Up for bid a really nice antique french blue opaline gothic handles and white lamp it has a solid brass base and it has been rewired works great and has no cracks. Chips it does have the gold scrolls or floral motifs in the front and around the upper part of the lamp some have been erased with age other than that it's really unique it measures 31in to the finial and from the base to top of the blue ring it's 18in the top blue portion of the lamp is 6in and the handles are 4.5in from handle to handle close to 7.5 and the base is 6.5in Thank you for checking out my items.

Vintage 1950s ROSENTHAL Hand-Painted Porcelain Table Lamp Blue Gray White Gold
Offered is a vintage hand-painted porcelain Rosenthal table lamp. Circa 1958, in good working condition. It is marked Rosenthal Germany Kunstabteilung Selb near the base. The lamp stands 16" high, excluding the socket and harp. The painted details of a flowering tree and snowy mountains are a soft blue, grey and white. There is some gilt trim. The porcelain surface is excellent, with no chips or cracks. The metal base is in good condition. Showing some wear from polishing. The felt on the bottom is torn but present. The lamp does work, but you might consider having it rewired by a professional. A lovely hand-crafted lamp.

Absolutely beautiful matched pair of Japanese Shofu lamp bases cast with holes measuring 7/16" at top and base are ready to be mounted on bases and electrified. They are vase-shaped with gilded porcelain handles and feature hand-painted floral motifs in their primary faces. Which pink rose floral sprays against a white background. The curving sides feature gold Satsuma rose sprays against a lovely French blue ground. The divided panels are trimmed in gold rules with raised gold dots. Signed at base"SHOFU made in Japan" Please note bases have the same lantern-shaped logo w/in a wreath saying SHOFU, on one the"made in Japan" a previously rubbed out. I conclude that these were made pre-occupation. Offered here is an exquisite antique hand painted Nippon lamp. I believe that this piece began life as a vase and was converted for use as a lamp later. This lamp stands 11" to the top of the socket. The elegant cast brass base measures 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" The painting on this lamp is expertly rendered in very pleasing shades of celery green and medium true blues. There is raised gold beading decorating the lamp. Please observe the photos. The greens are less gray than the photos suggest. The vase sits on stylized paw feet. This is a gorgeous antique table lamp. The harp and glass ball finial are included. The lamp is beautiful partly because of the many colors-robin's egg blue at the top and bottom with a light pink as the background for multicolored flowers in between. There is a string of gold beads down each side. And the base is a brass sort of metal(not sure exactly) It works as is, although looking at the cord I'd suggest you rewire it. No chips or other problems. Although there is considerable crazing agreeable to its age. With the current harp and finial. It stands a little over 24" high.
