Antique Cast Iron Chandeliers 5 Light Pair Art Nouveau Painted Accents
Pair of fabulous antique gilted iron chandeliers dating from the early 1900's. They were taken straight from an old house. And nothing has been done to change them. The pan light fixture canopy has coming from the center a chain that then reaches an elaborate Art Nouveau"hanger" The entire chandelier has a beautifully aged finish with hints of a reddish hue, with blue and green throughout the elegant flower, berries and leaf design. There are five chandelier arms, each connected with an outside arms forming a ring. It looks like an early piece that was electrified later. I am unaware if they work properly or not therefore. I cannot guarantee anything. Overall these light fixtures are in nice antique condition and have lots of undisturbed character. This is a gorgeous vintage 20s cast iron lamp. I was sure that this lamp was Pairpoint but I can't find a mark on it. The lamp is heavy cast iron with a bronze finish. It has great art nouveau style. It has painted green, red and yellow highlights on the base. The lamp measures 23" tall and the base is 8-1/2" wide. The lamp is in excellent working condition. It has been rewired and it has a new top cap. On close inspection it shows normal patina and there may be a few vintage scuffs but nothing outstanding. DEEP REDUCTION IN PRICE. This is a beautiful lamp in the Art Nouveau. Early Art Deco Style. It is over 23" tall. Each of the 8 sides of the shade is 7" the total diameter is 16" I believe it is made out of cast iron, though it has some patina. Heavy. The glass shade is held together by ornately designed brass or bronze chevrons and ribbons. One of the ribbon is missing the top, but if you turn it towards the wall no one will ever notice. I would guess it to be from the first years of the 20th century from the time when the great(and expensive) Tiffany and Handel lamps were made. It is very unique, as most antiques are. It is a pretty lamp with small pink flowers and a matching shade. This is about as pretty as these old lamps get. It stands 59” tall with a heavy 12” diameter base. I have never seen that pattern before. Because of its size the lamp will have to be slightly unassembled for shipping.
