You are bidding on an old figural table lamp of Our Lady standing with a cross and wreath in front of her with three angel heads with wings at her feet. To her left and supporting the light bulb holder is what appears to be a church. There are no markings as to manufacturer. It is 9 inches long and 9 inches tall. It lights up fine with no off/on switch.simply plugs in when you want to use it. The color and wiring look great for it's age. The shade has a small chip on it's rim where it sits in the holder. Stunning 19c Art Nouveau Handpainted Sevres Style French Portrait Vase/Urn converted to a lamp. This lovely lamp is 22.5" tall and 7.5" wide. The porcelain urn is about 13" tall. It has wonderful details of a maiden surrounded by pretty Iris flowers. It is artist signed" Brices or Bricey? Nice gold detailing. The lamp works. But it needs to be rewired for safety. The two lamp chain pulls are different. I did not take apart the lamp or attempt a cleaning- I will leave that up to the experts. There is not a Sevres mark on the bottom of the porcelain, but there could be a mark on the inside of the urn lid. Now for condition: The metal is in good condition and the porcelain is also in good condition with no chips. Cracks, or crazing. There is a lot of gold detailing which is mostly intact on the center portion of the vase. ... moreThere is some minor gold loss on the lid, with more gold loss on the bottom portion of the vase. The paint is mostly intact with the exception of the bottom piece of the vase were there is more paint loss wear and some yellow spots. The lamp stands at just a slight angle, but I think it just needs to be adjusted with the vase pieces and the lamp stem/rod. Please pardon all the reflection/glare lines- these are not flaws. Reproduction of an Art Nouveau lamp. Features a woman next to a tree. Lamp is cast in bronze and the shade is a yellow dome with a bronze cage around it. 24" H x 12" W. There are three arms holding the shade to the base and as seen in photo#4 one arm is missing. I feel a Metalsmith could easily fabricate the arm since the base material is Bronze and not Spelter. Up for auction is an absolute beautiful Art Nouveau cast lady lamp with mirror. Does not have the original shade and electrical cord. I am a collector of the arts and crafts movement and picked up this piece about 20 years ago at an estate sale and am ready to depart from her. The cord has a break in it(see photo) but it worked up until the break just recently. The glass shade looks like it was replaced at one time but it is the original shade when I purchased it 20 yrs ago. The lamp has a wonderful patina to her and she might be bronze but more than likley a casted piece. She does weight over 15 lbs. I really don't know if she is caste bronze. The leaves and rod that hold the lamp are bronze. She stands 30" H and and 11 1/4" wide. French Art Nouveau Period Figural Lady Lamp With Nautilus Sea Shell Shade. Cast spelter figure with brass mounts. Lovely detailed figure of a nymph rising from the water. Her upraised arms support a nautilus shell that shades the lamp. The shade is framed with reed leaves and a decorative coil. Marked: This beautiful lamp is not marked. The quality speaks for itself and its French origin. CONDITION: No cracks or scaling. The original verdigris finish is largely intact. The only wear to the finish is on her left arm. The shell is luminous, iridescent and undamaged. The brown plastic covered wiring is probably forty years old and beginning to stiffen. The brass candelabra size socket should be replaced. Its threaded collar and cap have separated, the socket wobbles due to this. There is no switch, it's necessary to plug in and unplug the ... morelamp to turn it on and off. Italy in the 1940's and shipped to a wealthy socialite in New York. From the Art Nouveau era circa 1918. The 6' 2" floor lamp was puported to have been owned by a fashion industry baroness. The entire piece is hand carved and polished by artisans no longer trained in this craft. Great attention to the baby pink folds in the alabaster dress with etching to the hem. Fine detail to the marble strands of hair in the goddess. The gray and white mottled marble globe measures 16" in diameter and splits into 2 halves. Electrifies with a regular 40 or 75 watt bulb. An Exquisite Art Nouveau Lady Lamp with frosted glass disc. The lamp has some weight to it and measures 10" wide by 15" high by 8 3/4" deep. It is in great condition with just a little bit of scuff marks along the base and on back side of dress as shown in the photos. This piece has a new frosted glass disc and rewired with a cord and plug with rocker switch. It also comes with a new 60 watt frosted lamp with candelabra base 120 v. This is a gorgeous lamp and would make a wonderful addition to any decor. I am not sure of the material of this piece. I had this piece appraised in August 2013 and the appraiser said that if this piece is bronze(which he said it could possibly be) it would be worth $500-$1.000. I purchased this lamp at an antique store over 30 years ago. It has been used as a nightlight in my hallway during that time. Unfortunately. We are moving to a smaller home and some items have to go. It is a beautiful brass electric lamp/nightlight. I currently have a flicker style light bulb in it so it looks like a burning candle. I am guessing this Lamp to be from the 1930's. This gorgeous Lamp has a pink shade and stands approximately 17 1/2" tall. It is approximately 11" deep from the outer edge of the arm to the far edge of the shade. This Lamp features a lovely Dancing Lady Figurine with a long. Flowing dress and a wide-brimmed Victorian hat! She has what I'm pretty certain is a delicate hand painted celluloid face and flowing blonde hair in ringlets. Her face needs a little cleaning, but I do not know what to use and do not wish to damage it. No cracks or breaks anywhere on the Lamp, but it does have a few white specks and is dusty and needs cleaning. The figurine is a little bit loose ... moreand need to be tightened on the bottom. The pink shade is also nice, but does have some scratches, light marks and needs cleaning. The bottom inner rim of the shade has roughness around the edge. The cord is marked"GILBERT/ NEW YORK CITY/ MADE IN U.S.A" on the little brown piece that encases the off/on turning wheel. This Lamp lights up and is working all the way! This listing is for a beautiful antique table lamp. The lady is cast in metal that a magnet doesn't stick to so I think she's brass or aluminum. Don't know for sure. She's painted with an olive green dress with a gold sash and she's holding an apple. The base is also metal and again the magnet doesn't stick to it. The arms of the lamp are ornately done in cast metal that a magnet does sick to, they are a beige color and there are 3 arms with small size sockets and crystal glass candle cups. Hanging from the candle cups are 5 large hanging glass crystals with small crystals at the top. The sockets are covered with candle covers that have dripping gold wax design. Above the arms is a round cut glass crystal and a regular size socket with brass harp and crystal glass finial. It measures 25 in. to the top of the socket, ... more34 1/2 in. to the top of the harp and 9 1/4 in across the base. The base is done in gold, white and olive colors in an ornate feather design. The large center socket is a three-way and the small sockets have a switch that turns each on separately, one at a time until all three are on, very cool. The socket at the top has it's own switch. This is a fabulous piece and in great condition, no chips cracks or missing paint. The crystals look good as well. This listing is for the lamp only, not the shade. If you really want the shade, you would have to pay to have it shipped separately, most people want to get there own shade but you are welcome to it if you want it. It has been rewired, and is magnificent. The approximately 4" opening has a three arm lamp-shade holder, that is loose but the shade rests on it. The metal shade has a fancy pierced brass border with 39 strands of fire polished bohemian crystal lustres decorating it. The clock part doesn't run but can most likely be fixed.
