-is because it may not be desirable ... morefor some people to have it removed.
