this is a very rare antique copper and brass converted oil lamp. it has exquisite ornate victorian design. With very intense detailing. it has highly embossed copper designs that run around the base of the lamp. it has beautiful trim. Base and feet. the upper oil container is a large insert. That sits recessed in the base. it was converted to be electric and works great. it can be converted back if desired, it has an on/ off switch on the base. it is in great shape and has a nice patina from age. it measures 12 3/4 x 11 inches. very rare lamp. 12" TALL ANTIQUE CHIMNEY LAMP.very good condition This early 1900's vintage gold painted brass electric table lamp has been cleaned and is still in very good condition. Second photo shows light on with 15 watt bulb. Included. No dents or cracks or chips anywhere on the lamp base or the glass. The base is all original with a 10 ft cord, plug should be replaced. Base is painted gold and shows a crackle aged finish. The chimney appears more modern, but any 3" diameter glass shade should fit. Lamp measures about 11 3/4" tall to the top of the chimney and 4 3/4" tall to the top of the base. It measures about 4 5/8" across at the base. Decorative and useable. Good luck bidding!

Vintage Antique Milk White Hobnail Glass Brass Electric Table Lamp
Vintage 1930's antique brass table lamp with hobnail milk glass. This is a project piece. Although it works, it has definitely seen better days in its 70+ years. The base is cracked in 9 places and the bakelite strain relief screw is broken. The original milk glass shade is long gone as is the glass chimney. But the glass bowl is in perfect condition. As is the brass chimney holder and the Leviton bakelite twisty knob, so I couldn't throw it away. It was simply too cool to pitch. Up for auction is a very pretty ornate Bradley Hubbard Brass/ Bronze Oil Lamp base that has been converted to electric. I am able to light it up but there is a short in the light and the electrical wiring looks like it needs to be rewired. The lamp is hallmarked B&H on the oil cap and on the bottom. It has two dates one from 1892 and one from 1895 on the top where the wick would normally be(see photographs) The lamp itself is in very good condition with only one small ding on the wall of the lamp(see photograph) Hardly noticeable unless you hold it in a certain light. Absolutely gorgeous.Pair of vintage,teal, glass lamps have white roses lightly painted on them, making them look almost like etching. The glass part is in excellent condition with what looks to be real gold lines near the top as well as lightly painted wide stripes that also almost look like etched sections and a ruffled top edge. They also have a 2 or 3 way switch and you can have the bulb at the top on. The bulb inside the base or both. It almost seems like one of the ones in the base may need to be replaced but I will leave that to the buyer as they don't always travel well anyway. The brass/ brass look part is in good condition but does have a slightly vintage patina. The shades are in very good condition and in a beautiful matching(probably hard to find) color. They have some tiny spots that should come off easily but I'm just ... morenot sure of the best way to clean them without leaving water spots so I've refrained and will leave that to the buyer.The glass part measures aprox 10" in diameter at the widest part. The lamps appear to have two different size harps on them making them measure 29" 31" tall. Antique Loving Cup Trophy Bronze& Brass Electric Table Lamp Etched Glass Shade For your consideration we have an antique bronze single bulb table lamp with a lovely upright frosted glass shade. This lamp measures almost 18” at the tallest point and it is in the form of an old Grecian Urn. Or trophy loving cup in design. It is very handsome and graceful and will fit nicely in any French provincial. Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Empire, and Colonial or Federal style decor. My overall impression is that this lamp is circa 1920s, plus or minus 10 years or so. The sheer weight of this piece. Its construction, the electrical socket, the wiring, and its wear lead me to believe it is a post WW I piece but pre WW II. There what appears to be a piece of old medical adhesive tape with old ball point pen writing on it that says, MOMS 7-2-72 Bronze OLD” ... moreWe were advised by the family members of the owner that the family took an inventory of their grandmother's possessions in 1972 when she was moved to an assisted living facility. Based on years. It helps the lamp fit into being a 1920s piece. There is currently an orange candle flame bulb in this lamp. But any standard US socket sized light bulb will work in this handsome lamp. The lamp socket itself shows just how old this lamp is, it has a copper screw and contacts with the old style ceramic base on the inside and the outside is jacketed in brass. The shade sits atop a brass plated holder with a lovely design on the holder that casts a lovely pattern on the table and area below the lamp. Magnet tests: All bronze pieces in the base and chain are non-magnetic as to be expected for real bronze. The light bulb socket is also non-magnetic so it is indeed brass on the exterior of the socket. This leaves the shade holder… and since it is magnetic and there is some pitting on the exterior. huge antique ornate solid brass wood asian Chinese electric table lamp light old
This is a very large antique Asian brass and wood electric table lamp. it has an ornate design. Made from thick heavy brass, and has a wonderful patina from age. it has a large routed black wooden base with a tapering brass upper base. attached to this is a three legged piece with a very asian design. it has two large shafts above with two drip plates and at the top is a shade mount with a screw on the side to fasten the shade. and it has a large porcelain light socket. it is all wired. very large antique ornate brass wood glass electric oil style student table lamp
This is a very large high quality antique brass. Glass, and wood oil style electric student lamp. it is very large for this style lamp measuring 27 1/4 inches tall by 16 inches wide. It has a lovely carved and routed 6 sided wooden base which has a nice dark stain. it also has a large tapered six sided brass base on top which holds a hexagon brass shaft. it has two curved arms which hold the candelabra style sockets. they have lovely socket covers and hold yellow ribbed glass shades which have white linings. they arms are very ornate and have very detailed finishing pieces at the bottom. there is a large brass cylinder in the back which would have been for holding oil but is now decorative. the shaft in the center is finished with a large circular finial at the top. the lamp has acquired a lovely patina from age and is very heavy. in exquisite ... morecondition. This is a stunning antique handmade copper figural electric table lamp. the copper shaft was once a early 19th century ewer that was turned into a lamp early 1900's. is made from a beautifully hammered copper. And has acquired a nice patina from age. it depicts several figures. Crests, floral detailing,and scroll design done in high relief. it has a great footed base and ribbed brass shaft. it has a dual brass generic sized bulb socket which has great on/off pull chains. it is topped with a large solid brass finial. measures 30 1/2 inches tall by 6 1/4 inches wide. it is in nice working shape, there is some ware and a couple small dings to the copper but nothing bad. A nice gold gilded finish, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. it depicts several flowers.
