No wiring. it also needs 2 sockets. there is 2 spikes on the bridge bar for attaching socket. there is also a center spot for attaching a finial. it needs to be sanded and repainted. it has been paint an orange color years ago. the center rod piece has a crackline in it, this can be removed or repaired. the top bar is 7.5 in. wide, the pole is 44.5 in. tall, the base is square and 8.5 in. wide with 4 footed tips. the center piece is 2.5 in. wide and 3.5 in. tall. the base says 100B salem bros. n.y. and then there is a symbol mark? this will be taken apart for shipping. it can be screwed back together easily in 2 spots, the top and the bottom. view my other lamp listings. can combine shipping.

Thank you for taking a look at this original pre-war ornate nautical theme bridge lamp. It stands 56" and has a beautiful cast iron hue of bronze and gold. In the right light you can pick up some green and purple hues. The seahorse on the arm is very hard to find and would be ideal in that beachside home. The stand is a speckled gold and black and the base is similar to the arm in color. Original wing-nut screw secures the wiring harness. Ready to be wired with your choice of wiring. ANTIQUE Colonial Premier # 252 Brass Cast Iron Alabaster Bridge Arm Lamp
Up for bid is an antique turn of the century Brass and Cast Iron and Alabaster Bridge Arm Floor Lamp by Colonial Premier. It has the early number of 252 in the designs produced. The Lamp is not wired but has the tubed arm for the socket and Glass Shade and the Cord to extend out the other side. There is no opening in the Brass Pole or Alabaster for a Cord. The design is hammered Brass and Victorian Floral Brass with an Arrow Peak that is in excellent condition as is the top parts of the Pole. The last Pole portion and Base are Cast Iron with Brass overlay and does show some surface oxidation and patina that will clean up with a good polishing. The Alabaster Base is in good condition with just a few minor nicks. Not sure how you clean this surface. But it looks nice how it is. It has one small flaw on top in the casting. An old rewire job that looks in need of yet another. I did not test this lamp as such- we will call it for repair- likely needs a rewire. That being said it looks to possibly have original parts on it- the brass lamp socket is marked Benjamin. Typical finish wear and patina. The shade may be a 70s reproduction- it is not signed(unless I am missing it) however it is a very stunning example of reverse painting. Some scratches inside top, but for the most part the paint is excellent on this thing. Today I am offering a vintage cast iron floor lamp This lamp measures about 53 3/4" tall.The base.Rod and top arm are cast iron.There has a figure on top of the arm,along with what looks like a shield or emblem in original red paint.The base has floral patterns on the sides with red paint also.The top figure has a letter W on one side and a number 2 on the other side.The lamp does work,but the end of the plug doesn't have a cover.I would also recommend this to be rewired.I will have to take this apart to ship,you will have to screw the top and base together this is rather easy as they are both threaded.Shade will be shipped separately.The iron and shade can use a cleaning.Would look great refurbished.Bulb not included.Please view all photos below for condition etc.Feel free to email me with any questions prior to bidding.

It is above average as far as bridge lamp go and stands 57” tall. It does have one minor imperfection. At the back of the lamp about half way up there is a minor ding on the back of the long standing rod. I do not believe that it takes away for the great look of the piece and I am sure you will agree. It cannot be seen when it is at the back. Because of the height of the lamp it will have to be taken apart for shipping. The upper arm of the lamp and the base have to be loosened of and will just have to be re- attached. No tools necessary.

VERY COOL ART DECO ARTS & CRAFTS ERA CAST IRON BRIDGE ARM DESK LAMP
This auction is for a very cool cast iron(I think) Art Deco desk lamp. It has a very angular steam punk look to it. I don't find the cold painted colors attractive on it but that's any easy fix. The lamp has been rewired and it does work. The shade is not original to the lamp but it doesn't look too bad. It probably could use something a little shorter and maybe wider for a shade. It measures about 15 1/4" high at it's tallest point. It is marked on the bottom inside with E727. A very nice piece of antique lighting that is most definitely a diamond in the rough.
